I was impressed with their attention to detail and how they treat the residents and family with respect. I had a bad experience at another assisted living, which I will not name, but they offered a very low rate, and after 3 months, they increased our rate. Afterward, I found out this is very common in the industry. I discussed this with The Courtyards before making the switch and they were willing to put in the lease that there would be no increase for 12 months. I love the small building concept, which I am sure has helped them control the covid virus extremely well. We do zoom calls with mom, and she seems to be doing great. Thank you to all of the staff at The Courtyards. You are awesome!

The Courtyards has been a god send. My sister had been looking all over Knoxville for a good place where our mom could live. It has been really hard to decide with all of the corona going on. We ended up hearing about this place from some people at church. We met with the lady there and she was really helpful. Moms been there for 3 months and she is doing great. I know they test everyone all the time, and as far as I know, they dont have anyone with the virus. We really like that they have smaller buildings which is better than a big building.

My mom spent her last years and days at The Courtyards. She was so happy there. The staff is awesome and the facility is lovely. Two of her caregivers, Amy and Brittney were like family. They were so loving with Mom and always said, I love you to Mom. After Mom passed, we even went back to visit them. What a wonderful place!!!

My Mother-in-law was a patient,Maggie Newman & also my sister-in-laws. Mother-Robby Rose was a patient there & I think both families were happy with everything they tried to do !! God Bless-these 2 precious Ladies-who gained their Heavenly Wings , & also God Bless the Nurses, all of the help, & Give them strength, mental, & physical to help.

Took my mother for respite care, and they did a wonderful job and I was not worried once while I was out of town. She had a good time and had lots of social opportunities. Great staff.

My dad was not happy when we had to move him to The Courtyards senior living after some recent surgeries..and was counting down the days til he could move back home...but after only a couple of weeks, he began to thrive in his new environment! He loves the staff and the other residents...he enjoys the meals and the companionship... it has made a huge change in his attitude and state of mind. He was very lonely and depressed when he was living alone but he is flourishing and become very involved. It is such a blessing and so wonderful to see him like this....he has already asked us to sell his house so he can move in permanently! He said , I never thought I would like anything like this, but I love it!

I would like to thank all of the caregivers at the Courtyards! My grandmother was looking for a transition from her condo to assisted living and she found her forever home at the Courtyards! My grandmother was always cared for and loved the people that took care of her, especially Amy and Brittany! The people I have met who work at Courtyards Senior Living seem to really care about their folks living there, and Im impressed with how lovely the living quarters are etc. Some friends have loved ones living there and have had great things to say !
