I have a sister who is living in the memory care facility there since April 2025. I recently took a trip to Florida to visit her and the rest of my family. They offer a very nice room for rent on their 11th floor in the assisted living facility. The room was very beautifully decorated and very clean with television, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The view of the river is spectacular! I stayed for 4 days. Not only that but when I visited my sister in the memory care facility, they were taking excellent care of her! The entire staff in both the memory care & assisted living facility are caring & compassionate. When asked if they like their jobs, they all say they love it! My sister is in the absolute best place that she can be! I have complete faith and trust in these people & highly recommend this facility if anyone is looking for a place for their loved one! As I sat here tonight to write another review, it reminded me of one I meant to write for sometime. I think it’s important in our lives when we meet special people that we also go out of our way to make them know how special they are. Victoria Landing is truly blessed to have Maria as their concierge. As a guest, I was deeply moved by her extraordinary kindness, genuine warmth, and the thoughtful, unhurried way she helped me. She made my visit feel special and truly cared for in a way I won’t forget. In today’s hurried world, meeting someone so down-to-earth and sincerely present is rare and precious. Maria is an absolute treasure.

My mother recently moved to Victoria Landing, and she loves it. What a remarkable community. It certainly was an adjustment for all of us and a bit bumpy along the way, but EVERYONE from the executive director, assistant director of nursing, reception, dining staff, to the housekeeping staff has made her and us feel welcomed, loved, and definitely cared for. Hands down, I would recommend Victoria Landing, the best in Brevard!

I can’t say enough good things about Victoria Landing. The facility works tirelessly to care for my great aunt. The staff is wonderful and work as a team to help my family tackle difficult health challenges. Moving to this facility has extended my great Aunt’s life and has helped her develop friendships she wouldn’t otherwise make. Victoria Landing is a great Assisted Living Facility for my dad and step-mom. Overall, the staff are helpful, kind, and resident focused. My specific shout-outs: Nancy Fullem, RN (Head of Nursing). Nancy is absolutely fantastic! Her care in overseeing the resident needs, interventions as indicated, and leading the nursing (and other) staff is greatly appreciated. She also has been a great resource for me in my role as daughter to aging parent(s). Denise (Front Desk Receptionist) is always friendly, kind, and helpful. She will be missed when she retires. Cheryl Birdsong (Business and Service Director) is great at her job, easy to work with, and extremely helpful with billing and invoice matters. I highly recommend Victoria Landing Assisted Living Community in Melbourne, Florida.

I am very grateful to Victoria Landing for their care of my mom and dad. Victoria Landing has a unique blend of hominess, kindness, superior food, beautiful views - all in addition to their excellent care of my parents! Their nursing is superb, and whenever a situation arises the nurses and medtechs are so caring it feels like my parents are their family. Nancy Fullem the Director of Nursing is the powerhouse behind the team - she has exceptional experience and is simply amazing in a crisis situation. The activities are also great, my mom loves to hang out with Kristi as much as she likes to go to dinner (which is saying a lot, the food is so good!). We visited many ALFs before selecting Victoria Landing, and I am so happy to be part of the VL family. This is a place my parents are happy and healthy, and I can be comfortable knowing they are getting the best care possible.

We feel compelled to share our experience with the hope to aid others who have interest in Victoria Landing. We had a loved one at this facility for more than 4 years. In general, the nursing staff is great and compassionate. The food is fantastic and the wait staff are wonderful people. Unfortunately, the thorn in the side of all who visit, live and WORK at Victoria Landing is the Director of Nursing- Nancy Fullem. Her demeanor displays arrogance, callousness and unwavering disrespect toward others. Our family is dealing with end of life issues- her abrupt, rude and even passive aggressive behavior ultimately prompted my Mom and I to make the difficult decision to move my Dad elsewhere. We had no complaints for the first two years we were there, but the last two (once Nancy was hired), have been utterly troublesome under her direction.

We brought our elderly mom to the memory care unit in the early part of this year- 2025. To sum up, as one person mentioned, and I greatly agree, the staff here are genuinely kind and caring! The director, Christy, is very attentive, compassionate and I feel genuinely listens to and quickly addresses any concern my sisters and I have. The activity director, Kelly, is such a bubbly, loving, supportive, and fun gal to all the residents. The cafeteria staff and nurse aides are very kind to my mom-- helpful, attentive, loving and quickly willing to assist in a need when asked. Though I deeply wish we could care for our mom at home, due to her needs beyond our ability, I feel she has the best care available here at Victoria Landing Memory Care! Thank you! Ginny

From the minute I walked into Victoria Landing, I knew that this was something different. From the welcome desk, to the community library, to the fabulous river views, and the restaurant style cafeteria, they aim to make it feel like a resort, and the people there make that vision work. My elderly mother arrived a year ago after driving became a problem, and maintaining her house was becoming overwhelming. Victoria Landing was the perfect solution. My mother could maintain her independence, in her own apartment, or socialize with her neighbors at the various events and outings that are constantly taking place. She could eat at the restaurant or go out with friends. Keeping track of her meds was handled by the in-house nursing staff, and I quickly realized how hard the nurses and aids work to keep the residents healthy and thriving. They keep an eye on Mom, and can contact family and doctors should the need arise. Their director is an RN with deep hospital experience, and compassion to match. When Mom required more personalized assistance, we recently moved her to a room in the Memory Care facility, where she is receiving help and encouragement every day. This Thanksgiving, I am especially grateful to the staff and administration of Victoria Landing for the care, respect and compassion you show to the residents every day. Thank you all.

Victoria Landing has been my parents' home since August of 2021. My family did extensive research on all of Brevard's facilities and Victoria Landing is by far the best home for them. The minute you walk through the entrance doors of the building, you are greeted by the caring, friendly and loving staff. They have very little turnover with their staff members, and it feels like a family. The business itself is family-owned and the owners are deeply invested in the community, unlike one that is corporate-held. I encourage anyone seeking assisted or memory care living for a loved one to tour the beautiful Victoria Landing facility before committing elsewhere.

My Uncle moved to Victoria Landing 3 months ago. He says it was the best decision he ever made and should have made it earlier. He is so happy and is the most social he has been in over 10yrs. He even turned down Thanksgiving at our house to stay with his Vicotria Landing friends and family. He enjoys all the activities, staff and food. The staff are always available to him and our family. We had to navigate from up north to find housing for my brother-in-law and they helped every step of the way, making it seem seamless. We used their respite services where my brother was able to enjoy the safety, freedom & food along with the expertise/guidance of the medical staff and others. My mother has lived at Victoria Landing for almost three years. I chose V.L. for its resort like amenities and because its residents seemed the most with it’ of all the places I toured. That’s why she moved there. My mom has stayed at Victoria Landing, because of the caring, courteous and hard working people who take care of her there. From the front desk (shout out to Denise), to the food prep and service (thank you Mike), everyone takes care to be friendly and respect the dignity of the residents. All this would have been enough to satisfy us and keep mom there, but there’s more, the head nurse, Nancy, has gone above and beyond simply doing her best. Under difficult, post Covid circumstances, she has done everything, to not only ensure my mom’s safety and health, but to also help ensure that my mother could age in place. Anyone who knows my mom, knows that she isn’t the easiest person to deal with, sweet little grandma, she’s not, but Nancy seems to know how to get the best out of her and does everything in her power to keep my mom living where she loves to live. For however long it lasts, thank you Victoria Landing for making my mom’s last years so happy.

My Grandmother moved to Victoria Landing in July. She (and all of the family) LOVE IT. The staff is the best! They really care about everyone, it is evident the minute you walk in, with smiling faces and happy greetings. A very close relative of mine resides in this adult living facility. He enjoys it, as he is mobile (allowed to enter and exit for walks, to run errands and spend the day away from the facility if he chooses.) The access to the building is restricted between 8 PM and 8 AM, however; residents are allowed to depart during those hours. The rooms (depending on the number of occupants are very comfortable), having a kitchenette, living room, bathroom and separate bedroom ( in this case, with plenty of closet space. Cooking is primarily done by the facility, providing three meals a day, with a microwave in the room.

The staff is extremely welcoming, there's so many activities going on all day, and everything is kept very clean. What a picturesque, loving, cheerful, and fun loving active Assisted Living Home. This is by no means your stereotypical facility! NYC finest hotels would find it difficult to compete! From the management,and support staff to more importantly the hard working Cna's, Med Techs, & , and the thoughtful maintenance & housekeeping team, they have a fabulous Chef and staff who provide 3 fabulous meals a day. Victoria Landing is the best of the best! My sister recently became a resident at only 68, and is enjoying her Riverfront Apt, enjoying the gorgeous view from not her living-room, but also from her picture window in her bedroom. Fitting in was not a problem, she was immediately invited to join different tables for meals and other activities. Her first first 5 days were glorious, however due to her health, she took a temporarily small step backwards, but never the less, thanks to the marvelous staff, and residents, they have kept her up and running, and her spirits are still high! Our family has absolutely no hesitations recommending this fabulous luxury home away from home. Jim, Kevin & Anne
