Prestige High Desert has been an incredible support for our family. From the very beginning, the team made us feel welcomed, informed, and truly cared for. The staff is compassionate, patient, and genuinely invested in each resident’s well-being. They take the time to know each individual and treat them with dignity and respect. The community is clean, warm, and engaging, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, supported, and surrounded by people who truly care. We are so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the entire Prestige High Desert team. Highly recommend to any family seeking quality senior living in the High Desert.

When my sister in law and I started looking for a place for our 96 year old Dad in November of 2022, Prestige High Desert was the first place we checked out. Because we were so impressed, it was the ONLY place we looked at and, surprising to us, we signed up immediately. What so impressed us initially was the large community spaces and the cleanliness. The dining room was lovely, the rooms were obviously refurbished after each resident moved on and everything looked well cared for. Dad has been there since January of 2023. We are so blessed that he has the mental capacity to participate in the many things Prestige has to offer: daily card/board games, visiting lecture series ("The Telescope Guy" is a huge draw right now), how to programs like building your own suncatchers or planting a garden box, Friday afternoon Happy Hours (often with live music). So much to offer to keep him engaged. Basically, however, these are extrenaeous things. The biggest gift Prestige has to offer my dad is the wonderful and caring staff. From the moment Dad moved in, he has universally been treated with dignity, respect and (yes) LOVE. Every single person who works there treats him like he is a beloved member of their family. Last December he had emergency gall bladder surgery and when he finally was able to return there, it literally took us 20 minutes to get from the front door to the elevator as offices, kitchen, etc emptied as employees surrounded him and welcomed him home. We were overwhelmed with their loving and caring attitude to our beloved father. Thank you Prestige. You make our life so much easier and our Dad's life so much happier. We are so indebted to you.

Proceed with Caution! Respite Care was needed for our loved one, his wife & primary caregiver was scheduled for a major surgery. Full payment was required in advance. The intake process with the nurse at Prestige was a great experience, they understood his needs for medication, assistance with dressing, bathing and the restroom. They also confirmed a private room with a TV. The community is clean and updated. Upon check-in, the agreed upon arrangement of a TV in the room was not set up, but they promised they would get it taken care of. The following morning, we stopped in and he was still in his clothes that he was wearing when he arrived, his medication had not been administered, he indicated that it took forever for someone to answer the call cord to assist him with the restroom, he was helped to the restroom but no assistance was given for incontinence and resulted in him soaking wet overnight. The staff said there had been a misunderstanding and that they fully understood what needed to be done. Later that day, another family member stopped in and the staff did not know if he was there let alone what room he was in. They questioned whether we had the correct community and perhaps he was staying somewhere else. There was a lot of texting among staff to figure out where he was. There still wasn’t a TV in the room. Management took all day to return our calls from the morning. It was finally a call from the corporate office asking us to give them another chance. At this point, trust had been broken and we removed our loved one from this community. A refund was issued several days later. This community has good reviews, but there are no reviews from actual residents. The staff (very young staff) to resident ratio seems very low. I urge you to look at the job posting sites like Indeed. This company has horrible reviews from employees. I do not recommend Prestige Senior Living High Desert.

After looking at several options of Senior Living care, we decided on Prestige at High Desert. The staff has been wonderful to my father with all the care they have provided him. The place itself is beautiful and the offerings are as such that make my dad more independent than he was living at home and not wanting care in his home. Transition was hard at first but well work it. I high recommend Prestige at High Desert.

Mom spent the last three years of her life here. She felt, as did I, that she received excellent care here. They were great with my sister and me as hospice took over and allowed mom to pass on her room. Staff is great, food was good.

From the very first visit, the staff was attentive and helpful. I was feeling apprehensive about assisted living for my grandpa, but our experience at Prestige Senior Living High Desert has been nothing but wonderful. Grandpa is loved and well taken care of. I have complete and total piece of mind about my grandfathers care!! I highly recommend them!!
