As always, working with you and the entire team at The Residence at Bedford was an absolute joy. Every time we partner with you, it feels easy, joyful, and meaningful, and this event was no exception. Seeing the kids and residents planting together was honestly beautiful. The way they talked, laughed, and helped one another created such a genuine connection between generations and it meant so much to our school community. So many families were touched by how welcoming and heartfelt the experience was. This event was widely praised and will certainly be remembered as a highlight of the season. We also truly appreciated the amazing snacks your culinary team prepared. The special cheese and veggie board for the adults was such a thoughtful touch, and the kids loved their treats as well. Dear Ms.Arzu LeBlanc, After several years of unexpected challenges, it was especially meaningful to finally gathering celebration of her 106 birthday. The original 100th birthday celebration had been postponed due to COVID,and in the year that followed,her condominium was unfortunately destroyed by two consecutive hurricanes. After relocating to Bedford, she ultimately settled at the Residences at Bedford nine months later, making this long awaited occasion Al the more significant. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for a truly exceptional celebration. The setting was elegant and the cuisine was outstanding. Most notably, the staff delivered an extraordinary level of service- consistent attentive, highly professional, and flawlessly executed in every detail. Allison Magee, Tyler Walsh, Briget Barden deserve the highest recognition for their exceptional care, remarkable attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence. The Residence of Bedford is the only place I would ever want my mother, or other family member to be. The staff is incredibly kind, generous, and helpful - from the waitstaff to maintenance, nurses, and management. Thank you all so much for taking amazing care of my mother in her time of need.

My loved one has been living at the Residence at Bedford since October 2024, first in assisted living and most of the time now in memory care. The staff couldn't be more loving and attentive toward her - it shows in how well she has adjusted and in her overall contentment in being there. The food, the activities, the entertainment, the campus - all top-notch. Highly recommend!

Recently I had to find a place for my father who has severe dementia. While he did not end up moving here due to family matters, I found this facility to be an excellent option and was prepared to do so. It is bright, clean, and has great amenities. All the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. My main point of contact, Landes Dias, is exceptional. She is empathetic, caring, and highly resourceful. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate to call and speak to Landes.

I have researched and visited dozens of Assisted Livings and Memory Cares and toured extensively at least 10 over the past 6 years for both my parents and for my father in law. We moved my dad into the Residence from another Assisted Living (known as "one of the best") and I came to the Residence with a lot of doubt and cynicism because of past experiences. I also don't always take reviews at face value and even though I had a great impression of the Residence before my dad moved in, I was really bracing for problems. BUT, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THE RESIDENCE OF BEDFORD ENOUGH. The staff is so kind, caring, personable and generous and they follow through on what they say they are going to do. Before my dad moved in I was assured by staff and residents that it is a "family environment" and it really is! The staff has worked hard to connect the residents to eachother and everyone is so friendly. There is a welcoming committee of residents and they reached out and were quickly considered friends by my dad. Before my dad moved in, I was prepared to take time off of work, bracing for a tough transition...and there were no problems at all, the staff took care of everything. Before my dad moved in, one of the staff emailed me to ask about his favorite items...and they had a gift basket for him when he moved in. It is obvious how much staff care about the environment and the residents because of the "little" things like this that become big things....the visuals that they gave my dad to help with his memory, the way they label things, the friendly and attentive demeanor of the waitstaff in the kitchen, the fact that directors and other staff are there on weekends and holidays so that things run smoothly, that staff actually answer their phones or call right back if they can't....all of this adds up to make my life (and my family's life) so much better. So, the food...so important for residents that eat all of their meals there: there is an extensive menu, the food is varied and fresh and it's delicious. I eat there even when I don't have to because the food is great. The kitchen staff is wonderful, so friendly and sweet. The Residence is visually beautiful...and not just for "show" but because it is made to feel like home. My dad's apartment is kept well, the public bathrooms are always clean, there are games and activities around to play and the events offered (we've been to 2 open houses with beautiful food and drinks, a Thanksgivng and Holiday Meal and a New Years Day brunch as well as a Food Truck event during one of our tours) adds to our family time. Finally, our family compared costs and the Residence is actually less expensive than other similar facilities. If you like to shop and eat out, there are plenty of places within 5 minutes (including the library and senior center), plus there are in house activities all day and evening. My dad is in the Assisted Living but I have toured the Memory Care and have spoken with friends and family associated with it because we are eventually going to bring my mom into care; I have only seen and heard good things ("one of the best out there" was what I was told yesterday). With the dedication and care I see from the staff at the Residence, I have no doubt that the Memory Care is also run with expertise. I am happy to speak with anyone personally that would like more info about our experience at the Residence! Thank you Janet, Kathy, Azul, Emily, Laurel, Benjamin, the wonderful kitchen staff (the wait staff are lovely and be careful because the baked goods are irresistable), and anyone else who has made our experience so positive!!

My dad has had a great experience at a the Residence in Bedford. All the staff and fellow residents have been warm, welcoming, and supportive. It was a big step for him to move there, and the great sense of community has made the transition much easier for him.

My parents recently moved in and are very comfortable and happy here. The building is lovely, the staff is fabulous and the food is delicious! The dining room staff did a great job serving Thanksgiving dinner; great menu!

I would highly recommend this senior living facility. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility is clean, bright and beautiful. There are plenty of activities for seniors to participate in. I personally have spoken to several residents and each one is thoroughly enjoying their accommodations and everything the facility has to offer.

I recently attended an afternoon social event for the residents on September 25th. They had a four-piece live band playing for the residents. They were very attentive and interactive and excellent. The residents were having an excellent time enhanced by the magnificent care being displayed to the residents from the engagement director whose name was Laurel Kilbourn her attendance and interaction with the residents was Non-Stop and genuine. She made sure every single resident was involved! Watching them there was no doubt in my mind that they were having an excellent time also the manager in charge her name was Arzu was equally involved in the attention given to the residents. At one point the chef from the kitchen whose name was Joseph came out with snacks for the residents and constantly appeared during the hour to make sure each guest had something special to eat and if not I saw him get something else for them. We were so impressed that we stayed to have something to eat afterwards. The food that Joseph prepared was absolutely fantastic just like the attention to the guests! Too bad it wasn't a public restaurant I would rather go there than some of the other places the food was so good. After observing other senior residences there is no doubt the quality of the Care attention and concern here was above top shelf! I was so impressed I just had to comment

This is a fantastic place for seniors. My mom is currently being placed there. We went to dinner unannounced and I had the freshest seafood casserole that I had since I can remember. The lemon bars are out of this world. Head chef Joseph is also tech savvy. He showed us how to get free broadcast TV while we wait for a cable hookup. We only needed a TV antenna that costs less than $40.00. Who knew?

We feel so fortunate to have come across The Residence at Bedford. My parents settled in as one of the first residents this week, and everything has exceeded our expectations. I will include a few highlights: - Facilities: The facilities are brand new and absolutely beautiful. Much attention to detail was taken with all interior elements. Common areas are well appointed and include beautiful fireplaces, game room, pub, piano room, fitness room, activities, room, etc. - Staff: Most importantly, the staff is warm and wonderful. Arzu executive Director is highly professional, experienced,, confident, caring and responsive. She has hand-picked a staff that puts residents first and works hard to make sure that no details are left unattended. Landes carefully helped us through the sales process, going above and beyond to take measurements and conduct zoom calls to answer all of our questions. Joseph head of culinary and has made sure that the kitchen is the heart of the home, warmly greeting everyone and going above and beyond to make sure that each dish reflects his high standards. The food really blew away my expectations. - Residents: It is already clear that the community is going to be warm and supportive at the residence. Everyone is friendly and It is an interesting group of people with fascinating backgrounds and stories. I’m confident my parents are going to make a lot of new friends and have a lot of fun. I am including a picture from the pub of a recent pizza night put on by the whole staff. You see Joseph making gourmet pizza in a top of the line pizza oven. Much fun was had by all. The Residence at Bedford is a special place. Sparkling new, well-appointed, professionally run, warm, happy and engaging. Thank you wonderful staff!!!

Landes' kindness, knowledge, and experience along with the well thought out plans for the Residence at Bedford has convinced us that this is the perfect place for my mother. The ongoing outreach by Landes and Arzu is already making our family feel like part of the community!

We visited The Residence at Bedford recently to learn about the facility and amenities it would offer when open and were very impressed. We are looking for a place for my MIL where she can age in place without having to move and this is one of the benefits of this place of residence. One can live independently, but be given 3 meals a day at their restaurant and they provide housekeeping, local transportation and events, and then when more services are needed they can be added on without needing to move rooms or buildings as the building is licensed as an assisted living facility. Based on architect drawings, the layout of the facility looks great and it looks like it is on schedule. Landes was our contact and she was fantastic. She was very welcoming, took lots of time to answer all of our questions, and went above and beyond to send us pictures of the actual room so we could see the level of completion and the view out the windows. Based on the great reviews at other LCB Senior Living facilities, we are delighted to have found this one before it fills up, which no doubt it will soon!

The Residence at Bedford's executive director Arzu took the time to sit with me and go over all the different options available for my loved one. She took special care in explaining the differences in levels and talked about the availability of the wellness department which gave me peace of mind. The finishes in the apartments and shared spaces are beautiful and what one should expect for the area. The amenities and available activities are impressive and will enable my loved one to live a full life and not miss out on the local social engagements she's used to. I am so glad they are here in Bedford.

I had the opportunity to meet with Arzu LeBlanc, the Executive Director for the Residence of Bedford. Aside from the beautifully designed property, some aspects that truly stood out were the activities and amenities available to the residents. The variety of offerings, from fitness classes, art/music workshops, movie nights, outdoor excursions, and many other engagements, make it clear that the residents' mental, emotional, and physical well-being is a top priority. This adult living community is a haven for seniors seeking a comfortable and enriching retirement experience.

I have visited many known brand assisted Living locations throughout and around the greater Boston Massachusetts area including those with memory care facilities. While a few were on my short list the number 1 facility in my opinion is the Residence at Bedford. Their approach to having access to and plans for utilizing a partnership with world renowned neuroscientists to aid memory care residence was to me a leading approach and put them on the top of that list. After discussing my concerns with this facilities Executive Director I was convinced that the Residence at Bedford would be my first choice.
