Abigail, the director is the best! She is very responsive and on point. Heather, housekeeping goes the extra mile. Alicia, wellness director is on top of things and cares. Daniel, the APRN responds right away when needed. Maribel really cares for the residents and it shows in her planning and her variety of functions. She also puts a smile on everyone's faces both residents and family members. I could go on and on. If your family member is happy then you are happy. I would highly recommend this place. You want someone to love your family member, this is the place! Thank you American House!

This place is AMAZING! Will helped me when I thought I had no hope of finding my mom the perfect place on her limited income. He was kind and compassionate, walking me through the entire process. He bent over backwards to make sure we could get her in on our timeframe. When comparing prices make sure you understand this is all inclusive resort style living. No extra fees at all. It's like living at a very nice hotel with tons of activities daily! My mom has already made friends. The facility is clean, smells great, and the people are so kind! I can't wait to join my mom for a movie in the theatre! Couldn't be happier! Give Will a call and check this place out!

American House is absolutely great ! The facility is very clean , the employees are super helpful and the residents all have smiles on their faces . Nancy has been exponentially helpful in assisting us with the move of my father-in-law . From the point of contact with the very first steps, to seeing us through the paperwork , to showing us the room he will be moving into and everything this type of move entails , she has been the silver lining in this troubled time having to help our father move from his home of over 20 + years . These situations are not easy , but with people like Nancy , and places like American House , they make it much easier to deal with . Thank you to Nancy and American house for making this transition easier to get through . We are truly blessed by Nancy and all of her help .

I am so very happy with the American House. My mom is surrounded by people that care. Maribel the director of social activities! WOW! What a treasure. She genuinely has fun with the residents.Her joy is contagious! I was visiting for three weeks, and I was so impressed with the activities she planned and her enthusiasm! She offers a wide variety of activities to accommodate many different tastes and abilities. Maria at the front desk. You know that she has a lot on her plate. Lots of different responsibilities. However, you can tell the residents and their needs are her top priority. One afternoon I was sitting in the lounge waiting for my mom, and I watched her greet, hug, and ask the residents about their day over and over! She jokes with them, and you can tell, she knows them. I have eaten several dinners in the dining room with my mom! Delicious! Fresh fish and vegetables! I had a strawberry cake that was light and the fruit tasted farm fresh. Thank you Scott! Her housekeeper Ariela (sp). She hugs my mom and says, "Anything you need, I am here to help". I know that there are many people that make the American House wonderful that I do not know, so I say Thank you to them as well.

I love the warm welcoming from the directors of American House coconut Point and the way they are always willing to help a new resident with any questions about activities, food, transportarion. The residents are also very welcoming. I especially want to thank Nancy do did an amazing job helping me select a beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Upon returning to my apartment after a tivities or dinner I thank God that I'm here.

This place is amazing! My mother just moved in close to a month ago. Nancy was fantastic to work with and made everything so much easier on the whole family. Highly recommend anyone looking for a spot, give this place a tour. Top notch!

My aunt, 100+ years, recently moved here from her own condo. Was a very challenging transition- despite covid restrictions and her difficulty ( she is almost totally blind) in negotiating her new apartment, I found staff put forth the extra effort to help with the transition and make her comfortable. I expected it would take 6-8 weeks for my aunt to get used to assisted living. And I really give a lot of credit to the staff. It is not perfect, but not much is. I especially think that once the dining room is open regularly, it will greatly change the day to day living for the residents ( after all, ‘take out 3x a day gets old very quickly!). Today I saw her sitting with her friend in one of the many ‘living rooms. We just came outside to enjoy the day. Good people here.

This community is full of vibrant seniors living life to the fullest!! So many smiles. The GREATEST activities director EVER... , Patti!! This is the BEST place my husband and I have visited!!! We were looking for my favorite Aunt, up in Michigan!! Cant wait to have her move down to sunny beautiful Florida!!

Mom has been at American House at Coconut Point for nine months. Her health has dramatically improved since she arrived. She is now active rather than alone and sedentary. She has met wonderful friends, activities and outings keep occupied and most of all happy. She enjoys delicious meals ( I even enjoyed the filet and lobster tail at the Valentines and Holiday party). I feel the staff treats her as family. They have gone beyond my expectations on several occasions. If there were 10 stars, I would give them.
