I could not be more pleased with Spring Hills at Hunters Creek as the facility for my sister and brother in law! Nathan and the onboarding staff were so incredibly helpful and efficient! In addition to the beautiful facility itself, the caregivers and staff are amazing!! They are so friendly, courteous, smiling and so eager to engage and assist! It has taken a long time for me to write this review. My husband entered memory care (Spring Cottage) at this facility in July. It was a difficult transition for both my husband and my family. The staff was most supportive during this time. My husband was quite difficult. He has settled in since then and I cannot say enough good things about Spring Hills. They try to keep the memory care patients occupied. Residents are clean and well cared for. Facility is clean and also smells clean. I am comfortable with my husband being here knowing he is safe and well cared for. My husband has had several former colleagues visit him and all have been impressed with Spring Hills. I am not familiar with the assisted living side but they always seem to have fun and residents appear happy and comfortable.

This is a wonderful, warm, caring facility for residents. They offer a lot of activities on a regular basis and the staff are all so nice and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend Spring Hills to anyone that may need an assisted living option. I've performed music at Spring Hills Hunter's Creek many times. I'm always impressed at the fun events they have and the number of events and amount of music. There is lots for residents to do and have a good time. The events coordinator, Emily, is outstanding. I perform at many places and you don't always find all these great events. The residents really seem to love the Emily and the events staff.

My performing name is Tina Stefanos and I have been blessed to share music at this wonderful community for a few years now in both the Memory Care Cottage as well as the Assisted Living side of the house - it never gets old! The staff, especially Emily, are wonderful with the residents who are warm, loving and obviously well cared for. They love live music, they love rolling on the river with me and especially this week on the Assisted Living side, we had a blast singing Three Little Birds (Bob Marley). In fact, I was asked to do it as an encore and even though I cut into Bingo a bit, the residents, staff and even the Bingo gal, were happy to participate. Emily is a pleasure to work with and I'm very Blessed to be included in her talent line-up.

Wow. Such a difference compared to other places we've experienced. Thank you to Stephanie, one of the compassionate caregivers, for the recommendation to move my mother to Memory Care at Spring Hills. We will always be thankful! The admissions process was very smooth. Nathan was so very responsive to our questions. He was very patient with us as we were anxious to get my mother moved in. Thank you, Nathan! Dolores, who is in charge of activities in the Memory Care, is kind and caring. She truly loves the residents, there. The atmosphere at Spring Hills is joyful. What a breath of fresh air! My wife & I have a singing group, and we recently performed for the first time for the residents at Springs Hills Hunter's Creek. It was a fabulous experience as we interacted with the residents. They were so very happy and well-adjusted. They wanted to sing and dance and have a good old time. There was a genuine feeling of peace and contentment and just a general positive spirit amongst the residents. This is a huge testament to the staff at Spring Hills and especially to the Director of Engagement, Emily Cartwright. She obviously has a great relationship with the residents, and it shows. My wife and I perform at many other assisted living facilities and without a doubt, Spring Hills is a place where we will very much look forward to returning again and again to have fun with the people who live there. When we perform somewhere, we can instantly "size" up the room and the general attitude. Some places just stare at us. Some sit quietly and are polite. Some are like Spring Hills where there is genuine sense of fun overall. We look forward to returning again to see all our new friends again soon. Thank you for your time.

I volunteered at Spring Hills recently and it was honestly such a good experience. Emily, the Activity Director, is super good at what she does. A couple of the residents even told me how happy they are with her and how much they love the activities she plans. You can really tell she cares about them!

After an abrupt illness, the Spring Hills Hunters Creek team, worked diligently to get both my parents into the facility quickly. They have been residents for 5 months and enjoy the activities, the expansive menu and staff. As a family member, I appreciate the care and attention my parents receive. Spring Hills Hunters Creek has an open door policy, the facility is clean and personnel are attentive. I thank God that He lead us to this facility.

SpringHills is a great place. Both of my parents are celebrating birthdays and anniversaries while at Springhills. Today my dad’s Oncologist gave him a wonderful report..,,, he can not find any cancer cells in his body , his ct scan was completely clear and he complimented him on his rosy cheeks and overall appearance !!! His weight is good his mind is sharp and he’s walking better, he is stronger and his mobility is better. His confidence today is soaring !!! I thank SpringHills for this great report .. Love Springhills of hunters creek - it is a beautiful Victorian style building with a wrap around porch in the heart of Orlando near shopping, restaurant s & theme parks - iSheryl, Sarah & staff provide excellent care to my sister - I don’t worry about her as I know she is in good hands - that is a huge comfort to our family & my sister feels safe & loved there - I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home for a loved one

I want to say A BIG 🙂 THANK YOU - to ALL the wonderful & caring staff at The Spring Hills - Hunter’s Creek location - for assisting my mom in the 1 month period that she has been living there. It was very hard at first for my mom - she wanted to leave & she refused to accept that she needed more care and could no longer live alone. But - the staff really made her feel like family. Both my mom & I would like to send a SPECIAL RECOGNITION the following nurses: - Leidy Francisco -Donna Campbell Henry -Kezian Rivera and also to the Maintenance Team- especially - Rafael Francisco for ALL the EXTRA MILE service provide to my mom!! I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones - especially if they are in need of some TLC = Tender -Loving - Care!! Lovely but dated facility with great location for being able to visit or take residents out shopping at nearby stores and restaurants. Lots of staff turnover, which is typical, but they always manage to find a few gems like Marie and Gladys in memory care. Mom started out in assisted living but has been moved to memory care after several months, so we're familiar with having to learn new staff and managers and identify who is goid and who is most willing and able to help effectively. Lots of beautiful outdoor spaces but you seldom see residents enjoying them. Activities for residents seem to be pretty weak in the memory care unit. And I reported a loose toilet seat -- missing a bolt and could result in a fall -- that should have been caught and reported by staff. And i also reported an electric oulet that wasn't working (won't accept a plug) months and months ago, and it still hasnt been repaired, so now mom has a hospital bed in her room that uses two outlets so she can't even play her music that she finds so soothing. Overall, pretty clean and adequately staffed. Gladys and Marie are 5 STAR, but the facility isn't.

We had to place my mom quickly because her former AL was closing and the folks at Spring Hills were very efficient and accommodating. They are easy to work with, and very helpful. Leanna and Sara were fantastic in the admin. side, and they frequently send me pictures of my mom doing different activities. Wanda in housekeeping is friendly, helpful and loving towards the residents. Asia is amazing with activities. The food is varied and nutritious. The rooms are kept clean, and the entire facility is clean. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and they truly know and care for their residents. The few downsides is they don't accept Medicaid. Also, I would love shower assistance more than twice per week. I give this facility 4.9 stars.

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to plan and move into a new facility in a very short time. A place for mom was excellent to work with and connected us with Lianna at Springhills. Her positive energy and compassion helped us make our decision. The move couldn't have gone more smoothly. Sarah and Lianna were very responsive to communications, questions and requests. Since moving in it has been a great experience. The staff is awesome. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and are always willing to help, friendly and go out of their way. And the food!! I've eaten in the dining room several times and the menu is very extensive, diverse and restaurant quality. Yesterday I had salmon and asparagus!!

Spring Hills Hunter's Creek is a great place, they have a unique home like environment and a very strong management team with tenure which is amazing considering every other place has crazy turn over. Its upsetting to see these recent very odd reviews coming from newly created accounts that have no other reviews, not sure what that is about, for such a wonderful community that provide great care.
