The facility and staff are wonderful and so very caring. We had to move our loved one in after an amputation made it impossible for him to live alone at home. They have a partnership with a PT and OT that are very caring and great at their jobs too. There is an in house hair stylist who is a very good professional too. My loved one feels safe, genuinely cared for and well fed at Terra Bella Harrisburg. We have been very pleased with all of their services and support.

Terra Bella made the last seven months of my father’s life some of the best. He was surrounded by top notch, caring staff that made every holiday a major party. They laughed with him and cared about him. He enjoyed the concerts with Elvis and Johnny Cash impersonators, Men’s outings to the car museum and restaurants, bingo, Bible study, church, and the entire staff that catered to his every need. He said Sonia could do anything. Terri was very intelligent/helpful. Victoria, Liz, Christy, Jasmine, Veronica and the rest of the staff were all so fun and caring. Megan and Angela took great care of his medical needs. He looked forward to every meal in the dining room because they made it special. He was incredibly happy here surrounded by very caring people who are doing incredible work. Thank you Terra Bella for everything. You surpassed every expectation!!!!

As a local Pastor I have gotten to know many of the residents at Terra Bella. I do a mens group and have heard nothing but praises and nice things from these men as far as the care , meals and the Management team. So nice to hear as these comments were not solicited. The comments were the Chef could work in any fine restaurant, the workers treat everyone special , if I have to be somewhere I'm glad it's here. Ministering here at Terra Bella assisted living has been a blessing. We have Church on Sunday's, Bible study on Monday, sing alongs on Thursday, meetings on Wednesday. I personally highly would reccomend Terra Bella.

My mother was very hesitant to go into a facility, however with the falling, she was not able to live alone anymore. She moved in and absolutely loves it. All of the staff are super friendly and kind to the residents and guest. The activities director really goes out of her way to have fun and engaging activities to do and treats the residents as if they are her own family.

Our 91 Year old Matriarch of the family has been at Terra Bella for almost 2 years now ! She is treated like a family member! The nursing staff is amazing and the caregivers are incredible! There is a special group of ladies that treat her like a queen! All their kindness and smiles make the difference in her quality of life! I toured many assisted living facilities in the area before I finally settled on TerraBella. It had the homiest feeling of any of them. I am very satisfied with the care she receives. LOVE the staff. I have visited many residents at this facility. It has always been well kept and very sanitary . The employees are always very friendly and helpful, The residents have a good bit of activities such as , crafts, games, outings, Bible Studies as well as Church Services. I moved my Mom to Terra Bella a year and a half ago after her dementia took a turn for the worse after a few surgeries. She is in the Memory Care side of the facility. Victoria and her staff are very hands on and caring to the residents. They all get to know the residents, call them by name, and treat them like they are family. It took a long time to get my Mom's meds straightened out at the beginning and she was showing lots of anger and irritation. The staff were all very patient with her while we got her medication figured out, and they worked with us when we needed to switch her from a double room to a single. She has been settled now for awhile, and thinks she is home. It is such a blessing and a weight off my shoulders knowing she is in great care when I am not around. It is a smaller facility as well, so the staff members really get to know the residents. I highly recommend Terra Bella for your loved one.

I feel so lucky to have found TerraBella Harrisburg for my mom. She had been in another facility that was problematic and I came to the staff very stressed about the situation. They immediately did their best to put my mind at ease. She's in Memory Care and I love there are only 16 residents. It's small and the caregivers really know and understand the residents. If they see something that's slightly off or unusual, they contact me right away. They're great about working with their medical staff and therapists to ensure she's getting great care. Victoria is the MC Director and is the kindest, most compassionate person I've dealt with in a senior living community. She responds to my questions right away and is great with mom and all the residents. Jennifer and Pam are caregivers and very good with the residents. I also take mom for walks in Assisted Living and the staff all know her by name and are so sweet. The residence itself is always super clean. My work schedule varies, so I drop by unannounced at different times. She is always nicely dressed and her room is put together. I have spoken to therapists, as well as doctors that come here to work and they've told me privately that this is one of the best facilities that they work with. TerraBella is a very good choice and I highly recommend taking a look for your loved one.

Terra Bella is a wonderful assisted living facility. I have visited there almost weekly for the past year and enjoy visiting there. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It is very well kept and always smells clean and fresh. Sonja the Activity Director is great and does so many wonderful activities with the residents. She keeps them active and involved in doing things to get them out and about in the community. If you are looking for some where for a loved one to stay I would definitely recommend you taking a visit to this facility.

Every time I visit, I’m greeted by friendly staff, but also the excitement from residents experiencing some sort of fun activity! My dear father was here and he just loved it and all of the staff! And I know they truly loved Dad too! He made them all feel special and they sure did the same for him. He loved the food and going to the Dining Hall for all three meals. He also loved to go and have a good cup of afternoon coffee. I think they brewed up a pot just for him! My dad was an amazing special fellow. His name was Dr. David Crosland, and he delivered some of the staff and residents' babies over the years. Terra Bella takes great care of their beloved residents.

Terra Bella is a great assisted living facility! We have enjoyed their care for our family member for over a year now. Sonja is great with the residents providing fun activities every day for them. The entire staff is awesome!

We moved my mother to Terra Bella 11 months ago. After a horrific experience with her previous residence (The Laurels at Highland Creek) I was wary. I believe the quality of care and services residents receive starts with the director. Director Liz SanJose has proven to be accessible and caring, which reflects in her staff members. When we did have some medication concerns when mom first moved in, they were addressed and resolved. . I feel confident knowing my mom is being checked on multiple times during the day, and reminded to come down for meals. The activity director makes a point to encourage her to join in activities, and staff member Cynthia is super nice and always helpful. Turn over of staff is typical, but they do have several employees with longevity, and I have found the staff to be very kind, including their maintenance guy Glenn who never procrastinates when you need something repaired.

My mother was at Terra Bella for almost 3 years. She was treated like a queen. The staff was wonderful to her. From housekeeping to dining room staff to directors and nurses and caregivers. My dad has been there for almost 2 years. The staff has treated him and myself like family. I visit a lot and all the residents I speak with seem very happy. They have daily activities for the residents and also scheduled trips away from the facility. All of the staff is very nice and speaks to everyone. The facility is always clean. I would recommend TerraBella to anyone.

I have never seen staff that treat residents and employees as if they were family, but they do at TerraBella Harrisburg. TerraBella staff is outstanding. They will go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of as well as their residents. When you enter the facility, you are greeted warmly by a staff and they are genuinely glad you came to visit. The facility is clean, inviting and there are lots of rooms off the beaten path where you can visit. They also have a lovely conference room if you need to have a meeting. When my family found Terra Bella (formerly Elmcroft) in 2020, it was an answer to our prayers. My grandmother was welcomed with open arms and immediately built relationships with the staff. I truly believe I could not have found a better match. The only complaint we hear is about the food, otherwise this would be a review.
