My wife’s aunt was there for about a year and a half. The whole staff was wonderful and sweet. Auslin was very sweet and kept my wife’s aunt very comfortable during the end of life process. I work in the medical field also and I think it is very important for those of us who do a good job to be recognized especially when they do such a great job. I appreciate her efforts and thank her with all my heart. She is a very special person.

My mother and father have been living at The Good Life in El Paso for 5 months. They moved there from South Texas to be closer to my sister. We have been very impressed with the quality of care they have both received. My father has late stage dementia and has had numerous doctors caring for his needs. The staff has been kind and professional, making sure all of Dad's needs are met. My mother requires minimal care, and she is very pleased with the food at the facility. She likes being able to room with my dad. The last place they lived said Dad's dementia was too advance for them to co-habitat but the Good Life tries to keep couples together. Mom reported that the care they receive here is much higher quality (and less expensive) than the care they received in South Texas at the Gardens at Brook Ridge. I was very disappointed when I visited my parents there last summer and saw that my dad was not being bathed on a regular basis (he smelled) and they didn't address his dermatological needs at all. When I insisted they set up a dermatology appointment for him (he had lots of obvious skin cancer on his face and arms!), they didn't even bother to get him to the appointment on time and with his insurance card in hand. The Good Life is miles and away better than the last place my parents lived, and it's less expensive, as well.

My family and I are extremely grateful for Ericka and her staff during this difficult season in our parents lives. They have not only cared for their medical needs, but have taken an interest in them as people. That has meant the world to us, to know our parents are loved in our absence. Vanessa has been a god sent an angel on earth. Diana not only ensures the residents have a balanced diet, but also knows how to put smiles on their faces with her personal relationships with each and all of the residents. May you all be blessed for all thst you pour out. It isnt easy.

My brother was extremely fortunate to be cared for by the staff at Good Life, El Paso. He was treated with dignity, compassion, and received the utmost care. The facility is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. As a family, we couldnt have asked for more for our brother.

Better than the previous place her POA, placed her. Senior abuse. But, care needs to be upgraded. Hospitalized 3 times in 3 months: UTI, preventable; dehydrated, preventable; fell,preventable. Another accident and we will have to bring charges.

They have a wonderful Respite care for free, I took my mother there and she just loved it! Thank you for the 3 day break . as a caregiver I so really needed a break. Thank you GOODLIFE!
