These people have became like family. They took time to talk and help, even after loved one left facility. This has been such a long and trying experience, with hospital trips, cancer diagnoses, surgeries, rehabs, insurance, hospice. After a hospice faciility stay, we ended up coming back to jennifer gardens, for continued hospice care. Nick, Shevona, Lisa, Theresa, Raven, staff have been a blessing throughout all of this. I don’t know where to start. It was so wonderful from the owners the staff and the residence. My mother is 96 years old and she’s quite active for 96 and it’s such an upbeat place. I didn’t worry once while my mom was in respite care there for 10 days and when I called to check on her. It was never a bother and I am just so happy they even did a trunk or treat for the resident’s. They play bingo , puzzles etc such great activities they have. This is definitely my go to place for my mother to stay, this is the most caring loving place for your loved ones to stay!

My husband lived at Jennifer Gardens for 9 months. It is an exceptionally clean and well maintained place. The staff took excellent care of him and this was at times challenging for them because he was non-verbal. They were attentive and considerate of my questions and concerns of his care and comfort. We knew more about how his care was by how he acted during our weekly visits. When he felt well enough- he was smiling and relaxed - and that told us a lot . When Hospice became necessary, the staff at Jennifer Gardens worked together with Hospice to keep us informed for any changes we were concerned about. This means a lot when a family is facing so many uncertainties with their loved ones. I would recommend Jennifer Gardens to anyone looking for a safe , loving,and caring place.

I moved here April 3rd of this year. Everything that the owners, Nik and Shavana told me when I first looked at the place, is true. I have a severe form of Parkinson's which means I can have seizures at any time. The med techs have saved me several times. The facility is always spotless. I had my mother here for over a year. She lived in the Memory Care neighborhood. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care that she received! They always took her to the activities to keep her mind active. She was always well groomed and dressed in the cute outfits I brought in for her. Whenever I would visit or take her out for a ride, they'd let me know how much she'd be eating and any appetite changes. I appreciate them still to this day even though my mom has passed away. Jennifer Gardens ALF/Memory Care is family-owned and based on our past visits for many years to friends and loved ones, staff has always been caring and observant to the needs of these residents which is why the person I am in charge of chose to live in this facility! Nikeel and Shavona are in touch with me on a regular basis as to the happenings of the resident and I am always informed by staff of her wants, needs and whether there are any needed medical changes. She is always well groomed and dressed, and free to roam the public areas in the facility. She is taken out for doctors’ appointments, religious meetings and/or social gatherings. The fact that she can transfer to the other side of the building if and when more care is needed was an additional factor in our decision. The resident is truly happy here and everyone in charge is friendly and communicative with her friends and visitors.

I want to personally thank the owners and staff for the excellent, compassionate care you all provided my mom while she was with you. We chose Jennifer Gardens based both on recommendations and our own research, and in retrospect, we could not possibly have done better for our mom. From her first day she was treated with respect, sensitivity, and empathy by what was clearly a quality and well trained and directed staff. Any problem or concern we raised was handled promptly and effectively. In addition, I am grateful for the relationship staff built with our family. We were always warmly welcomed and made to feel we belonged. Jennifer Gardens treated her and loved her like a family member which gave us peace of mind knowing she was in caring hands when we were not there. Mom was a resident for just over 5 years, and the incredible care Jennifer Gardens provided to her in her final days until her death will never be forgotten. We miss her terribly and know you all do too.

When it was time to have someone take care of my mother a neighbor mentioned Jennifer Gardens. They had their mother there and were totally happy with the care and kindness the staff showed her. So I did move her there and my neighbor couldn't have been more correct. The care I saw them show my mother was terrific...especially Lisa. I would visit every week and always found the everyone to be kind and helpful. They also helped me navigate the changing care options I needed to consider as my mother's health deteriorated. If I could give six stars, I would.

When Mom could no longer take care of herself , started looking around for a place that would help her through her day . Frankly , it was rather confusing to us as there were many places making promises of a wonderful life like those ads on TV .Mom didn't make friends easily , so we knew it would be hard. When we spoke to someone working at the hospital , we were given the name of Jennifer Gardens . I called and took the tour and that day Sero came over to visit Mom . They talked and it wasn't too long before Mom couldn't wait to move in . Sero made Mom feel welcome, comfortable and safe . The staff all treated Mom with respect and care . We live in Canada , so it was very important to us to have a place for Mom that we didn't have to worry about when she was alone . Jennifer Gardens is always spotless , opening day clean . The food is generous and the staff well trained . Mom was happy .

In late 2019 we were referred to Jennifer Gardens of Bayonet Point in Florida by A Place For Mom in South Carolina. We were able to get Mom set up and in the assisted living home within 48 hours. From the very beginning we experienced an air of love and concern by everyone from the owners to their wonderful staff. They immediately made Mom feel right at home and were dedicated to fulfilling her every need. She enjoyed her stay in her new home and enjoyed the fellowship of other facility guests. If she had a medical issue and needed professional assistance, it was handled immediately. In early 2021 Mom’s health started slipping and she eventually she passed away peacefully on April 8. Her comfort and happiness in the last year of her life is a tribute to the entire staff and ownership of Jennifer Gardens. Thank you for taking care of my Mother. Tom R.

I had heard all of them are the same so was hesitant to move her fearful that she would decline and dimentia would become worse . She recently lost a lot of weight ,her dr suggested she was suffering from neglect to take her out of there . She has been in Jennifer Gardens for about 3 weeks . She is happy clean and has gained 9 lbs!! I hesitate to say how wonderful this place is because it seems like it’s too good to be true but as of this moment I LOVE this place and sleep better knowing mom is safe happy and cared for . My name is Cathy Thompson and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the memory care unit at Jennifer Gardens. The facility is very clean and has a family type atmosphere. My Aunt was here till her passing this month and the staff treated her, our family, and all the residents with great care and compassion. We have a large family and someone visited my Aunt at least 4 to 5 Times per week so we were able to witness the staff’s interactions with the residents. We would highly recommend this ALF home.
