I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living facility. Having both of my grandmothers living here gives me a close look at the level of care and attention residents receive every day, and it truly stands out. The staff is exceptional”kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special shoutout to George from maintenance, who is absolutely incredible. He helps with everything from hanging pictures to troubleshooting cell phones for residents who need a little extra tech support. It’s those small, thoughtful efforts that make such a big difference. Stacy, part of the nursing staff, is especially kind and thoughtful, and Mia at the front desk is truly the sweetest”always welcoming and helpful. The food is another highlight”always fresh, well-prepared, and high quality. It’s comforting to know my grandmothers are enjoying nutritious meals they actually look forward to. Housekeeping is also fantastic. Not only do they keep everything clean and tidy, but they even go as far as putting away residents’ laundry, which is such a meaningful touch and really shows their level of care. Overall, this facility provides a warm, supportive, and genuinely caring environment. I’m incredibly grateful knowing my grandmothers are in such good hands.

Absolutely fantastic clinical care provided by the Health and Wellness Director, Alisha Hoke. She leads her team with the devotion that she has for her community. All staff is friendly and works hard to make sure that people feel like they are home. Elle, Director of Dining Services is a delight. Wanda Amos, Activities Director, is always working hard to make sure that every day is fun and filled with activity. Grateful that I can trust them to take care of my mom.

My mother was a resident here for several years and I was pleased with the care she received. The facility was kept in good shape and if I had a concern the staff was always concerned and was on top of a solution. I will recommend.

My dad has been a resident for a month. So far he likes it very much, the staff are kind to him and the care is very good. The site is relatively small which allows him to see and get to know the staff and residents much easier than a larger facility. He also likes the food-yay!

The staff at Terra Bella are top notch! You will not find a more devoted and hard working director of health and wellness like Alisha Hoke. The residents are so well taken care of by the staff and kept happy and entertained by the amazing Activities Director, Wanda Amos- she keeps them busy! Terra Bella is an excellent choice for your loved ones. It is truly one of the best places in Roanoke for ALF and memory care.
