Deer Meadows has been my father's home for almost two years. The staff has become family to him. I am extremely grateful that my father lives in this wonderful community. The quality of care is excellent and the cost is very affordable!

I was there to doing a tour of the facility for my mom who will need rehab and to possibly move in there after rehab is complete. The facility was clean and did NOT have the typical nursing home smell. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and kind. Definitely top on our list!!

My brother was admitted into Deer Meadows after being discharged from the hospital for rehabilitation. I believe he has received excellent care and physical therapy here. His nurse Carol is wonderful as are the CNA's. My brother is a picky eater yet raves about the food which is served to him daily. Every employee I come in contact with is friendly and courteous.

We visited my father in law, found the staff nice, building clean and my father-in-law is certainly getting stronger with his rehab after a hospitalization. And we are told the barber services are free, imagine that.

Very nice, clean and friendly place. My dad is there for rehab and I while I have a few complaints like they need to respond a little quicker to the bell. I waited over 30 minutes for somebody to come to my dad's room and then I finally went to the nurses station which was empty as always. I finally found the nurse. Other than that, the place is good. I would use them again if needed.

I've driven by many times and never cared to pay attention. Went to visit a friend, who is a new resident, and was pleased with the property overall. The staff are warm and caring. My friends apartment there was quite impressive. Clean, modern, and roomy. Very nice.

I am very pleased as to how the staff is with my dad. This is a new experience for him he is 95 and has always lived in his own apartment independently. Went to visit Grand mom today. She had one nurse in with her and another gearing up to go in the room. The second nurse stopped what she was doing to help me with my own PPE. She then went in to assist the first nurse. It was nice Grandmom getting such quality care.

I Would like to give Deer Meadows a five star Rating because of the e excellent care that was given to my husband Roderick Brown during His stay at this residents. The staff on hand took very good care of him. The nurses are exceptional. I Would like to thank everyone on His wing for a job well done they got my husband back on His feet O I can't forget the theraphy team who had a hand in his recovery. I want to visit my friend at Deer Meadows the staff was friendly and helpful and the whloe place was very clean. It is well appointed and there is a grand piano in the lobby. I would recommend this place for anyone who would want their loved ones in a good facility.

Self check in is a good improvement since 12/26/21. My only complaint would be the medical transport parking in middle of drive through under awning. Yes I know they are a necessity but if you have to wait ten minutes to get out it's frustrating. Thank you

UPDATE: The administration of Deer Meadows called us back, They listen to what we had to say and addressed our concerns and things have improved. Thank you My MIL is a current resident there and is treated so poorly. We have complained and four staff member went in to her room to questioned her, we feel she was intimidated her to change her story! She has been denied meds because they didn't give her the meds on time. They said she had to wait until the next med administration time. They don't bathe her daily, they treat her terribly. We call and no one returns our call. You can't get anyone on the phone, all we get is answering machines.
