The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Sebring residents and everything they need. Palms of Sebring meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Great place but understaffed. My mother was here for a couple weeks in November. If you think you're going to drop your loved one and they're going to be cared for, think again. The staff is FANTASTIC, but there just isn't enough so they're dropping balls everywhere. My mother needed a shot and for five days I brought it up to the nurse. Finally it was given over a week late. My mother doesn't eat pork but every meal had pork. I brought her in food. If you can be present daily to help your loved ones, this is a great place. They are too busy to tell you, but in the back is an awesome library, a chess board, and a sweet little thrift shop.

I can say this place does it for me. It has a good atmosphere. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I liked.

Most of the staff is caring and and understanding. But the 2% from LPNs to CNAs should go back to school to learn compassion. Also theres nothing to keep your love one moble....it seems its designed to keep the seniors in wheelchairs... but I am working on that.

I want to take the time to thank everyone at the Palms for the care and love you show your residents. You all have not only helped my Mom, Catherine Smith, to adjust to a new chapter in her life but your support for her family has been a blessing. Mom came here for a short rehab. She did ok and left after 3 weeks. She said the food was ok but not the best. The staff was nice. Shuttle service is only mon-fri. Thats crappy, why not every day? Rooms were fine and basic. No organized exercise. Nursing staff just ok.

My dad was at the Palms for a year and a half. In all that time he became part of an incredible family. He wasnt just a patient to them. They treated him with such great respect and took the absolute best care of him. The employees also became part of my family, I will forever be grateful for the way my dad was treated. Thank you Palms family! I love you!! PS: Ellen Lawrence is amazing, and I wouldnt have survived my dads loss without her by my side.

After visiting several different rehab centers in the area, this is the only one I would recommend. Food is so much better then hospital food. The staff has always been attentive and friendly.

I had come to love the Palms while my mum - in - law was there, and as a hospice volunteer. Such loving and caring employees, and of course Chef Mac offers his best for the delight of the residents and visitors. I want to make my reservation already! 😉

To be honest I've been working at the palms a year and a month now and I can truly say that the Palms has been my favorite job I ever had. I love the fact that they honor the employees to every occasion they have. I love the management. I love my head nurse coolest person ever Ms.linda . Our director Ms. Julie is one amazing person and Our supervisor Ms.barb there's no other like her. Ms.Vihn our comedian nurse . I love the four of them and it truly is a pleasure working with them. I love all my senior tenants .
