In a difficult time with difficult decisions to make we were incredibly grateful for this community!! Cathie and the entire team took their time with my family and gave us options. We are looking forward to our move in and becoming a part of this community which seems more like family. If you need to place a loved one in assisted living look no further than here.

Thanks to all the Cedarhurst Des Peres staff for sincerely caring for our Mom .I to , as an earlier post mentioned like how spacious the hallways are and the brightness ( lots of natural sunlight) . Mom is in memory care and surely was missing her own home when she became a new resident in April . Appreciate the attention that mom required early on from the nurses , caregivers , facility and activity directors , concierges , thanks Carol for setting up our dinner table on short notice so Moms grandsons could enjoy a July 4th dinner . It truly is an all hands on approach at Cedarhurst when it comes to the care of residents and keeping family updated . Mom is adjusting to her new surroundings , still misses her home ,but with the continued support of the Cedarhurst staff and all the activities , live musical entertainment and family gatherings they present . Mom's definitely got lots of choices . Definitely don't say it enough , Thanks to everyone at Cedarhurst

I moved my mother in back in April and my father will be joining her soon.! I really connected to Cathy and Trista, really all the staff is amazing, always see the same staff which is great as they do not have a high turnover. My mom is always happy and participates in all the activities that they have…she is always dressed nice and looks good! I can not say enough great things about the facility and staff! I truly feel that they have become an extension of our family.

I wanted to give a shout out to Cathie and Jeremy. Cathie went out of her way to assist me and my family. She was so proactive in trying to help place my mother and continues to help with questions that I have. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, Cathie is worth calling. Couldn’t ask for a more honest and trustworthy person to help through the process!!! Also like to say that Jeremy was quick to go to the hospital to see if my mother. These two are both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you both for helping through a trying time!!!

This is a lovely home with caring staff who go above and beyond to make our loved ones feel comfortable, safe and cared for. I was impressed with the hands-on attention from the management staff, their knowledge of each resident and their honest concern to address all needs of the residents and to support the family members of the resident in all situations.

Finally, a place that feels more like home rather than a hospital that is safe for memory care! No other place we toured allowed the residents such independence and freedom, which was important to our familys decision. Our goal for our family member was to support the highest quality of life, for as long as possible. Meal options, lots of room to explore inside and out, different activities, and a private apartment with a locking door for his own sense of security. The staff works hard to make the transition as smooth as possible, and offers family support as well. Beautiful facility, well appointed apartments (different sizes, floor plans - not one size fits all). So much to feel good about, especially such a big decision.
