I've lived at Edgewood for 2years and 6months. The Edgewood facility has very friendly and caring staff and management. There are opportunities for group exercise, to spend time out doors, and participation in various activities. Example: There's a resident book club, Indoor movies, a variety of games, a couple raised garden beds that the residents have created, flowers, fruits and veggies. It's not unusual for birthdays and holidays to be celebrated. Last but certainly not least entertainment is frequent and extremely appreciated.

I enjoy my life at EdgeWood I have been here 6 years and there is always a lot of fun things to do, outings, entertainment and so much more. I would love to recognize a few people; Tyler the Maintenance guy and Trystan's the bus driver are very good. Kayla the receptionist/admin assistant is great at multitasking and helps every single person with whatever they need, she goes above and beyond if you ask me. Every care staff who works here really cares and takes excellent care of all of us who live here. The staff are always smiling, willing to lend a helping hand at any cost with safety in mind. Although no one is perfect they alway thrive to do better and are open to any critique or suggestions the residents here might have. I couldn't have picked a better place to live.

It took me a little while to adjust to an assisted living home. I thought the less I asked for help, the more I'd be accepted by staff and other residents (don't know why I felt that way). I tried to hide my needs. But after a short while I realized that everyone here supports one another. There is a strong sense of community here and I treasure that. It's a good sized facility for getting to know one another - big enough to offer a variety of activities (I play bridge, belong to the book club,, and go on group outings by the bus that Edgewood Point owns). But it's still small enough to promote close relationships with residents and caregivers. After going off-site with family and friends, I'm glad to come home again to Edgewood Point!

If you are looking for a place to call home for either yourself or a loved one Edgewood is the right place!! Very warm and friendly!!Lots of fun activities always in the works!!! Edgewood Point is a community that focuses on love and family. This is an incredible community not only for the beautiful residents that live here, but for the amazing staff that serve our residents daily. I have truly enjoyed and continue to enjoy my time here.

My experience with Edgewood Point has been nothing less than a five star. I appreciate their level of responsiveness and consistency in making sure that their residents are well cared for. We are coming up on one year of my mom living here. We are so blessed to have found such a dedicated and caring staff. Everyone is so genuine, and committed to providing the best care possible. Even with covid protocols still in place, along with a labor shortage of health care workers, they show up everyday with a smile on their face ready to tackle the complex job of caring for aging adults with a variety of health issues. The activities are fun and engaging, there is a variety of good food available at every meal, and the residents seem happy and healthy. The facility itself is clean and well cared for, and provides a homey environment with lots of sitting areas, and green space that is well manicured. It's a truly special place for mom or dad.

I have only worked at Edgewood Point for a little while but love it here. All of our staff is dedicated to helping each other and residents out in the most professional manner that they can. Weve been looking for a place for our father and over the past month or more and thought Edgewood Point would be the prefect place. Unfortunately, in the end, by no fault of their own, they could not provide some of the specific care that my father needed, so we will need to look elsewhere. Nonetheless, I wanted to let folks know that the customer services we received from Matt was excellent. He communicated regularly, was very personable, and made sure we had the info we needed to help us find a home for our father. We never felt that we were being given a sales job, etc. When it was determined that this wouldnt work out for our father, he provided a list of other possibilities to help make our search going forward easier.

It was an eye opener. It is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly and caring. It felt like being in a palace. My current living place is night and Edgewood point is day. I tell everyone to go there. Im telling staff to go there and work. Id reccomend it for anyone who is searching for an assisted living.

I am currently looking for a facility for my mother in law and I have visited this facility 4 different times on different days. I have found the staff to be very pleasant and cheerful. We went to the Sunday brunch so my mother could take a tour. The food was very nice and the people serving it were fun. I noticed that one of the chefs that was serving at the buffet was the fellow that gave me my 3rd tour when I showed up unannounced. They had a Sunday church service going when we walked in. Mom loved the singing. She also said the facility felt very comfortable and looked beautiful. Which is saying a lot as she is not easily pleased. I have met both the director Michell and Anne and I found them to both be lovely. I also see these reviews negative reviews are not very current. We will make our choice within the month This one is at the top of our list.

I will start by saying that this review is just for my customer service experience over the phone with the sales, admin person for this corporation. I called here to see if they had any openings for my Grampa. Although they were not the right type of facility for him based on their level of care, the sales, admin guy I spoke to was incredibly professional, had impressive job knowledge, and stayed on the phone to share several helpful details about locating the right type of facility. He answered all of my questions and provided me with a few referrals. He was kind, caring, professional and really impressed me. I typically find that people in these roles just answering the phone can be rude or come off as lazy so I was really impressed after this experience.

Im on the waiting list. The place I currently live is only interested in getting their money. Your care and love in your video made me cry. No activities due to vivid. Last week an employee was found with civic so the residents were checked for the umpteenth time. I look.forward to becoming an active member of your community.
