This is a top notch senior living community that I highly recommend for your loved one! The staff is friendly, welcoming and very accommodating regarding any informational needs I had prior to preparing to move my mother in. They answered any question I had quickly via phone call or text message. The independent apartments a nice and bright with high ceilings and very cheery. The main community areas are nicely appointed and there is a variety of social activities for your loved one to engage in along with special family days for you to come and enjoy. My father has only been living at Avamere for one week. My mother in law for two years. My mother in law was easy going and easy for the staff to help. My father is not so easy. I have a new found respect for the professionalism of all the staff at Avamere. This is the right place to have your family member live if assisted living is necessary. The staff looks to be well trained and has handled tough non glamorous situations that makes my head spin. I really can't say enough on how much I appreciate there help. Kevin is awesome. He made moving in simple and low stress.

My mother loves the place! The management has been very helpful to accomodate her needs and wishes. The buildings are a little outdated (vents with fans in bathrooms would be nice).

My mom was not getting her meds right. Doctor sent note to them twice Finally got it straightened out. Then 2500 dollars over charged twice thought we had it fixed. Took months to get it right. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing

Although my father was unable in the end to go into Avemere, Kevin was very responsive and helpful and the facility looked like a wonderful place.

Apartments are nice and roomy. The food is good with lots of variety. Everyone is friendly. We got charged for services they provided sporadically. And they never told me to call their pharmacy to set up payment, so we faced a sudden big bill.

My mom moved in the end of June. Very nice facility, she has met some great friends, the staff is very attentive and friendly. They have so many activities and a beautiful dining room. All of the residents I have met speak very highly of Avamere and the staff, big rooms and beautiful property. So happy my mom is here, she is safe and happy. I have eaten several meals there with her when I have my weekly visits and have enjoyed every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner…they also give you at least 3 choices for lunch and dinner and 2 for breakfast. I am an extremely picky eater and have zero complaints. Thank you Avamere

My mom has been pretty content living at Avamere, she enjoys most of the staff and says they are very caring. I would say the main complaint she has had is the food. Avamere is consistantly saying they welcome feedback and would love to sit and talk about any concerns, however when the topic of people not being happy with the quality of the food is mentioned they are defensive and brag about how wonderful it is. When I ask how she liked her meal I get a sour face and thumbs down more often than not. I hate to say anything negative when we are otherwise very pleased but it doesn't seem that Avamere is all that interested in hearing. And, that meeting and maybe even exceeding the standards, doesn't mean that what is being served is really tasting as good as it could. Would also be nice if they had more than 3 handicap parking spaces for vistiors, as those spaces are usually taken by residents and are often not available.

I have had several interactions with Avamere over the past few years, which have all been good! As of the last year, we have had the privilege of working with Kevin Fortier at Avamere in helping two clients in the transition process of selling their homes and moving into the Avamere facility. Kevin and Avamere have been AMAZING to work with! Kevin is friendly, knowledgeable, and cares deeply for the people living there, just as much as those moving in! We have talked to many people who live there, as well as our clients, and all have had nothing but good to say! We are proud and thankful to partner with Kevin and Avamere!!

Avamere Wenatchee has been a perfect fit for our family. Staff is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They work very hard to create a community for the residents. Very happy we found Avamere.

We have a family member and several family friends living here. The facility is overall nice, but starting to show its age. The food has been bordering on lousy the last several months. Thanksgiving was an embarrassing disaster. The kitchen didn't even have hot running water for a few days at one point recently. It should be pointed out that a good portion of the positive reviews for this facility are from staff in violation of reasonable business ethics standards and Google's policies. If you have to use staff to prop up your online reputation, something is wrong. I'll consider revising my review when employee reviews have been removed.

All of the staff at Avamere has been very helpful in the process of moving my father from his home to assisted living. And assisting him to feel welcome and comfortable. The direct care staff have been caring and compassionate. I have not met all of them and would mention them all by name if I had. I would like to thank in particular Devon, Keely, and Rosy. Also, Jordan who works in activities who takes time to visit with my father from time to time.

I recently moved my Father into Assisted Living at Avamere. The whole staff made the transition very smooth. We got a lot of personal attention from Kevin, who has walked us through every step. The move was much easier than I expected, and although it hasn't been too long, my Dad seems to be enjoying his new surroundings and the care he is receiving.

I absolutely love my job! I started my career in this field only two years ago with having very little experience. When I was first hired on, the building was owned by another organization. After Avamere Family of Companies stepped in and made improvements to not only our community but the way we operate, I have to say, I believe in my building even more than I ever have. The staff is very professional and willingly responds to any family concerns. They are very friendly and welcoming to the residents and the residents are also friendly and welcoming to new residents. Avamere accepts residents as they are and works to help them be all that they can be.

I love my community and believe in all of the staff that help me strive for excellence!!! The nurse and the Executive Director really know their stuff! People ask me frequently if I would place my parents here... I can honestly say I tried. Unfortunately, my mother passed before accepting the help. Its important to educate the aging population about what it could and should be like for Assisted Living communities. I can honestly say that I hope to be an #AvamereLifer
