The facility appeared clean and tidy and staff very cheerful and attentative. The food is atrocious! A cook that will prepare according to residents medical needs is desperately needed. My sister is a resident and recently been diagnosed with Mal nutrition due to her getting non etable..food that is never served hot. I will never understand why so much money is charged to the family when so small allowance for meals that are nutritious and healthy!! I will be watching for changes and if none are made I am reporting to the state .

Under new management - new Director who is very straight forward and professional. I was Very impressed , she was very helpful and I believe honest . The environment was happy and residents interacting in fellowship and some were even singing at their table at 2:00 in the afternoon. I took a friend to reserve a room and was invited to stay for dinner. The employees were so kind and efficient. The food was awesome! Their menu for the week had great variety with snacks and other options available. Very friendly place - met two women at the adjoining table and conversation. Met activity director who was very outgoing and had a happy personality. Lots of activities to be involved in and a very clean and well kept residence for clients to enjoy I highly recommend recommend checking out this facility if you have a family member or friend that needs an assistant living situation Cindy

We recently moved my parents into Klamath Falls Senior Living, and honestly, it’s been a really good experience. Brieauna was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready, making the room look great before move-in. Everyone there has been so kind and attentive. The maintenance team is super quick to respond, and when I had a billing question, Michelle made the process easy and took great care of it. We’re really grateful for the care and support our family has received and would absolutely recommend Klamath Falls Senior Living. Best, M

My mother has just moved into Klamath Falls Senior Living. Brieauna, the sales director helped make the process as easy as possible and made me and mom feel very comfortable the entire time. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She is very honest and upfront, and we really appreciate everything she did for us during this process. The place is clean, and the staff are very friendly. I did look at other senior livings in town and this one stood out the most. We are very happy with our decision.

Came to visit a friend that just moved into Klamath Falls Senior Living. It is amazing. Her room is set up, clean and has everything she needs. The dining room is beautiful. The kitchen staff come give them their drinks, take their orders, and served them just like a restaurant. Amazing people working and residents smiling and visiting.

My wife and I recently had a tour of the facility for her mom. We loved the atmosphere! The beautiful trees all around the property make you forget you're in town. Inside was comfortable feeling and the staff was very nice and helpful. We met with Brieauna and were quite impressed by her knowledge and level of experience in care giving. We aren't ready to make a decision yet, but this facility is high on our list!

My mother Valetta, passed away Friday July 18th, after living at Klamath Falls Senior Living for 2 1/2 months. She was living at Pelican Pointe for 6 1/2 months where the care and service was terrible and getting worse everyday. Moving to the new facility was like moving from hell to Heaven. The facility was clean and well managed, the people treated mom with dignity and respect, as well as with compassionate friendship and personalized care. Making mom feel like she still had value and that she was important. The care and attention started at the top with director Krystal, Nurse Rachel and throughout the staff, Med Aides, Floor aides, activity director, maintenance staff and even the Kitchen staff, everyone working as a team give the best quality of care they could to Mom. It was such a blessing to find this facility, even if it was for such a short time.

I love the atmosphere and the upbeat staf. They were super helpful with all the information that I needed. I really appreciated their knowledge of the entire working of the senior living home from maintenance to the kitchen to housekeeping to the CNA's the concierge and mostly the marketing Director, she was great and super helpful when it came to all my questions and concerns!! I highly recommend if you're looking for a place for your loved one.

I visited this community this week and I have to say it's so lovely! The staff are friendly and attentive. The management is very helpful and knowledgeable. New ownership group and a perfect State review last Friday. Everything seems to be going well.

When my brother moved into Pacifica Senior Living in Klamath Falls, OR, it was a new, and therefore, intimidating experience...so much to take in. We appreciate the kindness, understanding, and respect of all the staff as he melds into the Pacifica community. Mary Ann and Ashley at the front desk are awesome! They have an easy, low key manner when answering questions that puts you at ease and they are a great source of important info. Mark, the Community Relations Director and Becky, the Resident Care Director, made his transition as easy as possible. They answered his questions and assured him that its now HIS home and it's important for him to be comfortable. Debra, the Activity Director, is friendly and enthusiastic, as well as one to quickly offer help. Overall, staff and residents alike have been friendly and accommodating and my brother says he likes his apartment and is treated well by everyone.
