My uncle moved to Hollywood Hills Senior Living (HHSL) in September 2023 after a fall and a series of medical issues. I am his primary care coordinator and live 100 plus miles away. The team at HHSL have been very helpful with this transition, especially the Resident Services Director, Keith Bernabe. Keith has helped me find doctors and other caregivers that would travel to my uncle versus me trying to coordinate and get him to doctor visits. As my uncle continues to deal with a number of medical issues, I am frequently communicating with Keith, and he has been great at responding timely to my concerns and coordinating care for my uncle with the various caregivers. My uncle has spent most of his life in Hollywood and he feels at home at HHSL. He loves his unit which has a lot of sunlight and nice views and is also very complimentary of the food. I am so glad we chose HHSL.

My father he never wanted to live in an assisted living facility, but after 9 months at HH he is very content and well cared for. Rubia keeps the facility impeccably clean and Patrick makes sure it's very well maintained. My father is happy with the food and the empathetic service staff in the kitchen and dining room. The care staff - Lorna, Brenda, Del, and Margaret and others take excellent care of him. And Keith Bernabe, Resident Service Director, has been incredibly supportive. He is always willing help guide me through the journey of caring for an elderly parent. He is diligent and detailed oriented and he always available to listen, even when I drop into his office unannounced. 🙂 I ADORE Patty at the front desk, with her incredible smile and willingness to help. And Vanessa Jewel keeps the entire facility running smoothly, which is NOT an easy job, and she is ALWAYS warm and adoring with my father. It's lovely place!

After I toured over a dozen assisted living places near and around Los Angeles for our relative, I chose Hollywood Hills! Everyone was so nice and accommodated all of my questions. The living and common areas are gorgeous. My family is very critical and I was the only person making any efforts to find the best place for our relative. I was grateful Hollywood has allowed our relative to live here. It is beautiful and clean. The vibe is calm and relaxed but fun. I hope our family member appreciates all of the help and support she is being given. AJ, Vanessa, Keith and everyone else I have dealt with have been helpful and supportive. Also, a shout out to Jeremy at A Place for Mom, who told me about Hollywood and how you get soooo much for the money. And it is true. So much more than Belmont in Santa Monica in my opinion. (they are very nice as well, just much much more expensive)

My name is Winnie Landrum. I had the opportunity to tour Hollywood Hills Senior Living on July 16th, 2024. I was so impressed with the place it was so clean and the staff were really nice. Vanessa greeted me with a smile and took me on a tour. Vanessa explained everything to me regarding the type of services they provide and also gave me the paperwork to give to my Godmother to look over. I never knew how much work it takes to run a senior living place. It is always good to do your homework when looking for a place for your love one. Vanessa gave me so much information and i really appreciate it. Today AJ contacted me to see if I had anymore question. I told him no and he said if i did they would be happy to help. I would recommend you visit Hollywood Hills Senior Living if you are looking for a place for a love one or for yourself.

The place looks fantastic when you enter . Very well designed and decorated. It is a place for an elderly person who is truly independent. However if you or your loved one is in need of daily care with bathing, changing and medication management , this is not the place for you. They claim that they are fully staffed to help with those needs but we found them to be exaggerated at best. They have only two RNs on staff (one of which manages the facility as well). One LVN and several poorly trained patient assistants that at times left my friend with scratches and cuts due to their long fashionable nails. His room was not handicapped equipped properly so that it was difficult for him to wheel his chair into the bathroom due to the narrow door and elevated floor jam. The handicap rail around the toilet fell off the wall when he used it to balance himself , causing him to fall to the floor. Again, attractive place and good for a person who needs minimal care.

Hollywood Hills Pacifica has changed my grandmothers life. From Day #1, my grandmother has felt at Home. The staff is beyond friendly and you can see they turkey care about every single resident. The complex stays super clean 24/7. I also love how the staff interacts with the resident from playing cards to just simply having a conversation. Vanessa and Jeana are amazing and do an excellent job with the day to day operations, which makes Hollywood Hills Pacifica the #1 senior living complex. 5 Starr hotel

I have reached my 1 year returning to Pacifica Senior Living after being invited back by Executive Leadership to oversee the Resident Care operations for Hollywood Hills, a Luxury Senior Living community. All I can say is I am happy to have reached this milestone serving with great autonomy and being part of Pacifica's culture. I am a senior move manager and I am lucky enough to be a vendor that Pacifica Hollywood Hills regularly refers to their incoming senior residents as a resource for the move. This is a spectacular community. Clean. Beautifully decorated. Great, caring staff. Lovely ammenties. Their rooms are spacious with great views. The people that work there care about the residents. It's a great home with great care for seniors who need assisted or memory care.

Jana was exceptional as my first contact at Hollywood Hills Pacifica. I found her very professional, kind, and understanding during the whole process of touring and researching the memory care facility there. We placed a deposit to hold a room but recently found another facility that would be subsidized by my dad’s insurance, so we had to change our minds and try that location first. Even through that process, she was helpful and kind. Five stars completely for Jana!

Our family is super pleased with the facility, the welcoming residents, the detailed care, the tremendously well organized, caring and competent staff- especially Jana, Donato, and Candy who helped us move our dad ( 92 years old) in this weekend. They are so in tune to the issues elderly face- from the flexibility in rent policy, the keyless locks, the large bathrooms with walk in showers, the flexibility in meal plans, podiatrist on site, handyman to help with set up of TV remote control, and the multiple social activities that the residents enjoy. With all of his sons/daughter/grandchildren working full time we were unable to provide the social interaction with peers that my dad was missing. We think he is really going love it at Hollywood Hills. Kudos to a beautiful, spotless, facility and a caring, upbeat staff!!

The leadership of this building is composed of a very experienced Executive Director who is a force of good in this industry and provides excelente customer services to residents and their families. Thank you Jana and Hollywood Hills for making this journey a much easier process. Ive been looking for several weeks for a dear friend of mine that needs to be in a safer and more reliable setting. I was frustrated until I came across Hollywood Hills. It is five star quality, beautiful amenities, great staff, movie screening room, gem, lobby bar, cleaning services and so many other options. There is nothing in the Los Angeles area that compares. Truly a godsend. ! Sharon, Vanessa and Robert were also unbelievable with customer service skills and made sure that everything went smoothly and like clockwork! Thank you so much for everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really love and enjoy working here at Pacifica. I enjoy all of our activities we have here. I love watching the residents have a great time water coloring, planting different plants, flowers , doing yoga and having movie night. The staff here is beyond wonderful. It really is a great place to be.

Watched the progress of the renovation. While it took a very long time, my mother (future resident) and I finally toured. It is magnificent. Hollywood Sign visible all over the community. Living options great. Beautiful interior desgn and the apartments are spacious. Getting things together for mom and we will deposit in the near future.
