I reached out to Benton House about a month ago to see about an assisted living place for my grandparents. Morgan, the community relations director informed me that unfortunately there were no available rooms there, but continued to go above and beyond for me and referred me to a few other trusted facilities in the area, gave me all of their contact information and answered all of my questions that I had as someone who had no idea what I was doing or how the process worked. I felt pretty helpless and lost when I first started my search for facilities so I could not be more grateful that Morgan at Benton House was my very first experience.

Benton House of Olathe has created an excellent environment for my mom to live. She is eating well, involved in the activities, and happy! She has made friends and looks so healthy these days. My mom is not only doing well at Benton House of Olathe, but thriving in her new environment. I attribute it to the excellent staff, clean and safe facility and opportunities for fun and socialization.

My Grandmother has an apartment there now and has for the past couple of years. She was a small town lady who never wanted to be anywhere but her hometown. She was rather isolated in recent years as she became less and less mobile until eventually she had fallen and the doctor said she cannot live alone. We brought her to Benton and we have seen her really come out of her shell. She's engaging in activities, making friends, and she's close to us here in town. Instead of me worrying she's 40minutes from a hospital I know she's surrounded by people who care about her and can respond to her if she's needing help. She has been very particular about her food and just about everything else and they have been so accommodating.

Friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond. My parents moved to Benton House of Olathe from another assisted living facility where they were not receiving the service they deserved and were paying for. Im so glad they made this move! Everyone goes out of their way for the residents! And the food is phenomenal!! I would highly recommend Benton House of Olathe

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Benton House of Olathe. We moved my 91 year old mother from an assisted living facility in SWMO up here to Olathe to be closer to my husband and I on March 1, 2020. Within one week and a couple of days, COVID-19 was upon us. Benton House Corporate has been a step ahead the entire time. And while I am sad that I cannot get in to see her and Im sad that all residents are confined to their rooms, I could not be happier with the care she is receiving. They leave their room doors open during the day so they can hear voices and tvs and not feel so isolated. Today, they let them go out into the hallway by their doors, far away from each other but they could see each other, for their exercise. The Olathe Team is incredible and they are doing all they can to keep themselves healthy while giving the most amazing care to the residents. Im relieved she is there and not where she was during this crisis. The communication has been wonderful. Texts are returned very quickly. Anything I ask for, is done. Even to walk down the hall to her room and look for her phone or something she is missing and finding it for her. The nursing staff communicates often, as well. They love their residents. I HIGHLY recommend Benton House of Olathe for your family needs when the time comes. When this current virus situation is behind us, of course My mothers care has been GREATLY elevated since this move. I am SO grateful!

After researching eight Assisted Living options (with the help of Care Patrol) that we felt crossed off the most boxes for our dad, we chose Benton House of Olathe and we are so glad we did! The staff is very competent, caring & welcoming! My dad has lived alone for the past five years & we didnt ever expect that he would become as social as he has. He needs rehab & has been busy there. Its been very therapeutic for him! He feels like its family. The way theyve handled this latest coronavirus issue (has been on lock down for days already) has been just what you would want under the circumstances. The food is exceptional (Ive eaten there several times) and my dad is a foodie. Chelsea Brittan, Exec Director & Tiffany Clair, Community Relations Director, are as sweet & professional as it gets! The staff is proactive & alert me with the slightest of issues. I would highly recommend BH of Olathe for your mom or dad!

Benton House is a beautiful community, and its kept up nice! They have a day program for people with dementia. They dont have to live there, but you will know they are safe when you are away.

We appreciate the clean, safe and caring environment this new facility has offered during its brief existence. Chelsea and the Benton House of Olathe staff go out of their way to make sure residents are welcome and involved in a life that still feels productive. Chelsea is committed to being hands-on in her management style, while being available and personally attentive to seeing that things are right. We feel confident knowing our mother is in a good place, and always feel welcome and part of the Benton House family during our visits.
