I moved here April 3rd of this year. Everything that the owners, Nik and Shavana told me when I first looked at the place, is true. I have a severe form of Parkinson's which means I can have seizures at any time. The med techs have saved me several times. The facility is always spotless. I can't think of any place I would rather be.

I had my mother here for over a year. She lived in the Memory Care neighborhood. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care that she received! They always took her to the activities to keep her mind active. She was always well groomed and dressed in the cute outfits I brought in for her. Whenever I would visit or take her out for a ride, they'd let me know how much she'd be eating and any appetite changes. I appreciate them still to this day even though my mom has passed away. They still keep in touch with me. I worked in Assisted Living for 20 years and believe me when I say that Jennifer Gardens exceeded all my expectations!

I am writing this review to commend Jennifer Gardens for their professionalism and commitment to truly caring about their residents. I want to personally thank the owners and staff for the excellent, compassionate care you all provided my mom while she was with you. We chose Jennifer Gardens based both on recommendations and our own research, and in retrospect, we could not possibly have done better for our mom. From her first day she was treated with respect, sensitivity, and empathy by what was clearly a quality and well trained and directed staff. Any problem or concern we raised was handled promptly and effectively. In addition, I am grateful for the relationship staff built with our family. We were always warmly welcomed and made to feel we belonged. Jennifer Gardens treated her and loved her like a family member which gave us peace of mind knowing she was in caring hands when we were not there. Mom was a resident for just over 5 years, and the incredible care Jennifer Gardens provided to her in her final days until her death will never be forgotten. We miss her terribly and know you all do too.

Jennifer Gardens ALF/Memory Care is family-owned and based on our past visits for many years to friends and loved ones, staff has always been caring and observant to the needs of these residents which is why the person I am in charge of chose to live in this facility! Nikeel and Shavona are in touch with me on a regular basis as to the happenings of the resident and I am always informed by staff of her wants, needs and whether there are any needed medical changes. She is always well groomed and dressed, and free to roam the public areas in the facility. She is taken out for doctors' appointments, religious meetings and/or social gatherings. The fact that she can transfer to the other side of the building if and when more care is needed was an additional factor in our decision. The resident is truly happy here and everyone in charge is friendly and communicative with her friends and visitors.

My mother had the best care until she died. The ladies did everything for her after she came back after a fall. They didn't need to take her back but they did. Even with limited staff my mother had better care than from Life Care Center. If you are looking for a place for your loved one this is the BEST. I love the girls who went beyond what is expected to love my mother and care for her. Thankyou I can't tell you how grateful I am.

When Mom could no longer take care of herself , started looking around for a place that would help her through her day . Frankly , it was rather confusing to us as there were many places making promises of a wonderful life like those ads on TV .Mom didn't make friends easily , so we knew it would be hard. When we spoke to someone working at the hospital , we were given the name of Jennifer Gardens . I called and took the tour and that day Sero came over to visit Mom . They talked and it wasn't too long before Mom couldn't wait to move in . Sero made Mom feel welcome, comfortable and safe . The staff all treated Mom with respect and care . We live in Canada , so it was very important to us to have a place for Mom that we didn't have to worry about when she was alone . Jennifer Gardens is always spotless , opening day clean . The food is generous and the staff well trained . Mom was happy .

When it was time to have someone take care of my mother a neighbor mentioned Jennifer Gardens. They had their mother there and were totally happy with the care and kindness the staff showed her. So I did move her there and my neighbor couldn't have been more correct. The care I saw them show my mother was terrific...especially Lisa. I would visit every week and always found the everyone to be kind and helpful. They also helped me navigate the changing care options I needed to consider as my mother's health deteriorated. If I could give six stars, I would.

My mom spent 4 years in another facility . We were extremely unhappy with most of the staff . I had heard all of them are the same so was hesitant to move her fearful that she would decline and dimentia would become worse . She recently lost a lot of weight ,her dr suggested she was suffering from neglect to take her out of there . She has been in Jennifer Gardens for about 3 weeks . She is happy clean and has gained 9 lbs!! ☺I hesitate to say how wonderful this place is because it seems like its too good to be true but as of this moment I LOVE this place and sleep better knowing mom is safe happy and cared for . Actually there was just 1 thing that I wish they would change and that is they are only located in Hudson area. We moved mom to Lakeland because her family lives there. This place has been a Godsend to our family . Mom spent 4 years in another facility on trouble creek road . People said they are all the same so we were reluctant to move her . We were told by her Dr to get her out of there so we did . Her first 2weeks at Jennifer Gardens she gained almost 10 lbs . The staff are so efficient and caring . The staff go above and beyond to take care of the residents, the place is clean and modern. Marianne the head supervisor takes great care to make sure the residents get the help they need. My name is Cathy Thompson and we couldnt have been more pleased with the memory care unit at Jennifer Gardens. The facility is very clean and has a family type atmosphere. My Aunt was here till her passing this month and the staff treated her, our family, and all the residents with great care and compassion. We have a large family and someone visited my Aunt at least 4 to 5 Times per week so we were able to witness the staffs interactions with the residents. We would highly recommend this ALF home.

I have visited several other memory care facilities in Pasco and Hernando county in search of the best care for my mom. I was lucky enough to find Jennifer Gardens. The staff took excellent care of my Mom whom was wheelchair bound. The cleanliness of the facility exceeded all others I interviewed. My Mom was always clean, happy and well cared for with a lovely private room. The activiities and food are geared towards the level of the residents in Memory Care and my Mom made many friends. My Mom passed away Jan. 22. I want to thank all of the girls that were so wonderful, Christina, Sylvia, Jennifer, Brittany, Gretchen, Kathy, Justina and Maryann and especially the owners, the Singh Family. I recommend this facility to all that have a loved one with Alzheimers or just need assisted care. Thank you Jennifer Gardens.
