Brookdale Independent Living Franklin was the best home for our dad to spend his last years. Tim Sovie and his staff are the best. They go above and beyond and they are all loving, respectful and very patient with the residents and family. Our dad (Royce) loved it there.

The activity Stay up is great, and plus the food is very great. The staff in the kitchen. It's the best I recommend any family Choose this place that will give you first class treatment. I have no first-hand that's what I got. And that's what I thought i'd keep it 100. And I want to staff know how really appreciate you keep app the good work.

Brookedale Franklin is a wonderful place to call home. My aunt is very happy there. Everyone (the staff and the residents) is so nice and friendly. The facility is beautiful and their meals are delicious. 5 STARS FOR SURE.

I visited 6 different residences before coming to Brookdale Franklin. It was clear from the very beginning that this place had the most interesting and fun residents as well as the most consistently caring staff. I have not been disappointed.

Sylvia and I are beginning our second year at Brookdale, and we continue to have very positive feelings about Brookdale and our life here. We love our apartment, enjoy time with others, and take part in some activities, though we are both bookworms and spend most of our time reading.Having seen negative comments about food, I want to affirm that we are both still very pleased with the food. We especially like the many choices available. We eat our big meal at lunch and have the choice of 2 soups, 3 salads 6 entrees 5 vegetables, 6 desserts including some sugar free or reduced sugar and fresh fruit. We could also choose from 5 sandwiches or cheese burger, hamburger [with chips or fries], hot dog, cottage cheese and fruit. Drink choices are multiple. To top it all off, we are served mostly by a wonderful group of young adults who bring cheer and goodwill as well as good service to our dining roomIs it always perfect? No but Sylvia would be quick to add, I didnt always bat 1,000 when I was cooking. I must add that compared to the previous senior community in which we lived, we are in dining heaven! Consequently, we eat out less, which eases the strain on the pocket book.We find the staff responsive to our requests and attentive to the needs of the residents. Weve been here for one year in March and enjoying it more each day. the staff and treated us with nothing less than dignity and respect. My Mom moved in early 2019. She was apprehensive as her perception was that it was full of wealthy people she could not relate to. Within a couple of weeks she had been adopted by a dining room table of folks who now are her best friends. The staff is so helpful and caring too! I cant say enough good things about Brookdale Franklin.

Amazing all around! I recently worked as a vendor for an event at Brookdale Franklin and I cant tell you how impressed I was with the facility, the staff, and the environment. The way the staff treated the guests was heart-warming, it seemed everyone was Family. It just had that vibe. Great place!

My parents made the decision to downsize and move to Brookdale a couple of months ago. So far, everything is working out great. My dad is more active now and my mom is really enjoying NOT cooking!! I have eaten with them a couple of times and I enjoyed the food. I have more peace of mind that they can enjoy life and not stress over everyday things. I am very pleased and they are too

I recently took my 94 year old father to Brookdale for a trial run. Everything about our 3 day experience was top notch....from the food to the management to the accommodations. Management absolutely cares about their residents which was evident and was confirmed after speaking with several residents. Every resident we spoke with was extremely positive about the facility. The food was top notch as well as the service. I as well as my 94 year old father would 110% recommended Brookdale Franklin!

My husband I lived in a previous senior living community for seven months and didnt find it a good fit. When we moved here, we felt right at home. My husband, who suffers from Parkinsons disease, and I really enjoy our time and have made many friends since moving here eight months ago. We dont plan on moving again.

Ive been attending a support group for caregivers here at Brookdale, while living at another senior living facility. I met folks here who were dealing with their own life challenges, but seeming to be very happy and after a few meetings, I began to realize that we needed what Brookdale Franklin offered-- a community and the kind of assistance they could provide!We moved in on December 15th and have experienced a Yes! at every turn. I am continuing to work-I have not yet retired; however, I am confident that my sweet husband is being cared for and is thriving in this very open and happy environment where we continue to make new friends.Beookdales Personalized Services are second to none and help for anything is a phone call away. They have stepped in and become family to me and my husband--I could rave about them.....oh I already have!!!Dining is a highlight for everyone here. Its up there with high marks from both of us. Our kids love to drop by and share a meal tooI am not usually the type of person to put this kind of thing out there for public viewing, but if you are looking, look no further.

The Thanksgiving celebration Brookdale Franklin provided for all the residents and their family members on November 16th was outstanding. The turkey and dressing, with all the trimmings, was delicious. The ambiance was delightful. My family members had a wonderful time.

My mother has lived here for 8 years and is extremely happy with everything about the facility and so am! All of the associates are very kind, caring and respectful to all the residents. They are very attentive and helpful and always with a smile. Mom feels comfortable and safe here and I never have to worry about her. The food is always good and I love to come and eat with her often. I highly recommend Brookdale Franklin because it is a wonderful place that has highly competent professionals caring for your loved one and also fun activities and a genuine atmosphere of a happy family and good friends.

My mother has recently moved to the Brookdale Franklin. Our whole family is now part of the family here. From the first visit to tour the facility, we were introduced to and met many staff and residents. At each visit thereafter we were welcomed back with true hospitality and friendliness.The staff is helpful and accommodating of every need possible. There are Town Hall meetings each month so any issues can be discussed and a plan of action is made to address any problems. The running of the facility has a true community feel.The Brookdale Franklin is a place you can be at home in. Whether you participate in activities or enjoy the peace and quiet of your own apartment. I stayed a week there with my mom and it felt like visiting her in her own home. As I left she said This is a great place to entertain.The meals were wonderful and we had the flexibility of eating at any time, as well as taking food to-go to have later in her apartment. I enjoyed being able to go down the hall in slippers each morning to get fresh, hot coffee in the common area.We met and talked to her neighbors in the dining room, hallways and lobby. Everyone has time for each other.Well, and then theres Happy Hour each Friday at 3:00: snacks, wine, entertainment and great people to share it with.

HELLO, Im the HAIR STYLIST here at BROOKDALE FRANKLIN and have been for over 13 years, Im proud to say. Over those years Ive seen many changes, but with saying that Brookdale Franklin has been the most caring, accommodating to peoples needs, they have a wonderful staff here, I dont feel you could find a more loving environment for SENIOR LIVING. I also enjoy all there activitys they have going on here, people laughing, talking and playing cards, oh yes lets not forget BINGO. So with saying all of that if my GOLDEN YEARS can be spent here when that time comes then bring it on, ITS GREAT!

My parents live at Brookdale Franklin, and we are very happy with the residents, the room, and the beautiful facility. But what weve found to be most unique about Brookdale is the staff--they are committed, involved, and caring. Recently, I was out of the country with my family when my father became ill. Though I couldnt be there, he and my mother were in good hands. An ambulance was called, their dogs were walked during my fathers stay in the hospital, and his window at the hospital was full of cards from Brookdale and its residents. That peace of mind is invaluable. They are like family.
