They had performances by many talented musicians as well as allowing my children's piano teacher to hold their recital there so she could attend. I have been caring for a hospice patient here and have so far been highly impressed with the beautiful foyer, the spacious rooms, the response times of the DON, CNA's and med techs, the constant and ever changing activities I have seen for the growth of the residents to the menu for food items offered to the residents. From the attentive maintenance staff, the always so helpful front desk staff, everyone I encounter, including the residents themselves, there are smiles on people's faces! It is a refreshing and remarkable change considering some places all you hear are dismayed family members and ongoing issues. Thank you Copper Creek for making yourselves really stand up to the 2023 award you deserve for Best Senior Living Center in the state of Utah! You deserve it!!

Had lunch in the dining room today with mom. Food was good, service was good. I had reported a problem with the bathroom fan in my mom's room last week. It makes a horrendous noise. It has not been fixed. It doesn't make the noise every time the light is turned on but enough times that it is extremely annoying. The fan needs to be replaced or fixed. I will check it again next week and hopefully it will have been taken care of.

We put my father in Copper Creek after he broke his hip. My father,s experience here has been and absolute 10. The staff has been professional, responsive, attentive and caring. Everyone working there seems to take their job very seriously. The facility is as good as the staff...always impeccably bright and clean. Copper Creek was voted the best senior living establishment in Utah and I can absolutely see why. CeCe (the administrator) and her staff have created an unusually effective culture and environment that really works to bring the highest level of service to the residents.

I want to give you 10 stars. The staff here has become like a second family to us. My grandmother recently passed off Alzheimer's and her final day was filled with the staff being so attentive to her needs and the families needs as well. Everyone that was involved in her care, came in to say their goodbyes to her and sit, and shed tears with our family. They were exactly who we needed to make this such a peaceful experience. Cece was always so attentive and responsive to whatever needs we had. Lela is a literal angel and has become an honorary member of our family. Jeanne was so comforting and loving with our family and all the other staff that we interacted with, held us in such love and kindness. You are all doing this because you love your work and you love your residents and it completely shows. There are not enough ways to convey our thanks or love, but please know what a special place in our hearts you hold!

My mom recently moved here and it is fantastic! The facility itself is very nice but what really makes Copper Creek special is how the staff goes above and beyond. Much of the new leadership recently came from another community where my mom lived previously and she followed them to Copper Creek because they're on top of everything. My mom's situation can be quite difficult (stroke recovery) and Copper Creek consistently delivers excellent care for my mother. Strongly recommended.

We had other options for my father in law, but Copper Creek is by far the best! The building is new and the apartments are nice. There are lots of activities and opportunities to socialize. Church services are held in the building and my father in law has been happy with the dining. He arrived needing extra care and attention and everyone in the Memory Care section was excellent. Care with dignity! We moved him out of Memory Care and into a studio, but he is still able to get assistance as needed, along with some independence. The staff have all been truly wonderful! I'm so glad we chose Copper Creek!

I have been researching senior living spaces for my grandparents for awhile now. I am very please with the staff by how fast the respond to senior needs, and how well each member living there is treated. They seem to really care about the residents and that's what I care most about. It's also super clean, and well organized. my parents have lived in this facility since july. they have had a number of problems. during a coved outbreak it was complete chaos trying to get regular and appropriate meals. my mother had to call several times on a day she did not receive a meal. after several requests she was given two large chicken fried steaks and a plate of fries. my mother is diabetic, has heart disease and kidney failure. this was not a healthy meal for her. i question their thoroughness in understanding the healthy meals she needs. i took my mother to her nephrologist several months ago and she told her doctor she does not have control of her diet becuase they live in assisted living. her doctor told her to do the best she could. i was shocked at my mother's feeling that she was out of control of her diet and even more that her doctor had to say "just do the best you can". in their intake interview i would have hoped they would have gathered that information and made arrangements for a healthy meal plan for her. shortly after this incident they replaced the adminstrator. i believe things have been a little better but i visited my parents last week and they are not getting regular showers that they pay 40$ a piece. my mother figured out how to put a towel down in the shower to give her more stability so she could wash herself. a few weeks ago my father had not had a shower in over a week. these kinds of things are unacceptable. several days ago my father tested postive for whooping cough and covid. they are quarantined which is appropriate but becuase of that they were unable to see family on christmas. they recieved only one meal on christmas day and when my mother went out to get an aid she called out for one down the hall and the aid yelled at her. these things are unacceptable. we will continue to work with this facility because we do not want to move my parents but these oversights and neglect continue to question the level and quality of care.

One of the best centers you could ever hope to find for your loved ones. My grandma has been here for quite some time now and Stephanie and her staff made the transition seemless. They know their stuff. I truly appreciate how welcome they've made my grandma feel, since moving into a facility can be life-changing. She particularly loves their activities. Karaoke is one of her favorites and Stephanie herself is always there, singing to the residents! Stephanie has gone above and beyond to help meet my family's needs and the needs of everyone there. Absolutely beautiful assisted living facility, wonderful atmosphere, kind staff. When my grandma was rapidly declining, and needing to be removed from her home. I was absolutely terrified. I have heard so many horror stories about assisted livings so suffice to say I was scared. Stephanie and her staff has helped ease my woes. Seeing first hand how well my grandma has been taken care of has really changed my mind on what an assisted living is like! I was worried that she would decline not only more, but much faster than if she was at home. We have set up her room to really resemble her home.I have seen her get more out of her shell and really have moments where she acts like grandma again. Most of all it's good to know that she is safe and taken care of. No longer needing to worry if she left the stove on or why her phone is off the hook. I can sleep soundly at night knowing she is safe and sound. I wouldn't know this kind of comfort if it weren't for Stephanie. She has been so amazing. It is a newer senior lifestyle residence with potential. Vast majority of employees are amiable; however, it is not apparent that staff is actively attempting to assess the status, needs of the residents. The aids are the workhorses and might need more guidance and recognition. Caregiving for seniors is challenging. It would be beneficial if management had meaningful interaction with the residents so management could better ascertain how well everything is running.

I'm not even sure why the appointment? If no one is with the resident, why can't I see them when I arrive? Can't you do a version of your porch visit like you had in the summer? Disappointed

My wife looked all over the valley for suitable assisted living for her mother. We decided on the Sheridan at South Jordan. We were very impressed and grateful for the dedication of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the many thoughtful amenities and excellent care she received during the year that she lived there. We were grateful to have her nearby for that year, and that she was surrounded by wonderful people. The Director, Walter and his staff, take the time to really get to know all of their residents and their family members. We would highly recommend this place to anyone needing assisted living at any level.

My wife, who is paraplegic, and I have lived at the Sheridan since May 2018. We love it here. The dining experience is top notch and you dont have to arrive at a specific time during the meal hours. You can request something off the menu too or request substitutions. Even if you arrive after-hours you can still get something to eat. If you visit during a meal the Sheridan Salad is a must have.The medical staff (Nurse, CNAs, aides and medtechs) are caring and responsive to all our needs and full of personality.From the front desk to the maintenance staff to housekeeping personnel you will not easily find a more competent group of folks.Our Activities staff are especially worth noting. They eagerly respond to activity requests and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to engage everyone here at the Sheridan. Painting classes, quilting, card games of all types, readings, musical entertainments, ice cream socials, outings to ski resorts, islands, picnics, and a plethora of other fun things occur on a regular basis. Plus they take you to doctor appointments and wait until youre done to bring you back.The executive and marketing staff are also highly valued, respected and very well liked by residents. Everyone, including the director, chips in when a problem occurs. It isnt unusual to see them cleaning, serving food, or filling in when a shift is shorthanded. We love them all.

Our experience at The Sheridan was much shorter than we expected, but we loved the generous care and consideration we received for my mother. The management team is outstanding; the activities people are fun with unique and creative activities; the CNAs were kind and caring; the Health and Wellness director was superbly knowledgeable, skilled, and caring; and there was always a warm welcome from the great people at the front desk. The facility is new and beautiful--with a Costco and Walmart right across the street! We loved the magnificent view of the mountains from the sundeck, the washer and dryers in each room, USB plugs in the outlets, spacious rooms with lots of storage, and the delicious food. My 97-year-old mother had had several falls before moving into The Sheridan. On her second day there, she had another gentle slip, but this time it fractured her hip, and so our experience at The Sheridan turned into her 2-week dying experience. The lucrative world of hospice can be difficult for families to navigate in finding the right kind of help. We found that help with Curtis and Kelsey and the staff at The Sheridan. They were advocates for my mother, who wanted a peaceful and dignified end of life experience, and that meant so much to us at a trying time. Her room provided a spacious and private environment for our family to gather for sweet remembrances, and her time of passing was very calm and peaceful. They were attentive, caring, and always there for us in all the right ways. We deeply appreciate the kind and caring service we received at The Sheridan.

I feel like I made the best choice for my Sister trusting her care to the kind people at the Sheridan. I have been able to spend time with her there and can see how well she is responding to the memory programs they have set up. I want to thank the staff at the Sheridan for doing everything for my Sister that they said they would.
