I would like to express my genuine thanks to the team at Branches, particularly Kathy, for her help, thoughts and guidance during the process of "shopping" for a place for my aunt. Kathy and her team welcomed us, listened to our needs, concerns and showed us a wonderful facility that they were and should be very proud of. While our circumstances lead us down a different path - and we did land at Branches of Marlboro, I would strongly suggest talking with Kathy and taking a tour of Branches at Marlboro. The Branches of Marlboro was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked inside. I immediately noticed how clean and odorless it was. The director Brittani was incredibly accommodating through the entire transition process. The staff all seem caring and attentive towards the residents. We are thrilled to have found this place for my father.

They say it takes a village to raise children, well the same can be said for supporting our aging family members. When you realize that your parents require more support than you can give, its is an emotional time (guilt, fear, worry to name a few). Almost three years ago when my brother and I toured Branches of Marlboro for the first time we instantly new we had found a quality "village" for our parents. All aspects of this facility are an A plus to me, from the cleanliness, to the food, the activities and entertainment, but what drives my love for this facility is the staff. They have helped us through the death of my father, medical emergences, down sizing the room and most importantly winning over my very reluctant mother. To say she was not ready to move into assisted living is an understatement, but the staff made genuine connections with mom. They got to know her prefereces and the kindness with which they care for her every day helps her feel special. The staffs open communication with us provides me with relief knowing she is safe and happy. In many occasions, both nursing, administration and other staff have reached out to me if she seems off or not engaging in social situations. Their understanding of who she is has helped us know when things have changed medically and cognitively, thus saving us from major medical issues. Mom now refers to the Branches of Marlboro as "HOME," and that to me is the greatest testimony one can get!

Moving my dad into the Branches of Marlboro was the best decision we made. The staff is amazing! My dad is never in his room because they offer so many activities and other opportunities to socialize with other members of the community. If you ask my dad he will tell you "I love it here!".

In other words, Branches of Marlboro is the epiphany of assisted living.

Face it, working through the process to find a solution to aging parents is complex. I found myself trying to navigate this process and it was overwhelming. On my third tour, I visited The Branches of Marlboro. There I met Brittani. With her support, experience and patience I was able to explore how to successfully introduce my father into their community. Since he moved in, he has enjoyed the different activities, 3 great meals a day and the socials. More importantly, he really wanted to have "a job" - needing purpose. He now passes out the next days activity flyer and feels a sense of value. This was so important to him. It is with a sense of relief that he is safe and comfortable at The Branches where before there was worry and concern. Many Thanks to Brittani, Jessica, Tammie and the whole staff for their help every day!

I can only give positive feedback on the Branches of Marlborough. My parents moved to The Branches due to the high level of care needs my Mother had related to Parkinson's. The care team at the Branches were able to manage her many physical needs. Thanks to the exceptional care team, Mom was able to stay with Dad rather than be admitted to a nursing home. The team was responsive and compassionate, and Mom was treated with dignity by her caregivers. The community is bright, clean and well staffed. I highly recommend The Branches and their team to care for your aging parent.

The Branches of Marlboro had not only been a lifesaver for my Mother-In-Law when we really needed a new place for her, but came through again when my aunt and uncle needed a place with only a couple of days notice. Whenever I visit, it feels as though The Branches is one big family. They make residents and guests feel welcome. There are get togethers and activities everyday so the residents can always find companionship. They never have to feel alone. I feel very fortunate knowing my relatives are well taken care of and happy.

A little over a year ago when I gave up my home of over 50 years and moved to the Branches of Marlborough, it was a very personally traumatic experience.I was amazed to see how happy my fellow residents are, and how pleasant and helpful the staff is. To say I am spoiled, would be an understatement. I will be honest and say that if you are looking for a gourmet level, retirement community, The Brenches is not for you. But if you want a community that cares and provides for the needs of its residents, there is none better.

As a family member of a former resident, I can't say enough good things about The Branches of Marlboro. The building is beautiful as it was built in 2019 and it is well maintained. The location is fantastic as it is close to the highway so that all our family members could easily access it. The people are what make it so special. During my dad’s fourteen months living at The Branches the staff did an excellent job of caring for him and making him feel like it was his home. The adjustments they made during the pandemic were thoughtful and they were good at sharing information, providing updates, and responding to any questions or concerns we've had. I could not have hoped for a more positive experience. Thank you to all the staff at The Branches!!

My Dad moved to the Branches after living in another assisted living residence; he had been "ok" at his prior community but always felt that he didn't "fit in." After his first couple of weeks at the Branches, he told me "This is the place." He's always been a private, somewhat solitary man but he's made new friends at the Branches and he enjoys the activities, especially the live concerts. Oh, and the food - he adores the food. He has advancing cognitive impairment and it's nice to know that they have a memory care program there for when he needs it. I don't get to visit often, but when I do, all the staff know who I am and the caregivers, receptionists and management are so friendly. I was a nursing home aide a thousand years ago and I know how hard the job can be; clearly the Branches staff is passionate about what they do.

As a family member of a resident, I cant say enough wonderful things about Benchmark and the Branches of Marlboro. The building is absolutely beautiful (brand new) and the location is great, but the people are what make it so special. They have kept my loved one safe, well, and busy during a scary 2020 and have done a great job keeping us connected and involved even if sometimes it had to be from afar. The adjustments they made during the pandemic has been impressive and they have been excellent about of sharing information, providing updates, and responding to any questions or concerns weve had. This is a special place with a special team! Thanks Branches!
