My father had pneumonia, and went from hospital to Sodalis, I was very worried about him but Perry Slatter and Laura assured me my father would get the care that he needs, and he has!! I can't say enough good things about Sodalis, Perry, and Laura. I would recommend them to anyone! The staff is very thoughtful and caring as well. I look forward to many good years there! Soldaris formally named Elm Croft, has been a breath of fresh air to work with for many years. I have always been a guest in their community and it is the most quaint ALF and Memory Care community to visit. The size is just the right size for your loved one to get that special loving care. The staff provides 5 star care and some have worked there for over 10 years. Consider taking a tour so you can see for yourself just how wonderful this place is.

From my very first encounter during the Sodalis interview process I was confident that Mom would be in very good hands. From initial admittance to regular assistance and eventually full assistance during almost two years with Sodalis Mom and I never once suffered any bad experience. July 2023 Just wanted to share a shout out to Sodalis at Timberlake. Our family toured several assisted living facilities throughout Jacksonville and we choose Sodalis for our mom. It was a joy to have the staff stop and speak to us about our mom and showed empathy with this decision. They showed kindness towards all of our family while visiting the facility. Now that she is a resident, every member of the staff has been exceptional. They are friendly, personable and very compassionate to our 93 year old mother. We feel our mother is safe and secure with her extended Sodalis FAMILY.

After 93 years of living on her own my mother decided she needed a bit more help day to day. My sister and I began looking for a great place for her. After visiting several Centers around Jacksonville we found Sodalis. The one major difference was the concern for the residence and the longevity of the key employees. Especially Perry Slater the sales director. He describes the facility like family. The staff has been attentive and caring, just as promised. Keep up the great work your team provides!

The staff and facility are AMAZING! My grandfather has been there for 3 months. I am beyond words for the amount of love and care he receives from the staff! The facility is just right for him and there is enough staff to ensure his safety! They have been extremely helpful and supportive during his stay. Really nice community. Overall no complaints. Patients seem happy and taken care of. Building is older but has some charm. Every time we come in staff greet us and make us feel welcome. Mom says it's as close to home as she can get. I like it a lot better than some of the other places we looked at before moving in

I love this building and these people! Everyone is so nice and treat me so well whenever I visit. I thought a nursing home was a bad place to be but clearly the smiles and laughter thoughout the halls state otherwise. I am so glad that my grandpa picked sodalis to live at. I just wish they had a pool.

The admission went incredibly smooth thanks to Alissa and Laura who went above and beyond to find my brother a place to live. I wanted to comment regarding the prior 1-star review. Being in the assisted living business myself for over 35 years, and being an Executive Director and Nursing Director for many of those years, I don’t think people always tend to read the contract they sign when the loved one moves in. It’s like an apartment - if your belongings are there, you owe rent, period. The apartment cannot be re-rented until all of the items are removed by the family, and the room is “turned“. In the contract it states that a facility has to give you 45 days notice for you to leave, for whatever the reason. If there is a move out, you are required to give the facility 30 days notice. If there is a death, you are FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE until above stated personal items are removed. I have personally had the pleasure to meet and get to know Erin and she would give you the shirt off of her back. She is one of the most kind and loving individuals that I have had the pleasure to know. Please don’t make any judgments on this facility regarding one bad review.

Great small, Family like setting. I love all the staff and how attentive they are to the needs of the residents. There are planned activities throughout the week and live entertainment, so much to offer here. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a place for your family that you stop in for a tour here first!!!!

Beautiful clean well maintained rooms, lots of activities, and most important, a lovely, caring, and engaging team of administrators and care givers. It is very clear that each staff member truly cares for the residents, and loves what he, she does. No one is working simply for the paycheck but because they love what they do. My mother is a changed person since she has been here for a little over a year.
