This is a Great Community! A true gem in Surprise, assisted living and memory care that truly have a heart to serve the residents that live there. I am a hospice nurse (we care for residents here so they can stay here in their home if that is their and their families wish) I have been in their building for 3 years now and travel to many other communities in the area and Vineyard is defiantly the best in the area by far and their staff gives amazing care and have big hearts and love what they do. They are there every day to make a difference and allow their residents to live a safe, meaningful and fun lifestyle. Definitely visit this community and see all the good things it has to offer!

Mariposa Point of Surprise is a warm, friendly environment. My mother has been here for 9 months and loves the place. After experiencing other facilities, my family and I view Mariposa as home for my mom. The staff is kind and considerate and the residents treat each other like family. There are activities for everyone from arts and crafts to daily exercises to movies to Bingo. They even have card games, such as Bridge and Kings in the Corner. There is a hair salon on site, which is reasonably priced and the hair stylist is exceptional. There are outings to restaurants and to shopping and also if you have errands to run, that can be arranged. My mother loves her apartment, which has spacious closets. The courtyard is a wonderful social gathering place, where residents can watch the birds. If you are looking for a home for a loved one, I encourage you to take a look at Mariposa.

Mother and I visited several communities looking for the perfect fit. Amy went the extra mile to accommodate Mom, she visited my Mom in her current home, then escorted us on a wonderful tour of Mariposa Point. Mom felt like the community and felt very at home. The staff went the extra mile to assist Mom in her transition. We highly recommend Mariposa Point.

Went to see this new assisted living facility of 75 units. Had cookies and chocolate then a personal tour guided by a very nice nurse. She answered all questions and explained how everything works. The facility is airy and pleasant. The units are well designed with accommodations are suitable for independent through assisted living, if a bit small. A handout had floor plans and prices. There is no buy-in. There is a small community fee and a set amount per month based on size of unit. Pleasant experience.
