Love Springhills of hunters creek - it is a beautiful Victorian style building with a wrap around porch in the heart of Orlando near shopping, restaurant s & theme parks - iSheryl, Sarah & staff provide excellent care to my sister - I don’t worry about her as I know she is in good hands - that is a huge comfort to our family & my sister feels safe & loved there - I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home for a loved one

I want to say A BIG 🙂 THANK YOU - to ALL the wonderful & caring staff at The Spring Hills - Hunter's Creek location - for assisting my mom in the 1 month period that she has been living there. It was very hard at first for my mom - she wanted to leave & she refused to accept that she needed more care and could no longer live alone. But - the staff really made her feel like family. Both my mom & I would like to send a SPECIAL RECOGNITION the following nurses: - Leidy Francisco -Donna Campbell Henry -Kezian Rivera and also to the Maintenance Team- especially - Rafael Francisco for ALL the EXTRA MILE service provide to my mom!! I would highly recommend this place for your loved ones - especially if they are in need of some TLC = Tender -Loving - Care!! Lovely but dated facility with great location for being able to visit or take residents out shopping at nearby stores and restaurants. Lots of staff turnover, which is typical, but they always manage to find a few gems like Marie and Gladys in memory care. Mom started out in assisted living but has been moved to memory care after several months, so we're familiar with having to learn new staff and managers and identify who is goid and who is most willing and able to help effectively. Lots of beautiful outdoor spaces but you seldom see residents enjoying them. Activities for residents seem to be pretty weak in the memory care unit. And I reported a loose toilet seat -- missing a bolt and could result in a fall -- that should have been caught and reported by staff. And i also reported an electric oulet that wasn't working (won't accept a plug) months and months ago, and it still hasnt been repaired, so now mom has a hospital bed in her room that uses two outlets so she can't even play her music that she finds so soothing. Overall, pretty clean and adequately staffed. Gladys and Marie are 5 STAR, but the facility isn't.

We had to place my mom quickly because her former AL was closing and the folks at Spring Hills were very efficient and accommodating. They are easy to work with, and very helpful. Leanna and Sara were fantastic in the admin. side, and they frequently send me pictures of my mom doing different activities. Wanda in housekeeping is friendly, helpful and loving towards the residents. Asia is amazing with activities. The food is varied and nutritious. The rooms are kept clean, and the entire facility is clean. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and they truly know and care for their residents. The few downsides is they don't accept Medicaid. Also, I would love shower assistance more than twice per week. I give this facility 4.9 stars.

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to plan and move into a new facility in a very short time. A place for mom was excellent to work with and connected us with Lianna at Springhills. Her positive energy and compassion helped us make our decision. The move couldn't have gone more smoothly. Sarah and Lianna were very responsive to communications, questions and requests. Since moving in it has been a great experience. The staff is awesome. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and are always willing to help, friendly and go out of their way. And the food!! I've eaten in the dining room several times and the menu is very extensive, diverse and restaurant quality. Yesterday I had salmon and asparagus!!

Spring Hills Hunter's Creek is a great place, they have a unique home like environment and a very strong management team with tenure which is amazing considering every other place has crazy turn over. Its upsetting to see these recent very odd reviews coming from newly created accounts that have no other reviews, not sure what that is about, for such a wonderful community that provide great care.

My Aunt Marge and Uncle Bob loved living here. They loved the feeling of being part of a community. The staff and residents all made them feel welcomed. My Aunt Marge loved all the activities she participated in. And my Uncle Bob felt it was home. They both loved the amazing food and their beautiful new home. My Aunt Marge had come there from rehab and was very thin and weak. She had put on weight and was doing very well. But unfortunately, they both were taken out of there last week, without their consent, by another relative. Im saddened that this happened to them. When my Mom, my children, granddaughter and myself visited with them for three weeks, we thought this place was great. The staff all worked with us in every way they could. I could see the loving care that the staff whom helped with games, songs and activities gave to Uncle Bob. We want to thank all the nurses, the front end girls, the activity girl, Elsie and Sandra. You all rock. We wish they were back with all you all.

Met with a wonderful woman named Sandra. She gave us a tour and we met some of the residents who seemed genuinely happy there. What Sandra did during our talk was to give me an invaluable book named How to talk to Seniors about moving from their home into assisted living. The book is a must read for anyone with an elderly parent. Nice facility, great atmosphere.

A beautiful Asst Living Community for Seniors . Clean, upbeat atmosphere, lots of music & singing. Easter Brunch was beautiful. Personal apartments were lovely . Allows one cat or small dog. Definitely a plus for animal lovers .
