My dad is 90 years old and lived in his home for over 50 years so we did not think he would ever call any other place his home but he has now lived at The Park for almost 6 months now and he actually called it his home the other day. We were so happy to hear him say that.The staff is the best, they are there whenever you need them for anything. I am very happy with him staying here.

My 86 year old mother loved living here. The people were kind and professional. She said she loved her apartment and the caregivers. Unfortunately she passed a week ago, but I am so glad she spent the end of her life feeling comfortable, safe, and loved.

We just moved our mom into The Park at Bay Area and so far she absolutely loves it. The place is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have been quick to respond to her needs and she really likes the food. Andrea is very kind. She gave us a tour and took the time to answer all of our questions. Melissa was great. She also took the time to answer our many questions prior to move-in and coordinated everything making the process effortless. I think we finally found "our place".

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional services and care that my mom has received since moving to The Park three months ago. From the vary first visit, it was clear that this community would be the ideal place for her. The welcoming atmosphere and the dedication of the staff have truly made The Park feel like home for her. Moving my mom into this assisted living home was such a blessing. From the very beginning, the entire transition process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. We were welcomed on the first day by Tori, who greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that instantly put my mom at ease. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure my mom felt comfortable in her new home right away. The environment was bright, peaceful, and full of friendly faces, which made the experience even more reassuring. Melissa, who coordinated every step of the move-in process with amazing attention to detail and care. She made everything feel effortless from scheduling to settling in and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Every staff member we’ve met since has been just as attentive and compassionate, treating my mom like family. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s surrounded by people who truly care. Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough!

The Park at Bay Area was recommended by a firiend whose mom lived there. After touring the facility and meeting Melissa, I knew this would be a good fit for my mom. The staff are caring and responsive whenever needed. There are many activities for them to do and there is also someone who comes in and does hair at a reasonable cost. My mom has made some new friends and is happy there. I recommend this facility.

The Park at Bay Area is a wonderful place if you are searching for care for yourself or a loved one. My father in law has been living here for several months and we are very happy with the care he receives! The staff is kind and helpful, the facility is clean and welcoming. It’s clear they really care about the residents. It is always a difficult decision to make in finding a place for your loved one to move to but The Park at Bay Area is by far the best facility I found! I spent months touring places around Houston and I’m so glad we chose this one!

A few observations (not all): * There must be more money for the grocery budget. Food is unimpressive and often the day to day items (coffee creamer, brown sugar, fresh fruit, yogurt) are not available. * The staff: Always minimal. High turnover. Quality for some very good, others, not so much. Probably a budget concern. HUGE safety concern. * Why aren't the floors getting repaired? The tiles have been popped up for months and the tape has worn off. What's safe about this situation? No excuse. For 2 years we've expected Park at Bay Area to "get it together" and be awesome, as sold. In some ways, it's getting better, but it's been too slow for too long.

What a wonderful place for my Brother-in-law, MPG! When we had to move him from his home to an Assisted Living Place, we looked at many options. How fortunate we were to find The Park! From the minute I met Melissa, I had a feeling we had found the right place. Then we did a tour! So many options, and we found the perfect fit for MPG. My sisters and I have taken care of our Mom, Dad, and most recently MPG's wife, my sister. How I wish we would have found out about the Park for her. I have seen many places and The Park has it all, sincerely you will love it here. Take a tour and you will see it and feel" it the minute you meet staff and see the place.
