My mother has been living at Woodlands Village since April, 2024. This facility and staff are an answer to our prayers. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are some of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. My mother could not be happier. Yes, the facility is very dated, however, they are slowly updating everything. It takes time. The hallways are dark and need updated brighter lighting and flooring to accommodate the elderly. Once inside the apartment though, it was clean, freshly painted with new flooring and carpet. My mother is legally blind and the staff kindly installed a brighter light in the kitchen to accommodate her. Very kind of them. The apartment is lovely! Activities are abundant and the food is delicious. The chef does an amazing job. Restaurant quality. I would recommend taking a tour if looking for senior living.

This place gets 4 stars only because the facility is a bit dated but going through complete renovation. My mom's unit is a studio with new carpets and floors. When I arrived to move her in it looked great, still little tasks to accomplish but the staff was super responsive and helpful. The entire process of getting accepted and doing the paperwork was very easy, straightforward and well organized. Staff was clear and accurate on costs and timing and in my case moved mountains to get her in quickly. Value is extraordinary and fantastic as similar places charge almost double for the same amenities. Food smells and looks great absolutely restaurant quality. Activities and excursions are abundant. Finally staff is super friendly, caring, helpful and was great to work with. Well done.

My mother has lived in the Woodlands Village community for 10 months so far. She is very happy and safe there. She raves about how nice the staff is and the food! They always keep my informed and I can rest easy knowing she is in good hands.

99% of information is false, and direct lies... Staff continually lies to residents.... almost zero maintenance, and if lucky to get it, it will be done poorly... if you complain about anything, management attitude, " if you don't like it you can leave" .. staff members going into resident Apts stealing mostly money and a few other items.... yes you are being investigated and all evidence will be submitted for prosecution...you are being watched......

I've been working here for the last six months, and I love it! The staff and residents are all wonderful. Bob, Amy, Saber and Andrea are all very nice to work with and Chef Tiger prepares wonderful food. I eat there every day! I would move my family members in here tomorrow.

My husband and I have been here a little over 2 mo's now. Both of us like it very much. The staff is excellent and always helpful. They seem to really care that we are happy. Activities are plenty if you care to participate and residents are very nice and helpful also. Food mostly very good and plenty of it. This facility is clean, quiet and very restful. My husband Charlie and I intend on spending the duration of our lives if everything works out that way. Come and take a look, meet the staff. No pressure. Charlie & Pat T.

My mom and dad moved in here about 2 months ago and have been very pleased! Both have had a few small medical issues since move in and have felt very secure and well taken care of by all the staff, especially Miss Nicole and Bob Hoffman, the director! Extremely accommodating! Very good vibe at this place. All residents and workers walk around with a smile on their faces. Delicious meals and a nice dining hall (currently installing new flooring in dining area) no bad smells. Nice and cool throughout main area and my mom and dad have a very nice one bdrm apt. Perfect for them and their doggo, little Lily landscape is beautiful with lots of giant oak trees and shade‚I recommend this place and will update if anything changes!

Actually 3 and 1, 2 stars. My parents have been at Woodlands Village for a year now. Where its not the newest of buildings its taken care of pretty well. The squeaky wheel get the oil so they say. They seriously need to replace the entrance roadway though. Apt. housekeeping could be better, its very light vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.... but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Parents enjoy having a small kitchen to use when they want, but I find the food really good. Most residents are nice and sociable and the staff knows everyone by name and seem truly to care about their jobs. Mom has fallen due to vertigo several times. Staff was quick to respond and deliver meals when she cant go to dining room. Overall very pleased with Woodlands. After comparing many living facilities...Im confident that my parents are doing well and are reasonably happy at their age.

Very clean and workers very curious! This is a rental community and not assisted living facility! Renters are responsible for their own units and maintenance is taken care of by management! Everything is included except phone service!
