The staff at the facility welcomed us with positive energy so, we toured the facility and felt good about placing our loved one at Bedrock. We felt the atmosphere was positive and that my loved one would defiantly fit in. The manger answered all our questions, and the wellness director help us to understand how the medical portion was handled. I give this place a thumbs up and would recommend Bedrock to anyone that needs placement for their family member.

I recently toured this facility with Michele, who was both kind and informative. It's clear they have been actively working on improvements to create a more welcoming and comfortable space for residents. Choosing a care home for a loved one is a significant and emotional decision, and I'm relieved I took the tour. What a lovely family location!! I was looking for a place for my mom and dad and after visiting Southern Life Assisting Living and speaking with Michele Postell, I realized this is the perfect facility for them. Michele was extremely helpful, caring and concern about my unique situation. She assisted me with getting all of the forms needed to enroll my mom. In addition, she continue to work with me so that when my dad leave Rehab he will join my mom at the facility. I don't know what I would have done without the help of Michele. Thanks Michele for being so patient and caring during this difficult time.

There are so many wonderful things about this community. The activities are spectacular, the care is amazing and makes me and my family feel at ease that our grandparents are there. Ms. Courtney is such a kind and genuine soul. The moment you step foot into Bedrock Care at Southern Life you can feel the warmth radiating off the staff and residents. That's just a glimpse of what a great job she is doing at this community. If you are looking for a clean, professional, family oriented place that will provide exceptional care to your loved ones RUN to this community, don't walk! I promise you won't be disappointed!

We have had a positive experience at Southern Lifestyles. The staff is marvelous. They will go out of their way to make sure the residents are safe and happy. There are daily activities to engage the residents mentally and physically. Church services are important to my Mom and she thoroughly enjoys them. The change of ownership is a plus for this facility. They are fixing and polishing the edges. We are excited to see the changes to the building as they update.

Would have given it a five, but for some inane reason, they have stopped weekend visits... THE ONLY TIME MANY FAMILY MEMBERS CAN FACETIME WITH MOTHER!!!. Dementia patients cannot use a phone to FaceTime. So, they have effectively narrowed family visits after a very long pandemic. No one can visit during the day... you know, because they work and the kids are on school. BAD DECISION.

I have had an exceptional experience with Southern Lifestyle. My father needed a safe place to live quickly and unfortunately we live 1500 miles away (and no ability to travel due to Covid-19) but Tara Ward of Southern Lifestyle came to our rescue. She not only helped facilitate a safe move quickly, she spent the extra time with my father to make sure he felt comfortable on the first night in his new surroundings. She also spent extra time with me reassuring my family that my father was okay. She even sent a picture! Her kindness and caring is appreciated.
