My grandfather lived here for 4 years and he was VERY happy. We visited often and at different times of the day and I was always impressed with the cleanliness of the community and how homey it felt. I LOVE the high ceilings and windows in the entry way that bring in so much light. The hallways make a circle around the building with a truely gorgeous garden terrace in the middle which is where my dad and I used to sit often. The staff is amazing as well. It is obvious they LOVE their job. Thank you Insignia Team!!

Our mom Lucy spent her last 10 years at Insignia of TL & was surrounded by friends & lifted up by loving care each & every day. We consider Sandy & her entire staff to be members of our family & they have always treated us in the same way. Five stars are just not enough. Insignias staff deserve more. Since the first day we moved Mom there, we felt like part of the family. They take time to make sure she is included in everything—bingo, arts and crafts, field trips, socials, games and YOGA! Great facility with a fantastic staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Insigni of Townlake is the. Best place ever !! It was the toughest decision we have ever made having my mom placed in assisted-living while we looked at many other assisted-living facilities this was by far the best. You actually feel like youre in a home and not in a facility. They have the best staff, great food and lots of fantastic activities. It is truly home away from home. Please take a time to go visit you wont be disappointed. Sandy is so awesome she treats everyone here as her own grandparents as well as the rest of the staff. Kimberly will crack you up with all the fantastic fun activities and she is a ball of fun. I cant say enough for each and every staff member. My mother spent her final 3 months at Insignia and I could not have found a more caring place for her. Sandy went out of her way to ease our entry and helped make both my mom and myself feel loved and cared for. The staff was like family in caring for both of us. As a nurse, I know what to look for in staffing and Insignia has all the right people in place. The facility was clean, modern and had activities to allow every level to participate. I wish I could have gotten Mom here sooner as she really blossomed after she settled in. With all the new ALFs going up around Woodstock you might be tempted to go for the glitz of a new and bigger place, But trust me, your loved one will get better care at Insignia.

Insignia of Towne Lake has not only became a home to my grandparents, but has also became a second home to me. All of the staff are always welcoming, cheerful and attentive. Sandy, Lisa, Crystal, Chelsea and Kimberly are always so helpful and happy! If you are looking for a place for your loved one I would definitely recommend Insignia of Towne Lake.

My father n law lived at Insignia. The staff was always on top of his medicines and diet. The staff always communicated on a regular basis on his progress. He loved the activities and outings the residents went on as well. The building is clean and well maintained. The family nights were always nice and we enjoyed spending time with my father in law as well as the other residents. Sandy is a wonderful caregiver and will make sure your loved one is taken care of! She notifies her staff of any medical changes and they are on it as well.

My mom spent almost 4 years at Insignia of Towne Lake. The entire staff, including the Executive Director, Sandy Prichard; the Business Office Manager, Crystal Cargle; the Resident Care Director, Chelsea Pritchett; and the Activities Director, Kimberly Terrell have always been friendly, responsive, and respectful to my mom. Even on moms hard days, the entire entire staff and aids would love on and encourage her with hugs and smiles. The family night dinners were always fun and well organized. Mom loved her time at Insignia which made it possible for us to love it too! The rooms and public areas were always clean and clutter free. The entire building is nicely decorated and equipped, with a beautiful and safe interior court yard for outdoor activities and events. If you have a family member or loved one who needs the extra care, love, and attention that an assisted living community can provide, I would highly recommend the staff and facilities at Insignia of Towne Lake.D. This was such a wonderful place, it was a joy and honor to be able to work for this company. I miss everyone who I worked with. They were such a great support team and worked together so well. I loved the environment. The activities were fun and I enjoyed teaching some to knit. I hope this company thrives. I was thankful to be able able to work for this company for 5 years.

A little over two years ago, I found Insignia of Towne Lake. From the moment I met Crystal and Sandy, I knew that Insignia would be a great place for my loved one.The staff has been very helpful when Ive had questions. There are many activities for the residents.My family is very thankful for Insignia of Towne Lake!

When I think of Insignia and what it meant to us, I think Family and Home. The employees are much more than caregivers and nurses. Sandy and Chelsea run an incredible group who care about your loved one like a family member. My mother could be a very difficult resident, but the Insignia girls tried to meet her every need. When we first toured Insignia, my husband and I both agreed it was the spot mom would have picked if she could. We loved everything being on one floor and were wowed by the peaceful inner courtyard with dogwood, azaleas and camellias throughout. Residents can often be seen filling the hummingbird feeders, watching for their baby turtles and walking the covered sidewalk that encircles the gardens. Food and activities (especially the parties)are both A+. Shoutout to Linda, who went above and beyond caring for my mom. Becoming totally immobile, my mom had to be moved to a nursing facility. We miss Insignia every day and are thankful for what they meant to us during this phase of moms life. These are dear, dear people who followed their calling to care for the elderly! I can never sing their praises enough!!!

Ive been in the AL industry in a sales role for 19 yrs, Insignia of TL is by far the best place to represent. My coworkers and executive director are by far the most enjoyable people to work with. Residents are always happy and loved! A smile at every touch point is a true statement!
