Hi, I want to share a story. My husband Les and I (Lori) went to Missouri to get my father-in-law and move him here to Arizona closer to us. We looked at several places and settled on Cadence Chandler. The place is beautiful, and everyone is so friendly. I liked seeing the staff interacting with the residents. Everyone is so caring. My father-in-law (James) has improved so much since moving in about 2 months ago, and best all he seems to be happy. We are very appreciative for everything. Thank you

The entire staff (at every level) invests the extra effort to make residents feel respected, valued and most importantly at home! While our loved one was only there for 15 months due to medical issues, she always mentions the friends and fun she had during her time there. Finally, we looked at many other similar facilities and found this to be the best value without compromising any expectations.

De Anna was FANTASTIC! She showed my family and I around the facility which we felt was beautifully decorated and the entire staff was so friendly! Even the residents appeared to be very happy there.

I enjoy living here and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We have weekly card and domino games that I like participating in. The thing I like the most is the bus service: we go on outings to grocery stores, the casino, restaurants around town, and other outings to events around the city. The staff in the dining room is pleasant, the food is fine (soup is outstanding!), and they do great to accommodate my picky great-granddaughter when she visits. My apartment is a nice size, I like that there is a housecleaning staff, and there are no loud noises in the hallways or apartments around me.

Cadence Chandler has been an important part of my parents' lives the past two years within memory care as well as the independent/assisted living side. The staff has always treated my parents with the utmost respect, care, love, & dignity. The premises are gorgeous, the food excellent, and the activities fun, meaningful, and designed to build community among the residents. Cadence is like family to us and I cannot recommend them enough. The peace of mind they have given us and my parents is priceless.

Love Cadence Chandler and the Cogir communities. This is a great example of an all-around wonderful place - atmosphere, care, activities, food - you name it, Cadence Chandler has it. Trent and the gang are not pushy, friendly and honest. They are a joy to work with. As a placement agent, it's definitely a go-to when recommending senior living communities.

I moved into Cadence the week after it opened in 2022. It has been one of the best decisions of my life! I've met so many great people here and we are indeed family! The leadership team, as well as the rest of the staff, are among the best anywhere! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We moved to Cadence Chandler 4 months ago. We had never experienced senior living so therefore interviewed various locations. At the moment, we only require independent living although a very "BIG PLUS" was when considering which place to select was that if needed the assisted living, they will come to us…no move!!! We are extremely satisfied with our decision. The list of activities seem endless and has kept us very busy. You will not be bored living here. Plus, Brandon and his staff offer absolutely delicious meals with many options…plus one special for breakfast, lunch and two for dinner. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating…happy to help with any questions. Also, the amenities are fantastic!!! We are so very happy we made this move to Cadence.

My mother moved to Cadence after an auto accident that required her to sell her home and receive assistance with her activities of daily living. I was displaced and spent 8 months in her apartment, so got to experience the facility and care firsthand. The entire staff is top notch, from the executive/office/nursing team to the med techs and caregivers. I worked during the day and always knew she was being treated well, and participating in an array of activities and social events. She had a better social life than me! Unfortunately, my mother had to move out of Cadence and into a facility that provides an even higher level of care, but living at Cadence was a wonderful experience for her. Independent seniors will especially love it here as there is always something fun going on and the food is amazing!

Going through placing a family member is very stressful and thankfully I meet someone like DeAnna @ Cadence to help answer all my questions and show me around. She didn't just answer my questions about the facility but helped me better understand and eased my stress on my overall feelings in the process altogether. So thankful she didn't just see me a number or $$ for the community. She understood people are different and asked questions to make sure my mom would actually enjoy herself @ Cadence. Hoping to get Mom to tour the place this weekend and see DeAnna again

My father just moved in a week ago and is still adjusting to leaving his longtime home. The staff have all been ready to help, very pleasant and made themselves available to answer questions. Luis the maintenance technician has been exceptionally available and accommodating for my father and getting everything in working order even with Dad's hearing difficulty. I think a more user friendly map of Cadence Chandler might be helpful for new people and guests, Bigger print for the amenities and their location. The one given out on tours and welcome packet is very small and print needs BOLDER lettering. Thank you staff, for your kind patience and attention to us both in the one week he has been there.

Thanks to Jack Cook and Michelle I enjoyed an excellent tour. The modern look and amenities are such a change from the Robson Reserve where I now reside. Though I am not in position to go through another move at this time, Cadence is at the top of my list. I will be evaluating the situation into next February. Len

Cadence is amazing with my sister and brother in law. They have the best Culinary team, Brandon has gone above and beyond. The food is delicious! We are incredibly thankful for De Anna who met with my family and was so patient, caring and empathetic to our needs. What an asset she is to Cadence. Kim is wonderful with engaging the residents and always has something fun going on! We love this place! Best decision we ever made.

My mom’s longtime boyfriend moved here before the holiday. It’s been a slow adjustment for him as he’s always been in a large home. He likes it from what I see. The facility is gorgeous and very modern. I’ve had lunch with him a few times and the staff makes him laugh.

My friend lives here. She loves it. It's nice knowing she's got her privacy but if needed assistance someone is close by. All her needs are met right within the facility. She's making new friends and they have great food.

We just moved my Aunt & Uncle in. This not just an aging adult community. This community is a resort. They have thought of everything. A pub,theater, salon, restaurant and bistro. The list goes on and on definitely a five star resort. Just beautiful. The food is outstanding !!-Michelle

My husband and I have been researching Cadence Chandler for the last few months. We know that we want Senior Living and Cadence offers us everything that we are looking for. It is not our first experience with Senior Living and right now it appears to be perfect for us. The fact that we can stay in our apartment and have "assisted living" come to us (should either of us need it) is a big plus. The staff, Michelle, De Anna and Renee, have been extremely helpful and understanding of our needs and can't do enough to accommodate us. And the facility is beautiful. Feels like a resort not just an apartment building.

My mother Jerilynn has been a resident at Cadence of Chandler beginning the first day of opening their assisted living program in May of 2022. A group of her life-long friends joined us for a luncheon in the dining room this past Saturday, August 27th and our experience could not have been better. The staff was super attentive with Chef Brandon delivering great food and beverage as always. Thank you Michelle Major who is the Executive Director for setting up our gathering and ensuring our time together was perfect. Cadence rocks!
