Our family will always be grateful for the wonderful care my dad received during his time in Memory Care. The staff treated him with kindness, patience, dignity, and compassion every single day, and that gave us so much comfort during a very difficult time. Every one of you consistently went above and beyond, often using your own personal phones so I could FaceTime with my dad, especially since I live out of state. I moved my 98-year-old mother into Spring Arbor a month ago, and the entire experience has exceeded my expectations. The Sales & Marketing Director made the move in process smooth, organized, and exactly as promised, even scheduling a follow-up meeting two weeks later to ensure things were going well. The Executive Director sets a high standard for the whole community. She is professional, approachable, and truly hands on, often working alongside her staff to ensure residents receive excellent care. Her leadership is felt throughout the building. The Director of Nursing shows the same dedication and warmth. It is clear she cares deeply for the residents, and my mother’s daily care has been outstanding. The Food Service Director has gone above and beyond to honor my mom’s specific dietary needs, which has given me real peace of mind. The receptionists are consistently welcoming, professional, and helpful, whether in person or on the phone. The Maintenance Director is responsive, supportive, and always willing to assist, which made the transition easier for both of us. I was initially concerned about therapy services due to my mother’s age, but her Legacy Therapist has been patient, attentive, and compassionate from day one. Administrators also stop by her room regularly to check on her comfort and wellbeing something rare and truly appreciated. Spring Arbor has delivered on every promise. My mother is thriving, the building is beautifully maintained, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. I have complete peace of mind knowing she is safe, respected, and truly cared for. I highly recommend this community.

For years, I stressed about finding a suitable assisted living care facility that would treat my mother with the care and respect she needs and deserves after 86 years. Sylena in admissions was professional but also caring and transparent. She made me feel that I was making the right decision for my aging mother. The staff at Spring Arbor of Steele Creek are friendly, caring and respectful. They even spend time with her and paint her fingernails! My mother enjoys living there and has been establishing friendships with everyone. I'm so happy for everyone at Spring Arbor and I feel confident knowing that my mother is well taken care of. Ignore any review prior to [date removed] as the place is under new ownership and management. I wouldn't put my mother anywhere else as I have total confidence in Spring Arbor!

Our family feels Blessed to have found this facility for our parents. Rebekah has been the positive face of how Wickshire takes care of the residents. She worked diligently to help us make the best decision & while touring with her, another family confirmed this was the right choice! My father recently passed & the staff has shown nothing but love & kindness to our mom. We see how her quality of life has Elevated We also appreciate Kristain for a great job adressing any concerns & ensuring they are resolved.

I had a great conversation with Rebekah, and though this facility cannot meet the specific needs of my mom, I wouldn't have hesitated placing her in their care. Rebekah was knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and very helpful and Sandra was also very helpful in helping me set up a tour.

I was in search for a facility for my mom and came across Wickshire Steele Creek. I began speaking with Rebekah and she was very informative about the facility and very nice and personable. She and Joy came to do an assessment on my mom (on a days notice) at her current facility and they were amazing. Rebekah went on a walk with my mom, which really made my heart sing. They were amazing ladies and sat and gave me information and talked with my mom for a while. It was great. If you are looking for a place for your family member or loved one, please call Wickshire Steele Creek. They are amazing there! Thank you Wickshire Steel Creek; we are looking forward to move-in day.

My mom has been there for over a year. The staff cares about these senior treasures. They take time to dance with them, go for a walk, paint their nails, braid their hair, sit and listen to them. Dementia is a horrible disease but these care givers make it easier. Our family is blessed that she is there and cared for and loved so well !!!

I recently was in a situation where I had to find a place for my elderly mother immediately because of her worsening health. I found Wickshire through a listing generated by "A Place For Mom". They were the first property to respond to me and I was able to arrange a tour the following day. Allison Smidt was extremely professional and was able to present the information that I needed clearly and concisely. She answered all my questions thoroughly and she had a great deal of knowledge and empathy for my Mom's situation. The tour was great and this property really has a great atmosphere and is very well laid out. We ended up selecting an equally good place which was only 10 minutes from my house and that was the deciding factor. Otherwise, I feel that Wickshire Steele Creek is one of the top options in any search for elder care.

Wickshire at Steele creek is a life saver. They went above and beyond to help me get my dad help. I truly believe that without them my dad would be in the hospital again or worse. Allison is amazing, compassionate, informative, passionate and helpful. This is not just a job for her. Dominique is outstanding as well. She understanding, passionate, helpful, informative, and caring. She loves the residents and is understanding of the family and the emotions everyone is going through. Only reason I gave a 4 is because they are short staffed. Plus the weekend staff Is not as helpful and friendly as the week staff. Weekend staff is still nice and respectful, however they are unable to answer questions, that I felt should be easy to answer. Thank you Alison and Dominique I appreciate you both! I am thankful for you both. You both are outstanding at your job!

My experience at this location was nothing but beautiful. The facility is very clean. I love the interactions between health care worker and residents. I saw that the residents were very happy there. I was very pleased with the friendly staff who greeted me at the door and throughout the facility. If you’re looking for a home for your loved one. Please visit this location they will take good care of you.

Their transportation vehicle keeps breaking down and they don not offer any alternative transportation for their clients to get to their doctor appointments. It is expected if the client is paying for services they should offer alternative transportation.

My father has been in and out of assisted living (The Wellmore in Tega Cay) and adult daycare centers (currently The Ivey at Southpark) for the better part of five years. In my experience the aspect of the facility that has had the most profound and positive impact on him has always been the group activities. As such, I frequent websites of peer establishments to see how our programs compare. Upon viewing some videos on your website I was very impressed with the work of Jacquetta Harris in particular. Her ability to inspire engagement and elicit a true joy through her lessons is non pareil. I know my dad would definitely enjoy being in her class. Just want to pass on that I appreciate the quality work being done at Wickshire Steele Creek and in particular the professionalism of Ms. Harris. In her I see an invested employee who gets results and that is rare. Kudos!

Toured Wickshire today. New ownership and new management with significant renovation, landscaping & updates in the works, indicating corporate commitment to a positive resident experience. Enthusiastic staff with a very positive outlook. Memory care unit, in particular, had very generously sized apartments. Excellent value. Looking forward to seeing all the new updates this fall! An honest 4 stars...will re-review this fall. Expecting good things based upon their plans!
