After 18 years of Assisted Living in two higher end Northern California facilities, my daughter urged me to move closer to Seattle where she had settled. After touring all of the Aegis Living facilities here in Seattle, we picked Aegis Rodgers Park last year 2025. After informing my Sonoma County attorney I was going to move to Seattle, he told me he had just vetted 40 other greater Seattle Assisted Living options for another client and had decided Aegis Queen Anne Rodgers Park was by far the perfect choice. Not only is Aegis Queen Anne Rodgers Park a breathtaking building, it offers a luxurious living experience at a very reasonable rate. The Senior General Manager, Roger Young, spends each day facilitating a superior living experience, but most importantly finds no delay in accommodating special requests from our many residents. The entire staff knows your name from Day One and is always happy to see you and share a laugh. Attention to detail exudes from the magnificent dining room, and the Culinary Services Director, Chef John Lindland, brings out the best from both the back and front of the house. The choices on the ever changing menus bring the element of fine dining, and the monthly meetings of Chef and Residents enable us to get our favorite selections added to the menus, and his next level cooking presentations and tastings are a favorite gathering. Having RNs here at every shift and the very competent directors overseeing the care teams and med techs give such a sense of well being knowing they are here for whatever we might need. Our Enrichment Director, Nash, and Associate, Joseph, will see you are never bored, so much so that you won’t find time to squeeze all their fun events and outings into your schedule. The luxurious theater with movies afternoon and evenings, heated indoor pool, yoga room, massage room, equipped gym, the Pickwick Club for poker, sports TVs, and running ticker-tape are great choices after the latte lounge near the pool table. The grounds and setting are so beautiful, as is green Rodgers Park Bowl right below our large well appointed terraces for sunning, visiting and relaxing with a beverage or frequent barbecue which can also include veggie burgers, if you desire. There are full kitchens in some apartments if you prefer to keep your cooking skills sharp. Be sure to give yourself the experience of a tour and lunch to not miss such an outstanding choice of living your best and vibrant life. Come and meet us.

This place is amazing!!! The staff is on top ov everything from dinning to cable TV. The GM Roger is on top of the whole operation. Nash heads the daily activities like a cruise director. They have live music weekly, a huge movie theater, a sports bar, a salon, a pool, a PT area, pool table, coffee bar, the list goes on and on. The care staff is amazing and on top of their jobs. Mom loves it there and we feel very relieved knowing she is well taken care of. Come and take a tour with Karen and you will see what I am talking about. You will not regret it.

We enjoy our wonderful apartment and are delighted with the consistent competent and Compassionate Care we receive here. We value the many friends we I've met here and love the rich programs we have here with music and fun. The monthly tea parties are not to be missed. The management is eager to hear our suggestions and responsive to our needs. We have come here after selling our home in the Bridal Trails of Bellevue where we lived for 55 years. It was tough to leave but we love living at Aegis Rogers Park.

I love Rodger's Park for many reasons: its setting, its friendly and helpful staff, our amazing and creative Enhancement director, our all-hands on deck Executive Director, and my wonderful apartment, The care team is knowledgeable, and caring and the food is especially good. The daily exercise program is one of the best activities and designed for various abilities. There are daily fun activities from the walking club to various painting mediums. I laugh when I think about how I worried that my life would get smaller when we moved into Rodgers Park a year ago. Both of our lives are fuller and richer. We made friends the first week - who we now dine with daily. My husband plays bridge three times a week, as well as poker. I do flower arranging, Aqua Fit, book club, mahjong, and painting in the art room. When I missed having a garden, the staff started a garden club & let us have free rein over a huge planters in the facility. There’s weekly happy hour, musical groups, monthly tea, and outings. I’m so happy we made Rodgers Park our new home.

My dad moved to Aegis Rogers Park last summer after a few years of living in senior living in Wisconsin. Since his arrival he has had nothing but fantastic care staff, exacting attention to his care and medication regimen, and great opportunities to make friends and live his life to the fullest. Within days Rogers Park was a place where Everyone knew his name, and where he felt like part of the community. In his first week, the chef prepared artichokes for him, recognizing that after losing my mom, he missed the favorite dish she used to make. I feel profound gratitude for all that the Aegis team has done for him.

Aegis Rodgers Park is helping my partner adjust to the infirmities of his dementia with much positive support and friendship from the staff, all the staff. He and the family have received medical advice from trained nursing staff. He has been treated with kindness and patience by all, from the people who enter to clean his room to the people who bring music to the residence. The activities staff engage him in the activities and welcome him each day so that he feels comfortable in what was at first a new and very strange place. He may not remember their names but he knows their faces, smiles and high fives that make him feel very comfortable. Rodgers Park is a beautiful facility but the staff make it a friendly, supportive and welcoming place to live.

I can't say enough good things about this place. We moved my elderly friend here from a nearby assisted living place where she was being completely neglected. Moving her to Aegis was like night and day in the quality of her care and she has thrived. She's been there for about 6 months, and every time I visit I'm so impressed with this place. Each and every staff member is loving, caring, patient and kind. They all seem to truly care about the residents. Her appearance is so much better since she's been here. Her clothes are clean, her fingernails are painted, her hair is washed and brushed. Her apartment is always clean and her clothes are always folded. Something that really impressed me recently is that we had a little Xmas tree for her in a box in a closet, and a staff member set it up for her. They really go the extra mile. In addition to her personal care, there are always activities going on and they make sure residents are engaged and stimulated. They do walks, song and movement, movies, manicures, movement, word games, scenic outings, art projects and more. It's a great place, I hope I can retire there some day!

Choosing a memory care community for our loved one was a near-impossible experience. No place can be the right fit for everyone, so tour at least five places before you decide. I may not recommend memory care facilities for most people or do it again myself. However, I think Aegis at Rogers Park was right for what we were looking for, for a few universal reasons: 1. Incredibly compassionate and invested direct care staff, even with limited resources. The team that actually helped my mother worked very hard and maintained loving kindness and efficacy throughout. I would have personally recommended nearly everyone I met in the memory care community. 2. Open availability and support for visiting. I felt like I could visit any time without disrupting anyone, and sometimes even felt eagerly welcomed! It made visiting a lot less stressful. 3. Our overall experience was very positive. There were some issues along the way, but when it came to her care, comfort, and joy, I don't think we could have found a better place for my mom to live as happily as possible given her health. Aegis of Queen Anne at Rodgers Park has allowed my mother to bloom in ways that leave my jaw on the floor. Mom was living independently with dementia. This meant she was isolated, lonely and in danger of multiple household hazards. Believing she was just fine, she also refused to make a change. A solo-car accident was the segue into assisted living. While mom wants to return home, as so many in her situation do, she is engaged socially and emotionally, and her needs are taken care of. This has allowed her the time and space to fully engage in multiple activities a day (art, exercise, writers' group, lectures, outings, shopping etc), make friends, and smile in ways I haven't seen in decades. The staff at Rodgers Park are superlative. They have given mom, and me, a sense of security, belonging and home. If your loved one needs help with activities of daily living help in order to fully embrace life, I recommend Aegis of Queen Anne at Rodgers Park wholeheartedly.
