I just moved my father in a few months ago and have had a fabulous experience. The tour was by far the best out of the few I looked at. The care he has received has been amazing. I can see the care the staff has for each and every person living here. The rooms are very nice and we have had no issues whatsoever with the apartment we moved him into. They have always been helpful anytime I have any questions about the next step in his care. I’ve been extremely happy and my dad has started feeling right at home. ’™

In looking for a living facility for an Uncle, we stopped by for a tour of the Superior Residences of PCB and were pleasantly surprised by visit. Modern facilities with a knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff who answered our questions and showed us what was available to residents. Members of the community engaged us in conversation and all were of a positive input as to their place and staff members there. This is a great place to be on your list when you start looking.

Finding the right Assisted Living community is a massive decision, but Superior Residences of Panama City Beach has proven to be the perfect fit for our family. A major draw for us initially was the 24-hour nursing care, and the improvements we have seen in my dad since he arrived are nothing short of a miracle. That progress is due in large part to the wonderful nursing team. Because I live out of town Davina and the entire nursing team have been a blessing. What sets Superior apart is the genuine team approach. When we first toured with Michelle, my mom felt right away that this was the right place because it felt like family”and a year later, that has definitely proven to be true. The compassionate care and willingness of the entire staff to provide support is evident every day. The social life here has been a total game-changer. The new friends my parents have made make meals a big part of their day, and the "dynamic duo" of Kim and Brandy keep things exciting. Kim plans such fun activities and parties, while Brandy is right there to handle the transportation”not just for doctor appointments, but for fun shopping trips and restaurant excursions. It is so heartening to see my mom out enjoying these parties with her new friends. If you are looking for an Assisted Living home that offers both professional medical support and a warm, vibrant social environment, Superior is a great place.

Superior Residences of Panama City Beach is beautiful! As you walk into the beautiful living room area you're greeted with the aroma of homed cooked meals and smiles on the residence's faces. Everyone was happy that I encountered during my visit! The size of the rooms were very gracious for the price.

My wife was only there for one month but it was long enough to be able to give them a five star rating. The staff and management were very accommodating and caring and I very quickly was made to feel like family. If there was an issue, the staff would stay on it until the issue was resolved. I will always be grateful for their efforts to get me through a hard time in my life. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of talented folks that brought their musical gifts to the Memory Care for the enjoyment of the residents…music is so important to people with memory issues.

Staff is dedicated to their residences well-being and is continually improving their efforts. Has had some issues of the past but all are in for improvement in all departments.

This review is on behalf of Mr. William Terbot. "I stayed at Superior Residences for over 6 months paying atleast $4,900 a month but this isn't the problem that I have. When I entered we paid an extra $2,500 (500 a one time fee and $2,000 Security Deposit) of which we were told we would get that back. Absolutley no damage was done to unit and we have pictures we took when it was empty. Now we will not receive the funds back. Beware of what you are told and what they do

This is a very good place to be at. The Residents always have a smile on their faces during activities and events. The Staff are caring bunch and full of compassion toward the Residents. If you are looking for a warm safe place for your loved ones you should really take a tour there.

My Dad has been a resident here since January and he has done very well. He adjusted beautifully to his new home which was wonderful as he had never lived anywhere else but home all of his life. He will be 80 next week. The staff here is very caring, concerned and will go out of their way to be helpful. Marcie, Admissions and Todd, Executive Director have been super to us since day one. The staff in the memory care neighborhood have taken such great care of my Dad especially Brandy and Charm. They are both angels on earth. If you are thinking of placing a loved one, you cant go wrong with Superior Residence. Thank you all and God bless you!
