I'm very impressed with this community on many different levels. They have transitional memory care that seems would be the perfect fit for my mother-in-law in the future and will give her a little more attention and guidance. If/when she needs services like this, I know exactly where to bring her.

My uncle has advanced dementia. At 1:16 A.M while sleeping I received a text from him asking to get him help as he fell. I unfortunately didn't see the text until 6:24 A.M. when I called the woman at the front desk ran to check on him. Thanks to the quick response and having paramedics check on him. We're very grateful to find out he wasn't injured. I'm hoping you can thank the staff on our behalf.

It pains me to ever do something like this, yet I don't want others to experience what we just did at Harbor Chase Wellington. Oversold. Underdelivered. Grossly understaffed. I will not delve into every detail. Please beware of the memory care unit. I had my husband there for four days before removing him due to sub-standard care. No accountability as can be seen in these automated responses. From sales to Executive Director lack of compassion or shared human caring. Very sad. Expensive, and very disappointing. Please beware.

I'm not sure anyone is ever enthusiastic about moving into Assisted Living. Mom was fortunate to start her journey at Harbor Chase when it was brand new. The elegance was evident in the physical site as well as the demeanor of the staff. COVID changed the landscape and Harbor Chase evidently has to continue working hard to overcome the challenges in the industry and the job market. Nurses - Claudette, Suelette, Sophia cared for Mom with compassion, respect and patience. There are many others who made Mom's days as comfortable as possible - Elna, Shirley, Julian, Andy, Ashley, Rene, Winnie, and Mia, Marie, Carmen, all the Maintenance staff, Saskia, Tim, Simone, Nancy, Mayra, Macy, Jackie. There are others and I wish I could name them all. Losing independence and control of daily life is difficult and challenging. Many helped Mom with those challenges. Others not so much. During Mom's last days, there was a steady stream of current and former staff who came to say their last goodbye to "Mother" Theresa. To those who loved and cared for her so kindly, you have our appreciation and gratitude forever. We will always remember you. Keep at it HC with your staff. Invest in them. Weed out those who do not belong and embrace the diligent staff members. Even those families who stay quiet are cognizant and concerned. Thank you to all who helped Mom in every way she needed.

Hey, you reading this review, stop searching, you’ve found the right place! Harborchase Wellington is a great facility for your loved one. During my time here I have seen the staff treat the residents with kindness and respect. The response time when trying to get ahold of a nurse is immediate and the administrative team is superb. Everyone is genuinely concerned about the well-being of the residents. The food here is great and they also have a bistro. The facility is very modern and luxurious. The memory care unit is phenomenal. They do art and crafts with the residents and other mind stimulating activities with them. Great facility !

I can't say enough about the awesome staff at HarborChase. From the initial visit until move in, they made my mom feel like she was at home. The Director of Maintenance, Paul, even helped my mom figure out how to work her television. Her room is always clean when I visit and she loves the activities.

If I could give this facility more than five stars I would. My experience here at HarborChase Wellington has been exceptional. The staff members are really nice and they interact well with the residents. Harborchase Wellington is the perfect choice!

HarborChase of Wellington Crossing is an amazing all-inclusive resort style community. It is like a cruise ship with 3 delicious gourmet meals offered daily, many activities and events to choose from, daily exercise, entertainment, social gatherings and clubs galore, and The Grille Room (their fine dining steakhouse) to enjoy with friends and family. Why move to a home that you have to pay for food, utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance when you can everything included and taken care for you? I was in the process of moving my mother into memory care. This facility withdrew money from my account that was not justified. It took over 3 months for them to provide a statement justifying the amount of the withdrawal, and there was over $5800 in charges that were not authorized. The executive director [Name Removed] promised to refund a partial amount in December, but it never happened. The sales director [Name Removed] promised me a complete refund in August. It has been over 7 months and I have not been refunded any of the money. The staff at HarborChase has stopped responding to emails and phone calls. They are only prompt with responses when they are trying to sell you something. I have heard multiple stories form other residents who were also overcharged and not reimbursed.

I wanted to wait a month or so to make my review so my mom could have the full experience here. My siblings and I toured many communities in Palm Beach county and we kept landing on HarborChase whenever comparing. We made sure to try lunch at our top choices and the team here blew is out of the water in comparison. Since moving in over a month ago, my mom has done so much better. She did require alot more care when she first got there (came from Rehab) and the aids were just so kind to her. Although my mom can be "a little" needy, the aids are so patient. Whenever I call the front desk, they greet me like I am family now, I think I call too much. Wanted to recognize Jose too, always keeping her included in the games and art classes

In the 6 months of mom living at HarborChase, the staff failed miserably to make sure she was satisfactorily cared for. We continually had to complain about their failing to provide the services we were paying for. They would step it up for a few days and then slide right back to substandard care. The food is mediocre and they are seriously short staffed. I do not recommend this facility at all.

This facility is gorgeous! The staff is incredible and my parents have never been happier. They feel like they are on vacation. I am thrilled to know that they are in a warm, and uplifting environment. We searched for a long time to find the perfect fit for my parents and HarborChase was the only choice for us.
