We toured Magnolia three times during our search for a community for dad. Every time, we were welcomed and felt like we were at home. The staff knows each resident personally, something that we did not find at any other community. Plus the food! We got to have lunch two different times and the food tasted incredible. Their chef came out to meet us and talk to us about how the options are decided and how it changes.

Valerie and Brenda were great to Roger Kumler. The staff became family to Roger. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! This was the 11th Pl. I had looked to find a home for my father, the day I walked in. I knew we were signing a contract before the documents were even presented.!! I am a regular visitor to residents. Magnolia continues to be friendly and efficient. Sometimes the front door planters could use some water. Many times i am asked to stay for lunch or dinner. The last three visits i experienced a marked, negative change in the quality of the meal. Barely warm entree. Totally different than it used to be.

While visiting my sister this past weekend, we had a Tornado Warning. The staff moved quickly & efficiently to get all the residents to the safest area in the building. They remained calm & reassuring as they fielded questions and made sure everyone was comfortable while we waited for the 'all clear.' I have been impressed with everything "Magnolia" for a long time!! I live out of state and can't visit on a regular basis so I feel very grateful for the care and attention my sister receives. She has blossomed, makes new friends all the time and eagerly checks out the daily schedule of activities!! Magnolia, you are the best!!!

Above and beyond is Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater..! They help and care for not only there residents, there family's are treated with the same love and care. The knowledge and understanding everyone has of dealing with brain disadvantages and willing to teach you more to help you deal with these changes our parent is going through.

The residence was clean and well maintained. I met a few residents while visiting with my family. Those residents were all friendly and engaging. The staff were warm, inviting and helpful. My family members living accommodations were clean, well-kept with plenty of space to meet their needs.

I recently visited this facility in Carmel, IN. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed by the staff and was inundated by a feeling of homeliness. It didn't feel 'cold' or sterile, like some of the places I visited. After touring several facilities in the Carmel area, we have chosen Magnolia Springs. The staff has longevity. That is so important in long term care facilities! They seem impeccably trained with the temperment one would want when caring for the aged. I can't wait for my mother to move in. I feel it in my bones that she will be well cared for. Update: My mother has been at Magnolia for four months now and I couldn't be happier. Finding this hidden gem has been the greatest gift! The caregivers in Memory Way are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure she feels 'at home.' I am so glad we found this place.

Moving family into Magnolia Springs Bridgewater was a great experience. Despite the issues with the Covid pandemic, the staff made the move easy and facilitated any help we needed. The facility is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. It was a pleasure to visit.

My mother has been a resident for nearly two years. MSB has gone through some challenging times during the pandemic but their care and compassion towards my mom and the other residents have been outstanding. In particular, if your loved one is seeking special care for dementia, they have an excellent memory care wing who treats the residents with love and respect.

A dedicated staff works hard to provide excellent care for their residents even in difficult situations. The pandemic placed stress on all care facilities and they did an excellent job at handling all of the problems that resulted. We are blessed to have such a caring facility nearby.
