I am truly thankful for the care and love poured out on my mom for the few years that she lived there. My mother passed a few months ago. However, I cannot say enough great things about the entire management team. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our family. While I've been there over the years, I've seen that they sincerely love and care for all of the residents, and my family is so blessed that our loved one was cared for so well! Park senior villas is an extravagant community from the views and the beautiful lay outs of each villa down to the generous staff that work there. I've only had positive interactions with this facility and the executive manager Janice is one of the sweetest warm hearted people you will ever meet. I definitely recommend coming to take a look

Park senior villas on houghton is a wonderful place. The view is stunning, and the people there are so kind. The care staff works so hard caring for the residents. They have fun activities to do every day that keeps the residents active and happy. Janice is absolutely amazing. Park Senior Villas is an exceptional place! The manager, Janice, is incredibly attentive and ensures everything runs smoothly. Nicole at the reception is always welcoming and helpful. Nurse Momo provides excellent care and is very compassionate. The entire staff is kind and goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and at home. For an assisted living facility, PSV is definitely a very caring facility with competent staff. I really love MoMo the nurse and the oversight manager Janice. Janice is so wonderful, she will go above and beyond for her patients. This is like nothing I've ever seen before.

I am so impressed at the great work Janice has done to improve care here. I recently have cared for several hospice patients here and this has been the only place where the caregivers have taken the time to clean and dress my patients after they have passed. Great job Melissa and Karime.

I came by unexpected last week to tour and was so impressed with the front desk lady and Janice the manager. It was clear that everyone was busy but they took the time to show me around and answer my questions. All of the staff that I came across were very friendly. This place is absolutely wonderful. At first I was hesitant about my grandfather being placed in a senior home, but this place has surpassed all my expectations. They are so wonderful with their seniors and take care of them so well. Whenever I would fly in to visit, my grandfather would tell me how much fun he had participating in their activities and he loved that he wasn't pushed to the side. Love this place! My sister just moved in. Janice was wonderful and helped us transition my sister from an undesirable situation into a caring and beautiful atmosphere. The grounds are gorgeous and very peaceful. The staff are great and my sister loves “most” of the food. It’s a huge relief to know she is in a safe place and enjoying life.

The Villas are like home! Many times I've gone in a house and felt the warmth. By that I mean the positive feeling when you walk in. The laughter from the staff with the residents, the compassion they give to each resident, overall the feeling of being with family. The management is also involved with each resident giving and making sure they are getting quality care. The Villas are not just an assisted living facility...they are family and and home!

My mother lived there for a short time. It was the last 2 months of her life. She thought she was the richest person in the world and the villa was so beautiful. The staff and management there took great care of her. She loved to play bingo and dance in her room in her wheelchair. I am very grateful for park senior villas at Houghton and all staff being there in the last days of her life.

I just recently moved my father into Park Senior Villas - Houghton. So far, so ... GREAT! The upper management and the rest of the PSV teamhteam been extremely helpful and responsive. It gives me peace of mind knowing my dad is well cared for by people who lead with their hearts. Thank you is what I say to them, but it does not seem like its enough. I appreciate the entire Park Senior Villas team and continue to be impressed and grateful for the work that you all so.

One of my clients has been there for some time. He was a flight risk when he was transferred from another facility. He did not sleep at night and took cat naps during the day. The staff was very patient with him and was with him when he was up. The senior staff always let us know what was happening with our client. My MIL has been at this facility for almost 4 years and we are very pleased with her care. I am a 40+ year healthcare provider so I know it requires special caregivers to do this job. Thank you Olivia, Blanca, Krystal, Wanda and others for being our extended family in caring for Mom. We feel comfort knowing someone is keeping her safe when we are NOT there.

After weeks of considering all local options in search of the perfect assisted living facility, my family and I were referred to The Villas at Houghton. Following a stay in skilled nursing, my father moved into The Villas and quickly began to feel at home with the staff. The rates, food, spaces, and quality of care make this facility a top choice if youre searching for an assisted living arrangement. My fathers health did decline and he left the facility for hospice care, but The Villas management worked with us to gracefully handle some tough situations during a very tough time. Put this one on your list to visit if you have a need.
