Nate from EVS spent a considerable amt of time cleaning my over stuffed upholstered chair and ottoman . He was so conscientious and hard working. When it dried overnite, he returned to check that it was as good as possible. It looks like a brand new furniture ! When I repeatedly thanked him, he would simply smile and say this is what we do .

My mother resided at the Windsor House (cognitive care) at Brandon Wilde for over ten years. The Windsor House staff are compassionate, competent, and fun (and their work is often times not easy). From the care provided, I knew my mom was loved and valued. I became good friends with the staff and will miss not regularly seeing them. My entire family is extremely grateful to the entire team and wish them all the best.

My husband and I chose Brandon Wilde because it is the most comprehensive senior living community in the CSRA area. We love living in a designated nature preserve where we can walk our dog and grow vegetables or flowers in the community raised bed garden. If you are looking for a quality senior living property for your parents or yourself, I would recommend Brandon Wilde. My Grandmother lived there and, later, my parents also live there so we have two generations of experience with Brandon Wilde. The property is beautiful and offers many activities and amenities. But even more impressive than that is the staff and care team. They are kind, caring and know every resident by name. Brandon Wilde has provided great peace of mind and comfort for our family.

I moved into Brandon Wilde because it delivers a very reliable and desirable standard of living. This frees us to enjoy life without the work of home ownership and maintaining all aspects of home ownership. Because this is a life-care program, we won’t have to count on our children or hired caregivers if we get sick or need memory care. Rehab, memory care, assisted living, home health and full nursing are right here for us and we don’t have to pay additionally in case we need any of those. We feel financially and physically safe here. This lifestyle frees us from much of the worry that most people endure as they age gracefully.

My mother in law was recently a patient at the skilled nursing facility at Brandon Wilde in Augusta. She was treated with great professionalism by a very caring staff. While it’s never easy to have a loved one in a healthcare situation, I highly recommend The Pavilion at Brandon Wilde. The administrator Larry Banks and his team are nothing short of first class.

My mother has been a resident of Brandon Wilde for 10 years She has progressed from independent care through memory care with a short stay in the medical Pavilion Without hesitation I recommended Brandon Wilde to my friends that have aging parents and have seen many actually go to Brandon Wilde The support staff is wonderful but the medical staff reminds me of a great acute care hospital were they genuinely care for their patients. The Director of nursing sets the standard for her staff and it is exhibited in their performance and their care and their abilities They are quick to keep me informed of any medical change and are welcoming to me to ask questions and be present with my mother in crisis situations Brandon Wilde is Second to none based on the quality of care provided not to mention the beautiful facilities

This is an awesome place. Our family member is living in Assisted living. Great staff, great environment, people who live and work there actually like being there. The food is top notch. This is a great location also. Close to everything. 70+ acres, you can get lost here. Not literal though. Lol. I recommend this place highly.

Having to put my husband in a nursing facility for the first time was very stressful for me. From day one the entire staff at Brandon Wilde put my mind at ease.from the sweet receptionist all the way to the housekeepers. The nurses and therapists were excellent. My husband is coming home today and it is because of the excellent care he received at Brandon Wilde! The only complaint I have is that my cooking can never match the good food he got use to!. Love and gratitude to each of you who is making this possible.

Josephine Johnson of the Housekeeping Department is terrific! She is at Mom’s apartment every Tuesday morning, on time and as pleasant and kind as she could possibly be. On top of this, she is a great cleaner, very thorough and goes out of her way to take care of whatever needs to be done in an efficient manner. Brandon Wilde is fortunate to have Josephine on it’s staff and Mom is fortunate to have her every Tuesday at her apartment.

My parents moved to Brandon Wilde when they were 75 years old and have loved living here. They started in a cottage. When my father died, my mother moved to an apartment and now, at 94, she lives in The Colonnade. The caring staff work hard to make sure the residents are happy and healthy. Bravo Brandon Wilde!

My parents moved to Brandonwilde in 2003. They started out in a cottage in the village and were very happy. My father died with Alzheimer’s in 2011. My mom moved to an apartment and had great support from her friends. She then moved to the colonnade for several years and is now living in the pavilion. Brandonwilde has always treated my parents and our family with kindness and respect. It is a great relief to us that they could transition to different levels of care in a familiar environment. All of the staff are helpful and encourage my mom to participate in activities. She loved making her Kentucky Derby hat! My mom feels very safe at Brandonwilde. Many thanks to all who have helped our family over the years.

My in-laws lived at BW and when we visited them there it was a beautiful place with a caring staff. It was hard not to be impressed with this facility. Everything is top notch! The staff is courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. You will have no worries if your loved ones are living here. I saw a couple of negative reviews on this place and it’s hard to believe that these are sincere. One visit will confirm the quality of this community

The campus was well manicured and the team members were so helpful in guiding us around the impressive facility to get us exactly where we needed to go. Meeting with the life coordinator was such a pleasure and the level of detail and courtesy was simply impressive. During this difficult time we are all living through, never ever have I been more pleased with the way the entire staff has handled this situation.
