My giving this a two-star had absolutely nothing to do with the care that I received because it was exemplary. Staff was attentive, physical therapy was amazing. They have a very active activity department. The food is really good as well and they have a Deli menu where you can order something different, like chicken tenders or sandwiches, if you don't like what's on the menu . My low rating was because I feel like I was pushed out after 30 days. I wasn't any better after 30 days then I was when I went in. Also, their Social Services Department is so bad. My discharge paperwork said that they had contacted Ascension at home for my aftercare physical therapy. A month later they still haven't received an order. I'm going on a month with no medicine and I have cardiac issues, because they said they called my medicine into my pharmacy. That was a straight up lie. I'm having to scramble to get into doctors to have them represcribe my medicines. A pair of shoes that should have been saved mysteriously disappeared when I accidentally left them in the closet on discharge. If you are looking to put your family member into this facility for long-term care I say go for it. But if you're just needing it for Rehab I wouldn't do it. You could find yourself scrambling after 30 days because they didn't do what they said they were going to

My brother was transferred from Vanderbilt to here this afternoon after 3 o’clock. None of his medication‘s, etc. were sent with him and they have to have all orders to the pharmacy by three every day in order to have them for the patients that need them. Amy, the charge nurse for days was very helpful and getting us into his room and getting with the Nursing Supervisor Annette to work things out. She was still here on the phone two hours after her shift was over making sure that my brother would be able to get his medications. Since they were unable to get it, she is having him transferred back to Vanderbilt. Patients are not supposed to be transferred this late in the afternoon! Both of these ladies were so nice and definitely show that they care About their patients it’s good to see that there are Still some old-school nurses and good people left in this world.

I stayed at this facility for around four months and I was pleased with the care that they give the patients there. I’m a younger guy just going there for rehabilitation, but I did notice a lot of gestures by the towards seniors and myself by the staff. The physical therapy group is great nurse, Natasha is awesome. I would love to wake up and know I had her for the day. The food Could be better but overall this five stars compared to Competitors.

The center inside was neat and clean. The receptionist attentive, nursing station staff welcoming, pt. room clean, freshly made bed. My cousin whom i visited is paraplegic, looked fantastic, clean, hair braided, well positioned in her motorized chair, with call light, tv control, ice water and favorite chips all in reach. I had an love one who chooses to attend this facility for rehab because of the area of town. I had people to tell me to remove my love one out of this facility. When I said the name if this place people will make an ugly face. So I'm like lets see for ourselves. It started off ok then it went down from there. The staff was nice and friendly. But took long on stuff that my love one asked. The communication sucks between the staff. The place was clean. The food was hit and miss. My love one was on a healthy heart diet meal. The food that was given to my love one wasn't healthy heart food. Most was too salty. I will have to bring food there just about every day. The physical therapy started off strong. Then the person who does the physical therapy get hurt and was out for two weeks. That delay my love one from getting the physical therapy they needed. I was like you all don't have a backup person. My love one was in the process of moving to another facility. All of a suddenly my love one was being released to go home. When they did the discharge they knew my love one wasn't ready to go home. I believe they didn't want another facility to see what they did wrong. My family believe our love one receives an wound infection. From not the proper care that was supposed to been taken care of. Had to send our love one back to ER. They are doing much better and is in a much better rehab facility. It's like day and night compared to this facility.

This rehab place has a very positive can-do attitude. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We, my another family member and myself, were comfortable visiting and impressed with the sensible attention that had been given to my child. We look forward to visiting again and often to see how we can contribute to my child's routine of physical therapy. I felt free to offer my input to our little patient. Time will tell how much power a positive attitude will have in recovery of movement. I look forward to visiting at least 4 times a week.

My husband was admitted here a week ago, from Skyline, for physical therapy and occupational therapy after becoming paralyzed from an abscess on his spine. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm welcomes and big smiles. The staff truly cares about their patients and it shows. My husband has received MUCH better care from the nurses here than from the nurses at the hospital. Eric and Katie, my husband’s therapists, have been great with my husband and he’s already made so much improvement. Everyone here not only cares about the patients but they care about the patients’ families. I would 100% recommend Whites Creek Wellness to anyone needing an inpatient stay for illness or therapy. We couldn’t be happier!!!

Both of my parents did a rehab stent separately at Whites Creek rehab center. They were taken care of EXTREMELY well. They both enjoyed the interaction with the very caring and attentive staff. The rehab they received, in their opinion, was top notch. The rehab team really did an amazing job working with my parents to get them where they needed to be to function safely and confidently at home. They both stated if they ever needed to go to rehab again or a long term facility, they want to go back to Whites Creek!!!

I was here for six months. Their PT department is what helped me get back home. Mindy and the rest of the department treated me very well and kept me moving. Like all places there a good people and there’s some not so good as far as caregivers go. Generally I had good care and as I said without the PT department I might not be going home.
