My brother has recently moved here, was purchased by the Tuttera group in December, private pay and Medicaid. I have two favorite people I would highly recommend that have been very helpful to me. Tracy at the front desk was my right hand, every question or suggestion she gave me was spot on, she recently was Employee of the month that was very well deserved! Brandon has helped me with billing issues, his office is when you walk in and accepts any question and takes care of any concern or issues immediately. I trust him explicitly. He also has come and talked with my brother about any concern and is a problem solver. Answer emails immediately. I would recommend when you are meeting with sales, have Brandon at your meeting, he’s very transparent. The food is very good and many choices, the dining room staff is helpful. Nursing works very hard and the Nursing Director, Jessica is direct thru email. They have a mental health’ team that will see residents.

With this the 4th home I've lived in I have felt safer when I lay in bed to sleep. The nurseing staff like Shayla who understands are needs. Also Activities with Tasha and Jessica we have so much fun. Can not brag about the food but it's better then 2 other places I have lived in

I highly recommend Antioch Valley to anyone looking for quality assisted living care. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and truly feels like home. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and well cared for. A special recognition to the Director of Nursing, Jessica Arnold”her leadership has made a noticeable difference. She brings professionalism, strong communication, and a genuine heart for both the residents and staff. You can tell she truly cares, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. It gives great peace of mind knowing loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. Antioch Valley is a wonderful community!

I cannot say enough great things about Antioch Valley and the leadership of the new Director of Nursing. The building is clean, well-maintained, and truly feels like home the moment you walk in. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and clearly take pride in the care they provide. The new Director of Nursing has brought a noticeable level of professionalism, organization, and heart to the team. Communication has been excellent, and it’s clear that both residents and staff are supported at a high level. It gives great peace of mind knowing loved ones are in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living care.

People will always make your experience. And it is the people at AV that make my mom feel safe, cared for and seen. From the wonderful CNAs to the med techs to the housekeeper to the weekend receptionist-their warmth is felt and makes and difference. Special shoutout to Karen, Mikayla, Leah, and Shayla that all give my mom a little extra love.

I am a resident at Antioch valley, for over a year now. I truly believe this place is a home like environment. I love how the nursing staff makes you feel like their family in the care they give. The new adon Rebecca is the best thing that has happened to the building. She truly has changed the facility for the better. She makes your wants and needs a personal agenda for her to make your everyday; a Great one!

Moved my dad in about 2 weeks ago. Erin was great getting us signed up and moved in. The staff is very friendly, listens and communicates effectively.

My sister is a resident at Antioch Valley and I had the opportunity to spend a few days at this location visiting with my sister. All the staff that I encountered were very kind, patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The Leadership Team at this location were also very helpful and supportive as we worked to make her living space as positive as possible.

We moved my mother into Rose Estates back in November. My mother was full of anxiety and remorse about losing her independence following a stroke. With COVID, it was become more and more difficult for her to care for herself on her own and we worried about the daily isolation and loneliness. It was important to us that her experience was as smooth and positive as possible. The staff at Rose Estates has been warm and welcoming. An example, my mom was worried about running out of dog food and one of their folks went a pick some up for her. She loves the activities, loves the 3 prepared meals a day and talks about her trips to walmart, entertainment--even Elvis came to visit! As with any transition like this there have been a few bumps, but they have done their best to make them right. She is still adjusting and overall we are very pleased with the experience so far. We are very please with the decision to move her here.

My mother lived at Rose Estates for 3 1/2 years. I was very pleased with how she was treated and cared for. The staff was always very helpful and attentive to her needs and they treated her like family. I always felt welcome and the communication from the facility was very consistent. When my mom passed away I was very touched by the numerous staff who stopped by her apartment to share condolences and to let me know how much they loved my mom. Rose Estates really does a great job of providing a high quality living experience for its residents. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

Moved my mother there three months ago. The attention and care she has been given is way above what we expected. The staff, both in the office and nursing, have been superb. They communicate, care, and seek to make the resident's quality of life as good as it can be. We are very happy we made this move for Mom.
