BVHC has been a great place to live for both my parents, one in the Neighborhood and one in Assisted Living. The team is caring, patient and attentive; there is a terrific variety of activities, which are geared to the various levels of acuity and ability; and I have tremendous peace of mind with the level of care provided.

We moved my mom into Belmont about 4 months ago and we've been really pleased with the level of care she receives. The PALs are all great, especially Toya, and she loves her PT and Bruce, the head nurse. Very very satisfied with Belmont.

I went to visit my husband, who is a resident on the second floor, in memory care. I took him downstairs because there was entertainment. I don’t know the name of the entertainer, because she was filling in for the scheduled singer. It was a very nice way for us to “get away” for a while from his usual Day room where he spends most of his time. Also, a member of the staff made sure we had a comfortable place to sit. We had come downstairs after the entertainment started, so it was very nice not to have to look for a place to squeeze into, possibly interrupting another’s enjoyment.

I am a nurse that visits facilities all over Houston and this facility is by far one of the best in Houston. Facility is beautifully designed and decorated. It is always clean. Staff is easily approachable and helpful. The Nurse Director is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a try love and calling for assisted living. He is responsive to residents families and vendors. Residents are always on the go and engaged. If I needed placement for a loved one this would definitely be one of my top choices!

We think the management and staff at Belmont Village Hunters Creek do an excellent job and work very hard at providing a positive living experience for the residents and their families. We feel fortunate that we found such a nice place for our Mom to live. Mom has been residing at BVHC for 2.5 years and is in the Circle of Friends program. There is much to love about the program designed for people with moderate memory loss. All of the Circle of Friends activities are tailored for these special people: daily mental and physical activities, a variety of fun outings and crafts of every kind. Mom has created enough paintings and crafts to fill a small gallery, and she loves to talk about how she made them. The staff does an excellent job of providing opportunities to stay as active as the resident desires. There are also many activities such as bridge, music entertainment, and tai chi that are open to all of the residents. Belmont Village offers many amenities. There is a gym where fitness programs are offered. There is a salon where residents can go for personal grooming. The dining at Belmont Village is top notch. The food is excellent and the dining area is beautiful with a friendly socializing atmosphere. In addition to the main dining room, there is a bistro and a wine room. The medical staff at Belmont Village work hard to make sure the residents are attended to. To give an example, when we brought Mom back from the holidays, the nurse on duty beat us to the room and was right there with a covid test and the evening meds. They offer a convenient and easy medicine packet printout when you take your loved one out overnight or longer which alleviates stress over keeping up with what med to give when. Belmont Village is a very friendly and upbeat community and the facility is modern and well maintained. We come and go to visit Mom and always feel welcome. Last but certainly not least, Mom is consistently happy and thriving. She is still living independently, yet protected in a safe environment. She has like friends and enjoyable experiences to fill her days.

WOW! What a fun evening at Denim and Diamonds. Everyone (at least at our table) had an absolutely unabashed blast, food was delicious, surprise went great and enjoyed the music so much. Thanks so much for putting this together. My brother in law, who flew in from out of town, was blown away at everyone and everything about the Belmont, was expecting an obligatory good time, and had a GREAT time. I even found out that mom is actually a good dancer. It filled my heart.

Its one of the best Senior living Village around.went for interview there the panel consist of two male and a female they were all good and proffesional.although I was not offered the job but Im pleased with the way things work there.hope to work there in d nearest future.the environment is superb.the seniors were all happy.the lady at the front desk is good.Mr Campos was so accommodating and good.looking forward to be there very soon.nice place for the elders.

Belmont is a good care center for all types of residents. They have activities, music, exercises, brain stimulating exercises to engage the residents all day. I really love the atmosphere in that place. Caring, loving, and compassionate caregivers, administration staff and staff from Josephine kitchen. Staff on the third floor second shift are very mean, rude, and careless toward those poor residents with impaired memory. Please checked those girls on camera you will see that they know what they are doing. They have a group and their leader is very mean. She likes to pretend but she is not nice to those people. If you want to keep a good reputation, clear out those girls on the second shift 3 rd floor.

My mother has been at Belmont for over 3 years now, moving from Assisted Care with Circle of Friends to Memory Care and the Neighborhood. At each step of the way, everyday, day in and day out, I believe that the staff tries to create the best environment possible for her. Her aides know her, they know her likes and her dislikes, her Im feeling good today, or awful today behaviors. They treat her with respect and kindness ALL of the time. In addition, the activities that she is involved in are different than the other facilities she has been in. The activity directors, aides work DAILY, HOURLY to try to engage the residents. There isnt just ONE activity. Its a constant activity. They flow from one segment into the next, so that her day is constantly changing. Thats not to say that she doesnt just want to stay in her room sometimes and sleep. She does. The joy of Belmont is that the aides know when to push and when to let her rest. Its a wonderful place
