I wouldn't recommend this place they abuse residents and the nurse is literally facing federal charges for senior abuse they lie to corporate after your 2 weeks are done put it in as a no call no show even though your 2 week notice is up then they proceed to punish staff who stand against management costing them their careers for having called adult protective services and other companies to help the residents get the care they need… as a suggestion I feel they need to replace the old dinosaurs with new managment! that's actually trained to do their jobs and can preform cpr and first aide if someone is hurt instead of waiting for the caregivers to do it… even if you are in a kitchen or are managment those things should be REQUIRED to work in a facility.

I am proud to say that I work with this amazing team! To say what they have done during the pandemic has been heroic, is putting it mildly. Not only have they provided excellent care for our residents during one of the most challenging times in our industry’s history, but they’ve done it with smiles on their faces! (Under their masks, of course)

I have just recently started working for this place. I have to say out of many facilities i have worked for and many i have simply visited in my life this is the best. Even in one of the hardest times for everyone this year everyone pulls together and goes the extra mile to make sure all the residents are cared for and happy.

When my brother moved into Pacifica Senior Living in Klamath Falls, OR, it was a new, and therefore, intimidating experience...so much to take in. We appreciate the kindness, understanding, and respect of all the staff as he melds into the Pacifica community. Mary Ann and Ashley at the front desk are awesome! They have an easy, low key manner when answering questions that puts you at ease and they are a great source of important info. Mark, the Community Relations Director and Becky, the Resident Care Director, made his transition as easy as possible. They answered his questions and assured him that its now HIS home and its important for him to be comfortable. Debra, the Activity Director, is friendly and enthusiastic, as well as one to quickly offer help. Overall, staff and residents alike have been friendly and accommodating and my brother says he likes his apartment and is treated well by everyone.

Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls is a beautiful, cozy community, everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming. The residence were all smiles and looked well taken care of and the place was very clean. I had a very pleasant time there on my last visit.

As the Executive Director here at Pacifica Senior Living, I have to say that working here for the 3rd time has truly been like coming home. I am so fortunate to work with the dedicated and caring team members here. I am also lucky to work where my residents live. Each of them are a piece of living history and I love to hear their stories. Thank You to all of my dedicated staff and wonderful residents who make this the greatest job on earth!

I would just like to say that I have never had a work family like I have here at pacifica in klamath falls. I have now been back here for about 8 months and there was no doubt in my mind that this was the place I wanted to work when I decided to move back. All the residents still remembered me and made me feel so loved and valued when they heard I was coming back as well as the employees I had worked with. The management staff are amazing as well as other employees I work with. We are indeed one big family. Of course there will always be someone to have a negative comment but I can honestly say this is the best place in klamath. I cant see myself working anywhere else.

I have worked here for 17 years and love our Residents and my work family. I often say I have my apartment picked out already for when I am ready to retire and find my forever home. I recommend to all to join our family.

This Company has shown great enthusiasm with the care of its residents. I personally have worked with Francisco he is always so very friendly and kind when he comes into the Drs office that I work in. He is always making sure the that residents have all the things that they need. I would defintly recommend someone to work here or live here. With every person that applies they want to see the best come of it and they want the best people working for them and they make sure of that. The staff is always very kind when I have gone in there also to visit some of my personal friends that live there, they are always making sure people that live there and visit are comfortable.

Ive been working for this community for almost seven years now and I love it. The residents are all friendly and love to visit and the staff is amazing and truly care about their work family and the residents they care for. I would definitely suggest this community for your family in the future. I love working here, and plan to stay for much more years to come!
