My Mom never wanted to be placed in an Assisted Living facility, so it was very difficult when we had to make the decision to do just that. Mom has Alzheimer's and needed a place that truly CARED for their residents and Regal Estates fit the bill. From the moment we walked in to Regal Estates, we felt warmth, kindness and caring of all the staff members. When we initially toured the facility everyone from the Director to the cleaning staff stopped and welcomed Mom. It felt sincere and we knew that our Mom would be taken care of as well as we did. It was difficult to leave her there, but knowing that the all of the staff members and nursing staff loved their jobs made it so much easier. The facility is lovely and the rooms are larger than most of the other Assisted Living facilities that we toured. The rooms were very nice and the dining room, rec. room etc.....were great as well. Mom said that she could see herself there. She has been living there for around three years and we have had no complaints. Thank you to all the staff who work there!! You are so appreciated.

Regal Estates is by far the best assisted living facility my 91 year old mother has been in. The staff is very friendly and professional and helpful. The Executive Director, Ventura is what keeps the place #1 in my opinion, he wants nothing but the best for the seniors that reside here. The Marketing Director,Jose goes beyond his title to make sure the residents are taken care of. Dawn and Tiffany are the med-techs at Regal Estates and they go beyond their duty to make sure that the residents are taken care of if they are ill. The Regal Estates has and is a great place for my mom. She was very skeptical of assisted living, but after her last hospital visit her and the family agreed to give it a try. She has really enjoyed it and has made friends. The real treat we have found with assisted living is the individual people. Our blessing was Jose Martinez. I live over 5 hours away. Jose went out of his way to get my mom's doctors orders, papers signed, get her wheel chair, send me pictures and videos of her progress, and more. He has been a tremendous help and really made the place shine with the other staff, head nurse, and Brook a PT onsite specialist. Thank you Jose and staff for helping take care of my mom. I don't know what I would do with out you. Thank you Jose for all the extra work you have done with paperwork, doctors, and appointments, you are the real deal! Best, Gary

They always treated him with dignity and respect, and they’ve taken time to get to know him personally, not just as a resident, but as a person. Communication with the care team has been consistent and clear, and they’ve worked closely with our family to make sure Pop’s needs, both medical and emotional, were met. My mother came to Regal Estates due to a fall that resulted in her needing more care than I could give myself. As difficult as it is to make those decisions regarding a parent or loved one it was the kindness of the staff that helped me transition along with my mom. While there have been management changes since our start, Executive Director Ventura Guitierrez has been gracious and fair in honoring what I was told versus what is now new policy. Ventura is not only a good listener but is always actively concerned not only with the resident but also the family. While Regal is my first experience with assisted living, it was a nice change from some of the facilities I had toured where I walked in and turned around and walked back out. The spaces are clean and the staff always friendly and engaging. They are also very good about keeping you informed on how things are going or if they have concerns that help me make better decisions on moms care plan. I highly recommend you add Regal Estates to your list of places to tour if needing to move to the next level of care for your family member.

We visited Regal Estates of League City on March 11, and met with Jose Martinez, Ventura Gutierrez, and Pat the nurse. The front desk was very welcoming to us. The facility smelled fresh and nice and was lovely. We were considering moving my mother and we had the opportunity to have lunch and visit with some of the well cared for residents. Ultimately, we decided to choose another facility for other reasons. While out in the community this week, I noticed the van from Regal Estates at a local grocery store. and The attendant was assisting one of the residents on to a shopping scooter. The attendant was very attentive to the needs of the client. It is obvious the management and staff care for the clients.

We moved my aunt to Regal Estates at the first of the year. The staff is sincerely caring and supportive. Caregivers do a wonderful job, they stop in to check before every meal and activity to remind us what’s happening. The food is good and they have a nice variety on the menu. The wait staff works hard to keep the residents happy. The maintenance staff is very attentive. Housekeepers do a good job and are always very friendly. The concierge at the front desk are on top of everything and remembered our names. The management is visible and very involved. The facility is clean and the decor is great. We picked the right place and highly recommend it to others.

To anyone looking and researching a place called home for their loved one, I highly recommend you put Regal Estates at the top of your list. From my first phone call to Ventura I knew this place was the one. I was impressed by his passion over the phone , but once we met in person my whole family felt at ease and peace with a decision that can sometimes be struggling for a family. Pat and Jose were also very warm and welcoming. My dad always talked about Jose and loved him popping in to chat with him and seeing what was on TV . He is always full of joy when you see him, which makes us happy as well. From the medicine administrators , the dining staff to the front reception , everyone is wonderful. The activities director is also the perfect person in that role. She’s awesome and a good hugger! Regal Estates has a great activities calendar and I love all their decorations when we come in. If you’re on the fence like we were , I would add them to the top of your list. Also, they are more affordable than most and I feel you get way more - Love, compassion and fun! My mom and dad were residents of Regal Estates several years ago. I had the good fortune of being invited to a breakfast meeting this morning as I am in the medical equipment business. I was amazed at the updates they have done to the facility! It was nice before but it is absolutely beautiful now. The Christmas decorations and the beautiful staircase need to be seen in person. I attend a lot of networking events. The one today at Regal Estates was by far the best I've ever attended. The sincerity of their staff was evident. They are lead by an incredible director, Ventura Gutierrez. If you have a loved one that is needing a top-notch assisted living home, call them today. Their rates are extremely reasonable in contrast to others in the area. You won't be disappointed!

My Mother was a resident of Regal Estates of League City for about 18 months and she loved living there. She enjoyed the care and the relationships she had developed with her caregiver's, med tech's, cafeteria staff and all the management staff. Ventura Gutierrez the Executive Director, was always available to handle any question or problem, Pat Williams, Health & Wellness Director, is someone that comes along only once in a lifetime. Her level of caring, love and respect she shows each of her resident's and employee's is remarkable. Lisa, their activity director, Lori, Business Manager, Tiffany & Karen in Medication Dept. are all great, caring people. The caregivers on staff were remarkable, SoSo, Sam and Shenna just to name a few were awesome, a job that required to have a giving and caring heart, these lady's went above and beyond everyday! And then there is Annabel, Mom's Med Tech, they developed an unbelievable relationship. Annabel was a gift from God for my Mother and for me as well. At the end of my Mother's life the love shown from all the employees at Regal Estates was so comforting and supportive. Thank you to each and everyone of you at Regal Estates of League City, you all made a very difficult time in my life much more manageable, and the out pouring of love for my Mom was so heartwarming. Moving my Uncle from Indiana to Texas into Assisted Living near us was such an overwhelming and monumental task. I worked for 2 months in Indiana with doctors, finances, belongings, repairs, selling his home and packing him up while my husband pounded the pavement here, visiting facilities. Once home, Regal Estates, was at the top of our list, the first and last I visited. Executive Director, Ventura Gutierrez and Sales Manager, Jose Martinez were both amazing....taking their time to listen, discuss, options, show, explain but most importantly, asked about the needs and true concern and empathy for my Uncle. As we were there, every employee we came upon was kind, happy, greeted us and were on their duties...a very impressive group of employees and that comes from solid leadership. I'm also a very cards on the table person. I laid our budget on the line and he laid the prices and expenses out for me...open and honest, worked with our budget. All very important aspects in this process. My Uncle's room is a fabulous size and I was able to make a cozy, comfortable, "home" including sectioning off areas for a bedroom, den, kitchen and entry that fit his furniture and all his familiar items all about him. Our (my wife and I) first observation of Regal Estates was their passion and care for their residents. During the course of us on boarding our loved one, we not only met with the facility leadership, but the Director of the facility took time out of his busy schedule to meet with us. From the start, we met with the medical personnel and shared our concerns. They gave us their professional feedback as well as a plan of action to start our loved one on a wellness journey. Within a week all medical services were on board (OT, PT, Speech, Medical). Within a month we saw a complete metamorphous in our loved one's condition and appearance! It does not matter if it is early morning or late night, the daily care givers are consistently kind, friendly, attentive, caring and professional. They consistently check on our loved one and they give us updates. The meal service team and the food are great!!! They greet the residents by name and take the time to have a little conversation. We cannot forget the Activities Director and her team. Every day they have a fun activity! This is so important because they've made sure that our loved one is active, not just sitting alone in their room. All the personnel at Regal Estates of League City perform at a level that transcends the value that one could ask for or think they would receive. It is un-canning that the entire staff is filled with people with the same loving and caring heart. We highly recommend Regal Estates of League City!

Having moved our sister to Regal Estates recently, I have been so impressed by this facility. The staff welcomed us, and they have been so kind and generous with their time helping to acclimate our sister to the amenities of Regal. I run into staff in the halls and I’m greeted by some of the sweetest people with a genuine concern to make sure our needs are met. I get feedback from my sister she’s been enjoying the meals and has made new friends in the short time she’s been there. She’s excited to get into the arts and crafts and her favorite activity is bingo. Her room is beautiful and clean, and it’s the perfect size for her. It’s nice to have elevator access between the two floors so she doesn’t have to navigate the stairs. The cleanliness of Regal is superior, and I love seeing the excitement of residents bustling around, people watching, having coffee together, watching movies together or just enjoying some popcorn. We are so pleased about placing our sister in such a nice facility. I’m happy she was welcomed so lovingly and that she will be happy in her new home. Thank you, Regal Estates!

Our family member, Daniel Gottlieb moved into Regal Estates in 2020. After trying another facility in Texas City, we learned very quickly that we needed to find a better place. We searched the League City area quite extensively, because Daniel, needed a much better environment to thrive in and a to live in a place that was more inviting and felt like home. Regal Estates of League City met all of our needs on paper. THEN, we started living there, and they exceeded in services and care which made it easy to have our loved family member be there. It was not always perfect, but the management did everything to make up for any short falls and improve when needed in his care. As time passed, the management team began to fall short of meeting the overall needs of the community and complaints were on the rise. However, the corporate management of Regal Estates changed for the better. They brought in a new Executive Director, Ventura Guiterrez, Medical Director, Pat Williams, and retained Lori Horrell, Financial Manager, Veronica Gilbert-Anthony and the best of the Med-Tech staff members. This is the mark of a good and conscientious business model. We suffered the loss of our loved family member, Daniel, earlier this month. Let me tell you, the management team, supported us in ways that we never expected. They made sure that we were taken care of, took very good care of Daniel in his final days, and assisted his wife of two years, Mary Ann to ensure that she was cared for during this stressful time. They also assisted us in making sure that she had a place to live in the community without any hesitation and within budget. The staff support is to be commended for their respect towards the residents and the courtesy that they show each and every person who walks through the door. Watching them interact with the residents, although not always easy, is done willingly and without hesitation. They are friendly among themselves, always have a pleasant attitude and genuinely love being there to fulfill their passion. A very good friend of mine, Vince Lombardi taught some valuable lessons to his team and to the sports world. In in my work-life, I called upon his many motivational quotes (this is how he was my good friend) to help my team members to live by and aid them in their work-life. My favorite quote applies to the current staff of Regal Estates under this leadership team - “Gentlemen, we will chase perfection, and we will chase it relentlessly, knowing all the while we can never attain it. But along the way, we shall catch excellence.” My husband, Mel, and I salute the entire team at Regal Estates. Thank you!

My mother loved Regal Estates! She was always going on and on about her daily activities. Her care givers that helped with daily living were kind and truly cared about her. When I had a question, I could go to the front desk and they would try to help or find someone to help. The medical aides were on top of mother's meds and that was one less worry. When mother needed hospice care, they were there to find the best one for her. Every single employee that had interaction with mother came to see what they could do to pay their respects or assist in some way. Upon mother's final transition,they were there to lend a hand. I just wish she had more time there, but God had a different plan for her. I love Regal Estates.

My 88 year old father has lived there 1.5 years, and during this time, management and their team members, have been consistently professional, kind, loving, and treat their residents (and their family members) as their own. This is a great place for seniors! The staff are caring, and truly think of their residents as family. The food is good and there are a lot of activities daily! Every time I visit there is a lovely and warm atmosphere!

Moved my mother there in June. She's doing better now because of the regular meals and exercise. The staff is very friendly and receptive. The rooms are great and my mom is quite happy there. We have no complaints. Would definitely recommend.
