I recently worked with Sherrie at Auberge at Brookfield, regarding a hospice patient. Sherrie was a true professional, communication was great from Sherrie was fantastic. Auberge is a Beautiful Facility with very caring staff and caregivers. Excellent communication from the director nursing and the administrator as well. I highly recommend auberge at Brookfield .

I toured this community after hearing great things. I toured and was really impressed with the intentional design, specialized programming and dedicated staff my Wife was lovingly embraced her first few days and is doing great. They even offer a family support group to help us families. LOVE IT!! Check them out

I visit my uncle often and let me tell you the environment is quite clean and and friendly The staff were super nice and friendly I wouldn’t recommend any other place for my uncle and i give a special thank you to the staff Stephanie trotter she was so nice friendly and professional but yes thank you again.

The best way to describe Auberge is warmth. It’s nice to walk into a community and feel like you are walking into a warm hug. The receptionist greets you with a smile and pleasant conversation. Residents clearly run the show and that’s how it’s supposed to be. The community smells amazing. Take a tour don’t just off of my word, you won’t regret it I assure you!

There are no words to express how refreshing it is to see people living in a memory care community who are so enjoying a life filled with meaningful engagement. the activity team there truly know and live their residents! It took a long time to make the decision to move my dad to Auberge, but even in the very short time he's been there, I know we made the right decision. To have him call me and hear in his voice how happy he is, is such a blessing. He so happy with all the activities he’s doing there and keeping busy all the time. He mentioned shopping in the store picking out an item for his great granddaughter, which made him so engaged. Upon opening Facebook - he was playing balloon volleyball - which brought happy tears to my eyes to see him active “ not just watching tv! Everyone we've interacted with on staff has been so kind and helpful and caring. Tina always shines the best light on every situation and Jena is so understanding with medications and care. Looking forward to many happy memories with Auberge and staff. Thank you!

My mom has been at Auberge for 2yrs and the staff are kind and gentle with her as she can frighten easily. Auberge has been a good fit for mom for many reasons. Here are just a few: Chef joe and his team make delicious, healthy meals that are restaurant worthy like salmon with mushroom risotto. Danniko and other dining team members are aware of need to cut moms food and the beverages she likes- always sweet apple juice, never sour lemonade . Leann has a great activity sched, from bingo regularly to onsite visitors like therapy ponies and k-9 officers. Tina has been helpful accommodating mom needs. And if I need questions answered or assistance while visiting Justina, Marcelina, or Miss Gloria are always available. Rosie never misses an opportunity to give mom a hug and kiss even when just passing in the hallway. I could list many caregivers like Keisha who is fabulous on Med cart even when residents are a challenge like mom who used to spit out her medicine, but this review would get even longer. So I will finish with an experience involving all the caregivers- one of the residents began choking and clearly their airway was blocked. Every caregiver came running to aid and one caregiver even pulled her acrylic nails off to getter a better hand thrust to do the heimlich. Even chef joe jumped in to render care. The situation was resolved very quickly and the resident was fine. It was a true team effort.

I had a tour with Monique. The facility was clean, residents painting, caregivers interacting with the residents that were not painting. Looking for a place is difficult and Monique made this difficult situation feel so much better answering all my questions and gave me her email and said I could email her with any questions at anytime and that made me feel comfortable.

My husband has been at Auberge for 9 mos. I am very happy with the care he has received. The staff and caregivers are great. The cleaning sisters are exceptional. They keep everything immaculate. The food is very good. The lifestyle director is also exceptional with her many activities for the residents.

The facility management is horrible, keep all the workers who dont do any work and fire the great workers due to them speaking on management duties that haven't been done. Nothing gets done in the building.

My mother in law has been at Auberge for about 6 months and we have been very happy with the facility and staff. Everyone I have met has been very friendly and helpful. She is diabetic and has some memory issues and having the proper care for her at Auberge has really improved her well-being. She used to complain about feeling ill and stayed in bed all day at home but now that her medications are managed and she is properly cared for she is more alert and interacting with the other residents and staff. Auberge is a relatively new facility with lots of natural light and windows and great meals served in the common room so residents can socialize. The staff organized special Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations for the residents and their families which was a really nice touch. I would recommend Auberge if you have a family member that needs care.

My mother has received wonderful care! She enjoys the food and the staff have taken good care of her. It's reassuring to know her medications are given regularly as she's diabetic and prior to Auberge always had trouble keeping her blood/sugar level correct. The facility is very nice with a lot of natural light. My mom has been doing quite well since she moved in. I appreciate the all of the staff's good work. Thank you!

My dad passed away 6 years ago from Alzheimers and my regret is that at that time I didn't know about Auberge, Brookfield. I have been here on several occasions - what I love about it here is it is not an "institution" but very much a warm and friendly home for the residents. They have freedom to walk around and partake in conversations, activities or a wonderful meal in the diningroom. Even the pets look right at home. I've read some of the comments above and they don't reflect the many experiences I've had here. One more thing, I love all the natural light from the windows, very energizing. Keep up the great work!
