Don't let the pretty decor fool you. Employees are leaving left and right. Residents have complained to be about how they lack the care they signed on for. Caregivers are consistently being replaced and those already there are understaffed. Residents are threatening to leave. They are not fair to employees are fire them at a whim. There is a long list of those fired without cause. Admin is awful. They dont know what they are doing. You need to talk to the residents, or be present at their town meeting. Look elsewhere for your loved one.

I recently visited The Park at Belle Harbour in Bellevue, WA, and was very impressed. The facility is well-kept with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. I have visited over 25 assisted living facilities in the mostly Bellevue area and many in Seattle. The Belle Harbor crew are incredibly gracious people. They care about the elderly and have attended to all the elderly-friendly details that can be thought of. While not yet open, I can say if the care staff is anything like the other staff they have hired to set a standard, then this is going to be a fantastic facility. I do believe this is going to be pretty close to perfect after talking with multiple staff members. It's like a beautiful museum of fun upbeat pictures and memorabilia when walking through it. It is a pleasure to tour it even if your needs are not immediate. Give yourself a treat and schedule a tour to see for yourself. When it's time for me to go to a facility, I want to go here.

I took my mother-in-law for a tour of Belle Harbor and we had an incredible time. She was resistant to go, but Colette & Jane gave her such personal attention, treated us to lunch and really cared about who she is as a person. The facility itself is incredible. They have thought through every detail. Highly recommend!

I've been to many Belle Harbour seminars and events. Some are held at Belle Harbour, others are out in the community. These seminars are very educational and targeted at the senior audience. These seminars have consisted of how to keep Alzheimer's at bay, journaling tips for your generations of photos, gerontology. Other fun events center around the holidays like a St Patricks Day trivia game and another consisted of a free screening of a current movie at the local theatre to promote opening of Belle Harbour. I've only seen a few staged models of the units during construction, not the actual units. The amenities sound great concerning 24/7 nurse on site, Occupational / Physical Therapy onsite, attention to detail with the design of the rooms, food service and the list goes on. The marketing staff is full of enthusiasm, knowledge and energy. Looking forward to seeing the final product.

This week, I was thrilled to experience the beauty of all that The Park at Belle Harbour provides! After several years in the works, it has been much anticipated! I'm so excited to have Bell Harbour within reach of their grand opening! I not toured with Colette Keogh, but had the pleasure of meeting Aaron Koelsch, CEO & founder of the Koelsch communities! Aaron's wife, Judy, has an eye for style, which is seen in the luxurious decor seen at Belle Harbour from the moment you walk in the door. Working with the team at Belle Harbour, specifically Colette and Julie has been an amazing experience. They are very compassionate about giving back and creating and fostering lifelong friendships with the Bellevue community. Last holiday season they and their team at Belle Harbour offered to help our church with our annual toy drive. They were able to donate a little over 100 toys which helped bless many families in our community. We at Bellevue SDA Church look forward to a continued relationship and love all the programs they have already started doing for their residents and community.

I recently had a tour of the nearly completed Belle Harbour and the Inn at Belle Harbour. Jason and Colette from the community were so warm and welcoming. These two communities are absolutely stunning.They exemplify gracious living even if a person is experiencing memory loss. It will be a place to form lasting friendships and enjoy good food and fun activities.

I have visited with the Belle Harbour staff recently and they were fantastic. Very kind, friendly, considerate and attentive. I have also tried Chef Laura's food and it was amazing! Made from scratch and it tasted delicious! Will definitely stop by their facility again. I highly recommend them!

I attended a marketing event put on by Belle Harbour that took place at the Mercer Island Community Center. Good venue, very good food prepared by the Belle Harbour chef, and an engaging presentation on the so-called British Invasion of the early 60's with fun clips of performances by British rock groups of the era.
