I can't even begin to tell you how happy I was to find Sunrise! From the time I made my first call to the community, through the signing of documents to entrust them with my loved one….Elated! The entire staff is so impressively professional and extremely kind. Margaret, the sales director has held our hand from start to present and promises to be there for anything that we need. The 4 employees (Im sorry, I can't name you by name yet, but I will) that run the front desk are courteous and helpful like I have never experienced in a Senior Living setting. The Care Management group is superior to any other! In the course of moving in, we heard people using their call buttons and the staff was on top of their game. They were there no matter how big or small the situation was. This in itself was confirmation that we had made the right choice. I feel confident that our loved one will be cared for as if she were the only one in the building. The dining staff was also extremely attentive. The community is warm and inviting. It didn't matter what time I was there, all of the residents were happy and smiling and seemed to love where they were. It warms my heart to actually see that it all revolves around the resident! Just for the record, every employee that I asked how they liked their job and working for Sunrise……they all said "I love it!" Sunrise is the answer to Senior Living! Look no further.

Sunrise of Fort Worth is one of the most pleasant and beautiful, assisted living homes I have ever had the pleasure of being in as a guest. You can tell the residents really enjoy living here. A lot of love is in the atmosphere and they are very aware of it. Well hi there and how are you is a phrase heard constantly around here. This is a happy place where the residents get a great deal of attention from their Caregivers and staff. If you ever have a need for Assisted living, you absolutely must visit Sunrise at Fort Worth.

I moved my parents here when my dad's Alzheimer's advanced. They took care of him well. When he passed I asked Mom if she wanted to move. She said no. If you are reading this you are no doubt comparing these reviews to alternative assistance places. But I have asked numerous vendors how this place compares to others. Every-time they have said they were impressed with the quality. Good luck with your search. This place is worth your time visiting. I gave 4 stars so you might believe my review.

The staff and facility are excellent. The entire staff is very professional, courteous, caring, and kind. The facility is the best I've seen. I looked at over 15 different facilities before choosing Sunrise. It is extremely inviting, well maintained, clean, and full of natural sunlight throughout. There is a good variety of food for residents served in 2 different dining locations in the facility. It's a great place for my mom and safety and health of the residents is their top priority.

My mom was in the memory care unit at Sunrise for almost 17 months. It is a nice, well kept facility with nice suites. There were some issues along the way that required I be continually involved with my mom's care, but overall a good facility. The woman in charge of the memory care area, Lisa Whiskin, made all the difference in providing special care for my mom, and I cannot say enough about how well she places residents interests as a top priority.

I heard good and reassuring reports about Sunrise, but Sunrise exceeded my expectations in how they cared for my 95 YO dad. He started there as an Assisted Living resident and enjoyed the attentive and responsive care he received. He seemed to feel he was at "home". Regrettably, because of pre-existing conditions, he became a hospice resident, but he and his family saw even greater care and compassion from everyone at Sunrise...especially from the Director of Nursing. My family and I can confidently recommend Sunrise to care for your loved ones.

TOP #1 PICK in Fort Worth for dementia care/assisted living. My father has been in 3 dementia facilities in the area and this is the ONLY place that you should consider putting your loved one. Hillary O., the Executive Director and Joie the Resident Care Director are wonderful and a joy to work with....but the REAL PRIZE in this facility is the Reminiscence Coordinator - Lisa W. Not only is she a lovely person she is absolutely the best manager that I have EVER worked with at any of the assisted living facilities. She actually answer calls, returns calls and truly care about the residents. Whenever I have had a problem she has addressed it and it has been taken care of...no dropping the ball like at other places. Big thanks to this wonderful facility, to the managers - Lisa, Hillary and Joie and to the staff who tirelessly do one of the hardest jobs - well. Thanks a million

I am singer/songwriter/recording artist from North Texas. I have been performing monthly at Sunrise since 2014. I perform at over 100 centers monthly and I have to say that Sunrise is one of the very best places for your loved ones to live. The structure is solid with a fresh remodel, and the landscape is always up to par with beautiful trees and flowers. The inside is always clean and maintenance does a good job keeping everything in good working order. The staff is always professional and caring, and go above and beyond to provide the best care to residents. I like that they serve drinks and snacks to the residents during my live music performances because food and drink always go good with music. Over the years I have become close to the residents. I chat with them after my shows. I'll ask them things like, "Well, how's Sunrise treating you?" I have always received a positive response from the residents. My feelings are that if the residents are happy, then everybody is happy. A lot to be said for that! I have also become very close to several staff members as many have been employed there for as long as I've been singing there. Obviously, they are truly dedicated to the residents. To them, it's much more than just a paycheck. It's a calling and their passion. I highly recommend Sunrise Senior Living because of the special care and compassion I've personally witnessed from their staff to their residents. Sunrise is a safe place your loved ones can call home.

I visited this community today. Such a cozy atmosphere and the staff made you feel right at home. I even met a family member who's father is in the memory care part of the community and she was so welcoming and even introduced me to her father. Looks like they have such fun and are very engaged with the residents.

This facility is beautiful ! But let's face it we want more than a beautiful facility when you are looking for a caring space for our loved ones. Sunrise staff and especially Joie Nielson has gone above and beyond. We all had such a hard time thru the pandemic but I knew the care and concern that went into each resident. Joie was available when we were not able to visit. She addressed all of our concerns . I am very pleased with my experience
