Just found out they are "now under new management" for the 2nd time this year. When we toured the home at the end of 2023, there was something quaint and special about being a small, locally managed facility. Not the case. One headache after another with this place. Constant revolving door with staff, from the top to the bottom. We never know who is going to be on the floor, answering the phone, or running the place. Many unkept promises and very little transparent communication. Do better!

I recently visited Palmyra Senior Living and was very impressed. The staff were so kind to me, and answered all of my questions about a possible move. The residents were playing bingo while I was there and everyone looked very happy and well taken care of. I will definitely be back!

The facility is super clean and well kept. When i visit my relative there the staff greats me with such warm welcomes every time. Everything about the place is fantastic. Sending a family member away can be difficult but I can assure you this is the place to be!!

This is a wonderful little facility that I have consulted for. The new administrator Jordan is wonderful and has made some great changes a the facility. They also recently hired a new LPN to direct resident care who has had a full career in personal care. If you need care, these folks are the best at providing it.

Recent changes to PHH have been wonderful. Jordan has done a great job making this facility what it should be. Kevin has done a super job making the entire facility immaculate and perfect really. Just a great breath of fresh air and so needed by the Palmyra community.

Beautiful little facility that is locally operated and not a corporate chain allowing it to offer a higher staff to resident ratio and more personal attention. The facility is immaculate with very nice size rooms and a very vibrate activity department. It offers all private rooms along with private bathing facilities. Transportation is available through their wonderful wheelchair accessible van and is free! If you are looking for personal care for your loved one then I would definitely give Palmyra Heritage House a close look.

My dad is a resident at Palmyra Heritage House, and he is happy to be there. He had been in three other places this year and was very unhappy and not well cared for in any of them. Now our hearts are so happy that he has finally found the perfect place for him. The staff and administration are all wonderful, professional and proficient.
