Monark Grove is just what my parents needed. My family and I live halfway across the country, and with no siblings to assist, communication with my parents' physicians was exceedingly difficult as was getting the help in the home that they needed. Noelle has been a godsend; she was extremely patient as we tried to make tough decisions and take the necessary steps to get my parents into Monark Grove. She communicated with me via text evenings and weekends to let me know she was there to help with anything we needed. Lisa, the nursing director, is always available to discuss concerns and shows such compassion to my parents. Carla has been helpful with assisting with the financial side of things. Though I don't know their names, my parents report that the staff has been kind and takes initiative when needs arise. The facility is exceptionally clean and beautiful and looks like a resort. My children were able to enjoy the pool when we visited. My parents are thriving, doing so much better mentally and physically with proper med administration, great food, and social stimulation. I would highly recommend Monark Grove.

Monarck Grove - Greystone is the most beautiful facility and has every bell and whistle one could hope for to help care for your loved one. Tara Bailey and the office staff and the front desk greeter, have been patient and wonderful working with me and my Mom. Monarck Grove has a water facility, yoga room, exercise equipment that is what you would find at a physical therapist's office. To make it even better, the food is AMAZING!! The Chef and staff are wonderful and friendly. Great place and lots of fun activities that Cindy plans for everyone.

We just moved my in-laws into Monark Grove. It's such a beautiful facility and the staff made for a seamless transition. Not to mention the residents were so friendly. All we met made them feel at home. Great experience all around.

We moved our father in January 2024, Tara Bailey was instrumental in making this a smooth transition for our family. Over the last 5 months my father has flourished and has been well taken care by the staff. I have a piece knowing that my father is receiving his medications in a promptly manner and is eating three delicious meals a day. He has gained 12 pounds since his arrival. Monarch Grove has been a great decision for my father and has given me peace about our decision. If someone is wanting a place for mom/dad I personally would recommend Monark Grove. Call and ask for Tara Bailey, she is awesome to work with.

Monark Grove of Greystone, Bham, AL has been a Godsend. Tara Bailey, Doris Hall & their staff have been absolutely amazing. Tara has been very responsive to our needs & worked tirelessly to address concerns. Doris & her team have worked endlessly helping my mother transition in on a more permanent basis. Mom has truly blossomed since being at Monark. She is more engaged & appear to be loving life again. I HIGHLY recommend Monark Grove of Greystone.

Monark Grove is the best Senior Living Center. My husband and I feel so at home here. My husband was a pastor so we were in many Senior Living Centers as visitors none compare with Monark Grove. The staff is very friendly and always there willing to help wherever they can. The positive attitude of the staff has made so much impact on the residents. I'm very satisfied as a resident here at Monark Grove Greystone. Markiese, lead chef and the two cooks Teresa and Sharon do a fantastic job and they are very accommodating. Tasha, my housekeeper does a great job cleaning my apartment each week. Transportation could be a little better. I was the fourth resident to move into this community. Brandon the director does and outstanding job and we all glad he's here!

I am a former resident of this wonderful community. I must say that some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life were a part of the staff at this facility. They made me feel like family. Marquis, the head chef along with the entire dining room staff treated me so very well. They were all very personable and supportive. Thank you to everyone who made my experience a positive one. I can truly say that the best experience I had was with Transportation. Lawanna made sure we were safe, comfortable and on time to all of our appointments and outings. I have never seen anyone with so much patience dealing with so many different people with many different health issues and needs She is the epitome of total grace under pressure. This beautiful young lady made us feel so important and special weather she drove us in the bus or in the car. She made sure everyone was well taken care of. I can honestly say she was the absolute best part of my experience living at Monark Grove! I just want to say thank you to Ms.Lawanna. You are a very special person. Monark Grove is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She is so empathetic, kind and professional. Thank you Ms. Lawanna, I will remember you always! Bravo Monark Grove for hiring such a beautiful person to take care of us. Our safety was in her hands, and she took very good care of us all.

My mother-in-law is an assisted living resident, and she loves Monark Grove! They have a great staff of nurses and aids that attend to her needs, provide excellent food, and lots of activities (including church services and outings). It's also a beautiful, well-managed facility--always clean and the grounds are well kept. I highly recommend Monark Grove for assisted living!

So many of these reviews are written by residents or employees told to do so that I hesitate to write a truthful review. The first six months I lived here was like living in a 5 star hotel. Residents were all kind, considerate and cared about each other.That all changed first part of 2021. A few people have been allowed to make others feel like they are not included and actually they are not. I made a decision to move out and I feel it was a right decision for me. Dining needs improvement because of what management has allowed to happen. This could easily be corrected with stronger management. I am thankful that I stayed as long as I did. I made some forever friends that would not have happened otherwise. For this I am grateful. I loved my home and felt very secure there. Hopefully the problems will be corrected soon. Employees are constantly changing. Maybe this needs to be looked into.

This is a truly beautiful community inside and out. My tour of the community was a fantastic experience. I was greeted instantly after walking in, and the staff was friendly and caring. Everyone I encountered said hello or stopped to greet me. It seemed like the they truly cared for the residents and took pride in their work. The community felt more like a resort than senior living. It was clean, nicely decorated and had lots of natural light.

After a long battle with Covid, our mom was in need of a handicap-accessible apartment. We looked at several communities in our area, and decided upon Bluffs at Greystone. This is a beautiful new senior living community that is packed with amenities. Most importantly, the employees have gone above and beyond to ensure Moms new home is perfect for her. They deserve 5++ stars!
