Having been an employee with Grace Manor Assisted Living I can honestly say that for my duration of employment I experienced a very caring professional staff. There is a level of passion from each employee to ensure that the Quality of Care for the residents never falters. Grace is a beautiful facility and has much to be admired and I am certain they have many more years of success ahead of them.

We are very pleased with the service and kindness my parents have received since making this unwanted, but necessary transition. One of our primary practical concerns when choosing a facility was response time when help is needed and call button is pushed (My father had previously gone through the demeaning experience of lying in his own feces for over an hour at a rehab facility). We were told by Grace Manor personnel that their goal is to respond within 3-5 minutes. So far, my father estimates their response time to be around 2 minutes, which is exceptional! We are extremely pleased with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff.
