Murano Senior Living graciously invited our company to hold our regional meeting at their community, giving me the opportunity to stay in their guest suite for a few nights. The building is absolutely beautiful, filled with high‘end touches throughout. The suite itself was spacious and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff at Murano were warm and welcoming, and the food was fantastic.

I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful retirement, assisted living and memory care community to attend a regional meeting for our senior housing & care referral agency that was hosted by The Murano. I enjoyed interacting with the friendly staff, residents and residents' family members. I was impressed with the layout of the apartment where I stayed. I was even more impressed with the feel of the community, activities and care being offered. The food was excellent, and the wait staff were highly attentive and so incredibly kind and personable.

I arrived around 9:45 PM and left at about 9:55 PM. The young woman at the front desk was courteous, friendly, and polite. I sometimes think that the role of the front desk is underestimated. There are a lot of Bad Things that do not happen because somebody is there keeping an eye on the front door. I know that there is a video surveillance, and that is a good thing to have, but having a real human being is a strong deterrent.

We have family members living at Murano and just visited them last weekend. The staff including manager, Eric, dining room server, Aleah, food manager, Lisa, front desk attendant, Ivan, are truly serving individuals who listen attentively and professionally, handle courteously a myriad of requests from residents and truly do a fantastic job of taking care of residents and their guests. The environment at Murano is beautiful - artfully decorated, lots of daily activities ranging from Parkinsons support groups, art and exercise classes, lectures and opportunities for touring to various destinations around the area, great food and lovely dining area. The views from the resident's apartments and community rooms are spectacular - located in the heart of Seattle and lots of beauty to take in from expansive windows. Highly recommend Murano!!

The Murano is a wonderful place with top notch service! It's in a great location with easy access to amenities and near by shops. The theater, and social areas are all very comfortable spaces for visiting and lounging. I also had a terrific experience working with Lisa who was very accommodating, and took care of all my needs. Our father lives at Murano Senior Living and we couldn't be more happy with the support, fun atmosphere and daily activities that they offer. He uses the gym regularly, he also takes advantage of the town car which helps keep his independence while being taken care of and his apartment is perfect for him to manage. We are grateful for the Murano and all the staff that supports the community.

Everything about Murano Senior Living deserves five stars. The front desk staff, the business office, the kitchen chefs and staff, valet and town car service, housekeeping, bright and spacious rooms, , exercise instructors, and, most notably, the residents made my 6-weak stay at the Murano the refuge I needed following the death of my husband. I wish I could name each person individually as they have my heartfelt thanks for offering me the opportunity to stay in this wonderful facility. I will return in the near future to make Murano my permanent residence.

After residing in the same house for numerous years, I was a bit nervous about transitioning to Murano Senior Living. All my trepidation was completely unfounded. Murano is just like home with so many additional amenities: Wonderful, caring, friendly residents and staff; numerous activities to encourage health, general well being, and positive social interactions; and many services which make life so much easier. I highly recommend Murano! Moving here was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Our family is actively searching for a Seattle area senior residential community where Mom can move into an Independent Living arrangement, but where Assistance with Daily Living services are available if needed in the future. Everything about Murano Senior Living is gorgeous -- the soaring lobby, the penthouse living room’ that’s available to all, the dining venues, and light-filled apartments with big views. There is a rich program of activities and facilities are top notch. More importantly, the community and staff are lovely and welcoming. Most residents that we encountered during our several visits were quick to tell us This is a nice place to live!. The several meals we enjoyed in the dining room were good. Murano Community Relations Director Natassja Haynes was especially kind and helpful. A good experience at a very nice place.

This is an excellent senior living facility! The people that work here are really nice and upbeat. They have lots of fun activities. The views are spectacular! Since it is a newer place, the units are very chic and clean. It's definitely on the pricier side, but I think it's worth it.

I recently took a tour of the Murano with Community Relations Director Natassja Haynes and was favorably impressed. The tour included a visit to three different rooms with different city views, floor plans, and price points. We stopped in at various activity centers within the building, (movie theater, gym, game room, event rooms, etc.) and finished up with a delicious lunch at one of the two restaurants inside the building. Although I'm not ready to move from my home yet, the Murano will be my first choice when I am. The Murano has so many amenities, and the rooms are so nice, you could call it a Retirement Palace. If you're ready to make the move, I strongly recommend that you contact the Murano and ask for a tour with Natassja.

A friend and a family member are living here.. it’s a beautiful building and the staff are outstanding.. lots of activities.. a youthful and active community. My friends are always busy here.. expensive $$$ but worth the cost .

The Murano is fantastic. I've lived here for over a year and I love it, The staff is kind and caring and the other residents are great! We have a resident manager who holds meetings once a month and is readily available at all times to answer any questions that you have. We have two Enhancement Program Directors who are incredible! They send us daily emails outlining all of the many activiities and what the daily dinner special is. Meals are provided and they are exceptional. The kitchen staff and servers are outstanding. We have a great gym and a wonderful trainer. The front desk staff is incredible. They are always ready and willing to help in anyway that you need. There is an oustanding valet service and the drivers are ready and willing to take me to Safeway, Walgreens, my doctor and other places that I need to go. My unit is cleaned weekly and fresh sheets are provided as well. There are many wonderful activities every day. The 24th floor is incredible. You can see all around the city. The view of Mount Ranier is something that cannot be missed. I highly recommend the Murano to all my friends and my family is equally impressed. They can come to visit me in my unit and they can come to dinner with me. They also love the 24th floor! I'm not tech savy so I couldn't download the pictures that I took from the 24th floor but the Murano welcomes visitors so contact them and you can see the view for yourself.

I appreciate the open, friendly and welcoming community here, among management, staff and residents. Everyone works hard to create quality living here for all residents. There are many options for exercise, social, educational, cultural (eg.art, music, dance, film...) activities to fit a wide variety of tastes and interests. The Murano is a good community to grow older in a healthy, stimulating and enjoyable environment.
