Did a tour of the place, and like everything about it. the location was particularly important to me, in order to be close to family. Chas did an excellent job. At this time I am not ready to make the move, but when I am I will most certainly reach out to the team there.

I'm coming up on 6 months as we moved here at the enclave so far they have done everything they could do to make help us adjust to the change in our lifestyle and that changing the lifestyle has been very significant and that it's nothing similar to what we had but in any case the entire team here has done everything that could to make our new apartments as comfortable in this friendly and their old house there are several different sections of their support staff and I believe we have met all of them and everyone has gone out of their way to make our life easier and making our life easier seems to be important to them it's definitely important to me thank you and if you ever want to talk about it my name appears here you can try and track me down or when you come here for a minute ask him to see me that's it you have a nice day

My mom was a resident for four years. The caregivers and med techs were caring and wonderful to her. We are so thankful she lived the end of her life in such a supportive and attentive environment.

Anytime I’ve visited The Enclave at Chandler, I’ve had a great experience! The community is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the apartments are comfortable and well designed. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping and dining while still feeling quiet. I especially want to recognize Marcia, the Executive Director, who is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her leadership really shows in how smoothly the community is run and how responsive the staff is. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live and I would highly recommend it.

Making a move like this is never an easy one. My parents moved to the Enclave in June and the kindness of everyone from administration to waitstaff to cleaning staff to the maintenance crew has been overwhelming. They have settled in and are very happy, content and (for my peace of mind) safe! The menu has enough variety that if you do not lije something there are plenty of other choices.

today was a fabulous day here at Enclave Chandler! We had a wonderful afternoon of entertainment, starting with the piano and violin duet and concluding with the saxophone Quartet. They were absolutely wonderful and I loved the Christmas songs they played. this has been a very good holiday week because Sunday evening we had musical entertainment from an elementary school, a middle school, and a high school. I really appreciate the holiday entertainment that we have been provided this week. Thank you.

Everyone at The Enclave was so warm and welcoming when my mother moved in. They treated her like family and it showed. When my mom needed more care than was available in the Independent side, they really helped in providing the information and direction I needed to have her moved into Memory Care. They also treated me and the rest of the family warmly and with genuine care and respect. The facility is clean and well maintained, with nice amenities and the meals are quite good! The residents care about their neighbors and it really feels like a community.

Continued great service and very attentive

People should know that this care home has frequent turnover of the leadership. People should know that pretty much everyone is placed at the highest level of care meaning the highest charges. People should know that they don’t provide good oral hygiene. People should know that there is a difference between private pay and that you will have to move when funds have been exhausted because they are not Medicaid approved. There is lack of housekeeping at times . Training of care staff is lacking and it appears the strategy for handling behavior is to never engage unless absolutely necessary. I will say that the directors of fun provide the personal attention so needed in their confused state. In addition we were back charged for a higher level of care and then blamed that it was really my fault for not meeting to sign earlier.

They don't do well with the meals

We feel like Enclave staff took good care of my mother in the Memory Care Center. Catherine and Devie were especially kind. Hunter is a great asset at front desk. My mom passed away peacefully at 95 last month. Thank you for your compassion.

TERRIBLE!! I would give this place a -1. My aunt has resided there for 5 years. the only nice things she has to say is about the staff at the front desk. She complains daily about the food they serve.. cold, tasteless and very little choices. which residents are charged extra!! She also notices that they can't keep the same staff in kitchen / dining area. For the money these residents are charged (over 4k) the CEO's could definitely do better. Would love to see them stop in unannounced for a great dinner!!!

This is a beautiful place with the nicest people. Staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. My 93 year old mom is in the independent side of the facility and had a fall. It is so comforting to see how well the system worked. We are so glad she is there.

The Enclave at Chandler was a wonderful experience for my mom. She was a resident in independent care and also later in assisted living. As a woman who was paralyzed after a stroke, the caregivers in assisted living were kind, attentive in caring for mom and her special needs. The med techs and nurses were very responsive and professional. The weekly appointments in the building salon made her feel beautiful and gave her dignity. The weekly music events, crafts and on site church service gave quality to her life. Mom’s journey came to end recently, however, I know during her end days she was happy and safe.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Enclave at Chandler. I love walking in and there being residents always in the front to nicely greet me along with some friendly receptionists. It is a very pretty facility with friendly staff.

I always enjoy coming and visiting Enclave of Chandler. Jason is always friendly and cares about the residents. And I really love the new remodel.

I moved in on Dec. of 2020. I enjoy my stay here the residents are nice and for the most past easy to get along with! The staff has been very good to me and willing to help where they can! The concierge desk is very helpful and friendly! Maintenance is great they are knowledgeable of the problems, if any, that I have had and do it with a smile! The kitchen on the other hand as been a concern! I am well aware of the impact that Covid had on staffing! But the servers always had a smile for us even though they couldn't fix the problem! As of this month the kitchen as the Beatles would sing "I have to admit it"s gotten better" with the changes that you have made in leadership there are more smiles coming out of the kitchen and more conversations! Another concern I have is that I see outsiders coming in and out and not signing in or out at the front desk! I know it's not the job of the concierge to confront anyone but I feel this "problem" needs to be addressed!

I beg anyone reading this to run fast and run far from this facility. My parents spent over 2 years here that I totally regret. I only gave Enclave a 2 because nothing that happened escalated to either of my parents dying. Other than that I fought one battle after another because of poor care, lousy life enrichment programs, staff turnover, neglect, lack of communication, incompetency, and false claims in their advertising. My parents started out in assisted living together and after a "fluke" episode while an interim executive director was there we were required to move my mom to memory care. At this point both of my parents had an Alzheimer's diagnosis and I had recently moved to Wisconsin. We muddled through 5 executive directors, 4 directors of nursing, 3 assisted living managers, 4 memory care managers, 5 directors of entertainment and programming and many, many, many caregivers, housekeeping and food service people. Arizona has no real state regulations in the senior living facilities business so you have very little recourse except to move your loved ones if the care isn't good. My parents' doctor at Banner Alzheimer's said you can assess a facility by how long the employees have been there and by what they are paid. The facility is only as good as its worst caregiver. We watched the memory care go from being full with 24 residents to dwindling down to 15 when my mom left with a couple of others leaving right after her. I spent hours and hours there the 5 times I came to town in 2022 and the 3 times in 2023, in addition to hours writing emails and making phone calls. Even some of the staff that were amazing were unable to help because of their lack of support from levels above them. The senior living industry is a lucrative business for the executives and they do their best to present a beautiful facility and spend pennies on staff, training and technology needed to engage their residents and provide incentives to maintain employees and their loyalty. If your loved one cannot fully report to you about his/her daily life then this is not the place you want to spend $5,000 a month.

My husband went into their memory care on June 20. He also had hospice care while at the Enclave at Chandler. On July 11th, hospice transported him to their Dementia Inpatient Unit to get his meds straightened out. He is now sleeping and his breathing is labored and could not go back to the Enclave. Today I was told that I had to give them a 30 day notice. How could I have predicted that his health would turn like it did? Beware! UPDATE: Bob passed away on July 19th
December 2021
I have family in this community and we are looking for a better place. The apartments are nice and the community spaces are well done but the food is awful. Food quality is very low, portions are small and there is not enough variety. I don’t believe the diet they offer meets the daily nutritional requirements for a senior. The staff turnover in the kitchen and dining room doesn’t help. (Probably don’t get paid enough.) The staff are very nice and most of them care, but it strikes me that no one on site has the authority to make improvements. Off-site corporate managers are making decisions based solely on their ROI which compromises residents’ quality of living significantly.

Diana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the entire process for clients seamless. My clients and myself are completely satisfied and they are happy in their new home 🙂

My mother was here for over a year. There was some initial reluctance on her part, but the incredibly caring staff helped with the transition to assisted living. She did very well until Covid hit. She was picky overall and food was her passion. She had a few issues with her food not being perfect in its seasoning or temperature but we solved that with her microwave and spice rack. The staff were always attentive to her needs, which weren’t insignificant. They were awesome about coordinating outside caregivers like nurses and physical therapists. Unfortunately Covid kept her isolated and that was hard on everyone. The staff went out of their way to help us provide for her during lockdown. A big thank you to all the staff who helped her so much!!

My Mom has lived here since August 2018. We found it necessary to move her to Assisted Living during this pandemic. Although challenging, the Staff members at The Enclave were a big help! And my Mom is getting great 24/7 care and attention. Thank You!

I love Chandler enclave! They have great people there they have a lot of fun and they're good dancers. I've been entertaining there for the last few months outside and they have been very accommodating and supportive and we have a lot of fun! It's the place to be!

Enclave at Chandler, everything is first class. Priority is the care my father receives from the staff, and they exceed expectations. I can see the love they have for my father. Nursing care and management is great, they keep me informed with everything that is going on. Activities from sunrise to sunset. We definitely made the right choice for my father.

We moved into the Enclave in July of 2018, and we are loving it. It has become our comfortable home. The staff is friendly, the meals are great, and the facility is conveniently located. Everything that is needed is available within the building..beauty salon, theater, library, and dining room etc. There are a number of activities offered ranging from card games to exercise classes and road trips. I highly recommend checking this out.

We like our apartment with its modern conveniences, the excellent food services, and friendly staff members who have allowed us to continue using our interests and skills both at Enclave and in our local community where we lived.
