The Arbor at Bridgemill is the definition of "homey". There you will find a perfect balance of professional and safety yet like you are at home and have your own personal space. The staff is always attentive and so sweet! The facility is clean in and outside of the building. I love how many activities are scheduled throughout the week and I love to watch the elderly gather together with purpose each day! The indoor pool is clean and the chemicals are always well balanced. The outdoor pool is beautiful during the summer with many lounging areas and wheelchair access. I love this community and the people who run it! What a hidden jewel!

We looked at 20+ places for my mom and this by far was our #1 choice in Cherokee County. The facilities and staff here are amazing. A special shout out to Kat who was so friendly, patient and helpful. She is such a great resource. This is the 1st time for my wife and I at trying to find a senior living facility and Kat was like a personal guide through the process. And the food here is AMAZING.

I can honestly say that my family and I are grateful to be able to have both our Mom and Dad in this great facility! Everyone, from management to staff, have been wonderful! The facility is always clean, safety is their number one priority, the food is top notch, there are plenty of activities for the residents to choose from and the staff is super friendly! The medical staff in Memory Care are knowledgeable and skilled. I feel very comfortable leaving my Mom in such great hands as Nurse Ashley and her team! I love visiting my parents and seeing how well they have both bonded with the employees at BridgeMill. They have definitely made my parents feel safe, loved and at home!!

We are so grateful for The Arbor at Bridgemill. When the time came for our mom to transition from her home of 23 years to a place where she could be more socially engaged, we toured 5 different facilities. It was clear from our first visit that The Arbor at Bridgemill was special. Mom toured our top 2 choices, and she felt the same way when she walked in the doorway. Every staff member took a genuine interest in making sure The Arbor at Bridgemill would meet her needs. Most importantly, the residents were friendly and welcoming. Mom moved in 9 months and is thriving! She loves her friends, the staff, Bible Study, and art classes. Her apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We have such peace of mind knowing that Mom is safe and happy. We highly recommend The Arbor at Bridgemill!

The quality and care provided to the residents at the Arbor at Bridgemill is superior! My mom is extremely happy in her assisted living apartment. She has made friends with other residents and stays engaged in a variety of activities such as: enjoying a game of Rummikub, listening to live entertainment, going out to lunch, traveling to the museum, attending a resident council meeting, or attending a chef talk.The menu available provides a variety of special daily entree options as well as “always available” choices. My mom enjoys the fresh vegetables and fruit not always found in senior living communities. She appreciates the variety available and the first class presentation, and I appreciate knowing she has healthy and tasty options.Director Brooke Figueras knows ever resident, including my mom, by name. She exudes sincerity when interacting with all community members and their families.Hats off to this wonderful community!

Such an amazing and diverse community. Very active! Not every place has a beautiful resort-style pool and workout room as well as fine dining. They have independent bungalows out front and then progressive stages of independent living and assisted living as well as memory care. Rebecca Merriman did a great job hosting us and Ashlee Fonteine does an excellent job taking care of memory patients. I would recommend this place to my own family as well as my patients/clients.

Most residents very friendly. Have heard from a new resident that she often has to eat alone because of the little cliche s and groups. Someone should take the new residents under their wing and see that they are introduced and not ignored by current residents. A better variety of vegetables would be nice and NO more SOS on Toast! My parents have been residents at The Arbors for several years. They initially lived in an independent living cottage and after my father passed away, my mother moved into the main building in an independent living apartment. She recently spent a month in respite care in the assisted living portion of the building after she broke her hip. Our experiences at The Arbors have all been wonderful. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They really care about the residents and want what's best for them. Quite often going above and beyond what you'd expect. When my father passed, the staff were genuinely sad and checked on my mother continuously. Not a day went by that someone didn't stop by to see how she was and what she needed. Last fall she had pneumonia and again, there was always someone there to make sure she was okay and had what she needed. After her recent fall, they were invaluable in helping us find a top notch rehab facility and recommended the much needed respite care stay in assisted living. I'm not exaggerating when I say the people who work there are absolutely among the very best you will find. I have zero worries about my mother, who is 93, living at The Arbors. The facility is beautiful and looks like a 5 star hotel. The amenities and activities are plentiful. There's a beautiful pool (indoor and outdoor!), gym and library. They play games, cards and bingo. They have outings and happy hours with entertainment. Most importantly, they have drivers and a shuttle that assist residents in getting to local shopping areas and to their doctor's appointments. There are some really frightening senior living facilities out there and you hear lots of horror stories. You won't hear those things about the Arbors at Bridgemill. I have no doubt that my mom is In the best place she could be, and I know for certain that she would agree. If you're for a place, this is it!

Having lived at the Arbor at Bridgemill for 41/2 years I highly recommend this community. I initially came here looking for a Memory Care facility for my mother. I had looked at other communities closer to Atlanta and Buckhead. I found nothing I was comfortable having my mother live. A senior relocation specialist recommended the Arbor at Bridgemill. At first I was a little skeptical but this was best decision, not only did my mother receive excellent care. The staff was amazing with her and all the residents of Evergreen. I’m in the independent living side, I can say it would be extremely hard to find a better place to live. The excellent, friendly and professional staff along with the camaraderie of the other residents makes the Arbor at Bridgemill the perfect retirement home and community.

This place is absolutely amazing! The first thing when you come through the doors is feel impressed not only by the beautiful and luxurious decor and furnishings, but by the way the staff treats you. The staff is beyond attentive. Barbara Bonatucci is so accommodating and helpful. We have been teaching classes in the community room and she is always checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. Her meticulous attention to detail astounds me. It is obvious that the Arbors is a happy place for its residents. There is always something going with an activity or an event. There are rooms dedicated to painting, music, movies, and even a game room. There are puzzles out on tables, fruit infused water and the patio area is gorgeous! Would recommend this charming paradise for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating home for their golden years.

After hip replacement and time in rehab, my daughters didnt want me to live alone. They toured several places and chose The Arbor at Bridgemill.They made an excellent choice. I am very satisfied here and have made many new friends. I especially enjoy not having to cook and clean upThat gives me time for the many activities that are planned for us.I appreciate the exercise classes that keep me moving, the knitting group with our excellent leader, that keeps my hands busy and a scrabble group to keep my mind active.There are a few things I enjoy and many more I have yet to explore.If you are ready for this next phase of life, I highly recommend The Arbor at Bridgemill. As a third-party vendor, we come in close contact with residents and staff at Arbor. Theres never a dull moment and always something going on - happy hour, music, games, shopping trips, etc. Residents all seem to know one another and act as if family. The community is always clean and the staff is always super friendly. The idea of putting a loved one in a home is many families worst nightmare. I would urge these families to tour the community before ruling out. It is not at all what we grew up envisioning!! It is a new chapter of life and an opportunity for our seniors to come together and foster new relationships. It should not be thought of as when all else fails!. Theres still so much life to live there!

The Arbor at Bridgemill is such a well-designed senior living community. I love the independent living cottages that line the boulevard on the way to the main building. But even better is the staff who are all so friendly and caring towards residents, as well as guests. The Arbor has gone above and beyond in welcoming groups in from the community to use their lovely meeting rooms that are set up perfectly with tables, chairs, and even refreshments. All of the planned social activities have me planning a better retirement for myself, as well as conversations with my parents when I know theyll need next steps in senior care. The Arbor at Bridgemill is always the first place I recommend to friends or family who are considering living space options as they (or their parents) age because of how they ensure everyone is well cared for and included.

I have been a resident in Independent Living at The Arbor for 2 years now. I moved here in Feb 2018, two months after it opened its doors in Dec 2017. I have high praise for how the establishment is run. Its director and all his staff members are caring people, who strive to help in any way and make it a friendly & happy place.
