Edgeworth New Town has been home for my father for over a year now. I live in Georgia, and would have preferred he be closer to me or a siblingbut l am glad he is here and found this place. He has just returned home from a stressful stay in the hospital, and I cannot express the attention he/we have received from Lennae on staff here. Her attention and support has been spot-on since his return. She has helped him (and us) feel like this can still remain home for him. Appreciative and recommend highly.

This was a wonderful place and a nice community, however it is no longer. Please do not believe the Hype my father was neglected and we eventually brought him home with a full time care giver. I am sorry that we even moved him there in the first place.

My wife’s mother is a resident at Edgeworth Park and she has told me numerous times about Jennifer, one of the activity directors there. In my wife’s words, Jennifer is so good with the residents. She interacts with them in group settings and one-on-one with kindness and enthusiasm. She is a real asset to Edgeworth Park!

My mother in law has been at Edgeworth for four months now and doing so well. The entire staff is wonderful. Taylor walked us through major decisions and made the process as easy as possible. Jennifer maintains a keen eye on my mother in law daily and we are so thankful for her genuine loving care.

Our experience with Glenda, Indyah and Sylvia on Memory Care is always exceptional. They are attentive, compassionate and pay attention to detail with our family members. They interact with the residents during free time. I’ve never seen them just setting or on their phone.

This past week we made the big decision to move our father into assisted living, something completely new to our family. After several friends recommended Edgeworth Park, we toured and were so relieved to find a place that truly met all of his needs. From the start, the staff has been so kind, supportive and excellent with communication. They never made us feel pressured, which made the process much easier. The facility itself is immaculate, clean and very comfortable. Most importantly, it already feels like a wonderful new home for our father. We are so grateful for the care and peace of mind Edgeworth Park has provided our family.

I just had to write a review after we had an incredible tour. I first met with the director, Victoria, who showed me the beautiful community. I saw many activities during the tour, and even got to taste yummy food from Chef Andre. During my visit, I also met with Stacey, the nursing director who went over some care details which made me feel at ease. I look forward to our next steps.

These past few weeks I have had both the pleasure and the privilege of working with this community. I was thoroughly impressed with the leadership team and their dedication to their residents. The Edgeworth Park at New Town team is professional, compassionate, and they keep their residents’ best interests in mind with every decision they make. The nursing and care staff have call response times superior to every other community I have worked with. You will feel the warmth and sense of community from the moment you walk through their doors. The concierge team is welcoming and attentive, the life enrichment team will have engaging activities underway, and the setting makes you feel like you have just walked into a charming resort. If my mom lived in Virginia, I would definitely choose Edgeworth Park at New Town as her next home. To the team I want to thank you for the warm welcome and thank you for going to work each day and leading with your hearts. I wish to thank all of the caretakers and staff at Edgeworth. Caregivers are kind, considerate and cheerful. My father has been there just short of a year and now that he is entering Hospice I can say that the service and care at Edgeworth has been consistently good throughout his residence.

Beautiful facility with excellent and caring staff. We moved my parents from one of the larger facilities in Williamsburg to Edgeworth earlier this year. This was a great move for my parents and siblings. Edgeworth gives individual care to the residents and gets to know them and their needs. We have been thrilled with evert aspect of live at Edgeworth. Victoria answered all our questions and has gone above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to the management and daily care givers at Edgeworth for treating my parents with the respect they deserve and making each day special for them.

Staff are so attentive and kind. They treat residents with dignity and cheerfulness. It’s a pleasure to interact with everyone from front desk to management to nurses and aides. Really glad to have moved parents out of Brookdale and into Edgeworth.

This community is special. I always enjoy visiting and meeting with the residents and staff. Happy hours daily, dining staff knows every resident by name as well as their likes and dislikes! The concierge team knows every family member and is extremely helpful Great place to live and work. No wonder they are 100% with a waitlist!

I LOVE Edgeworth!!! My grandmother has been living here for almost 3 years and the staff and caregivers are amazing!! What a wonderful facility to have in the area. We has sent several people to take a took and consider moving there with all of them returning with rave reviews about the facility and staff. Every time I go in to visit, the staff is very welcoming and the residents are all smiling and enjoying themselves. Just a great feel to the place.

The staff at Edgeworth Park at Newtown are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Our group meets in their facility, which is very accommodating and flexible. We can tell their residents are well taken care of because they are always friendly and smiling. The food at our buffet lunch is always great. The chef takes care of us and the residents. We interact with the residents and staff every week that we are there, and always find them in good moods. I highly recommend this well managed facility.

Edgeworth is an incredible addition to our community. I have multiple clients that live and love living at their assisted living park. In addition, Edgeworth is so involved in the community and is extremely generous with their conference room. I've used it to host work seminars, girl scout meeting and Rotary meetings. Working with Chef Dan couldn't be easier and the food is delicious. They have a lot of activities for their residents and go out of there way to make everyone feel at home whether a resident or guest.
