The care my dad has been receiving has been wonderful. Roselle is one of his favorites. She greets him with a smile every morning and spreads joy whenever she is helping him. She is always happy to assist in any way she can. You can tell she takes great pride in taking care of the residents in her charge.

I have been living here in Independent Assisted Living. This is a very beautiful and comfortable place. The staff is very helpful and any problems needing repair are dealt with promptly. There are many activities available with a very outgoing knowledgeable staff. There are even special activities off site ( such as movies and luncheons) on weekends in which a small bus with a few wheelchair accommodation. There is an extra charge for the ticket or meal with these special activities.

Sunrise is a great place to bring your loved one to live. The staff is friendly, caring, and competent, and they go the extra mile to make sure your loved one feels respected and valued. The facility is very clean and aesthetically pleasing as well. We are so happy that my Mom is part of the Sunrise family.

My father has been at SR for around one year, with assisted care. The staff work very hard to keep him comfortable, which can be difficult for older people who are always coming up with new complications. The facilities (commons and rooms) are very nice, and the location is excellent. I'd love to see lower charges for all these services, but there's no way to square "high quality" with "low prices" so you need to pay for value.

I am 89 yrs old and currently assisted living resident in Sunrise Mission Viejo for the past two years. I am still mostly independent. I came from a similar assisted living facility from an other state. I find Sunrise a good place to live. The staff here is very friendly, highly dedicated to provide excellent care to to every resident according his or her needs. There are a number of entertainment programs, both inside and outside of the building. Our dining room personnel is lead by a professional chef and providing 3 meals a day. Besides the several highly qualified nurses and other healthcare workers there are frequent visitors by local doctors, NP's and PAC's. Our building is located within 3 minutes of a Fire Station and about 3 miles of a high quality hospital.

I'm sitting at the Retinal Office in Laguna Hills and witnessed something I've never seen before. A caregiver named Michael from Sunrise Senior Living in Mission Viejo is here assisting a lady. And wow. All she casually said was she was a little thirsty. He got up immediately and got water for her. He helped her throughout her wait. Just wanted people to know that he is a great example of caring and customer service. That leads me to believe that this place cares about our seniors.

My Dad lived in Northern California and had a mini stroke. I live in So Cal and needed to find him a place to assist with his daily living. I researched 15 different places in Orange County and chose Sunrise of Mission Viejo. Their staff seemed friendly, caring an attentive. They also had a restaurant for the residents that served three delicious meals a day. I talked to several residents and they were very please with their environment and the staff. My Dad has been there for six months and I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of care and service he has received. The staff has far exceeded my expectations of kindness and regard for their residents. If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, I would "highly" recommend Sunrise of Mission Viejo.

It has been two weeks since my mom has moved into Sunrise of Mission Viejo. Patti the Director of Sales has been a pleasure to work with. The transition has been very easy. I have begun to rest easy knowing they are taking good care of her. They have welcomed my mom warmly. They keep the residents busy with having a ton of activities for them to enjoy. So far our experience has been extremely positive.

My mom has been here 3 1/2 years now and is very happy. The entire staff are friendly, attentive and compassionate. I especially appreciate the care team and nurses for always keeping me updated about mom's condition. Whenever I've had concerns or questions, they've responded right away. I would highly recommend this place...even the food is good!

The most difficult thing I ever had to do was place my father in assisted living. He is in the memory care unit at Sunrise with advanced Alzheimers. With that much being said I cannot recommend this facility more highly. He is so well taken care of, very happy and the staff are fabulous. I would like to add a special recognition to Ruby and Roana. They are so incredibly thorough and on the ball and just dont miss a thing regarding my fathers care and I am very picky with his care. I could not recommend this facility higher if you need an assisted living or memory care situation for your loved one.

Our mom was only there a short time before she passed but the management and staff could not have been more supportive, kind and caring toward her in these final days. They recommended a great Hospice Care team and did a great job during these very hard Covid times. we highly recommend Sunrise.

I moved my Grandma into Sunrise Mission Viejo 1 year ago and they did a great job taking care of her during her stay! My experiance with the staff was always positive and they never disappointed me! Anne, Trish and Patty are professional managers whom i trusted throughout my Grandmothers stay.The only reason we left was to move my Grandmother into another Sunrise closer to where i live and Sunrise Mission Viejo made the move very easy by sending all relevant info to my new Sunrise location. I appreciate all the hard work the staff did during my Grandmas stay Especially the kindness and friendship that Doris gave her and the personal assistance Charlene gave her when going on shopping trips!Grandma loved the bus rides and field trips! Tricia at Sunrise is wonderful as is all the staff. She made the move-in process effortless for myself and my father. She, Ito, Joy, Charlene, Barbara and Doris are always available to answer questions and offer assistance. My dad is living in a 5 star resort with a 10 star staff. I no longer have to worry about him. Sunrise has been such a blessing to me! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I took a tour today and I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I liked how clean the areas are and the residents seem happy and friendly. I am thinking about moving my father in-law there. It is the best assisted living facility I have visited.
